This is in a fantastic location it is on...
"This is in a fantastic location it is only 5 minutes walk into Epcot. The whole boardwalk area is also a few minutes away with a wide variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment. The pool called storm along bay is the largest sand bottomed pool in the world and is also very impressive. For location and amenities this is hard to beat. The villas are behind the main hotel and allows guests to use the hotel's facilities."

When we were there the whole resort was full, this resort is family oriented and has a wonderful pool and a grand view. Of course everything is expensive everyone knows this if you go to disney."

nice place to stay
"Stayed at BEACH CLUB in Sept 2003, nice place to stay, our room was ready prior to to check in time and we were able to get settled earlier than expected.Rooms and grounds were nice and very well maintained, allthough there was some exterior painting being done, which didn't bother us at all.In Disneys defence, it's abit difficult to maintain a resort that never takes a day off. We'll be staying there again next year."

Loved Disney's Beach Club Resort
"Had a great time during our stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort 09/27/03 thru 10/04/03. We stayed in #453 and could see the fireworks from Epcot every night from our balcony. We could walk over to Epcot or take a boat ride to MGM Studios in a very short time. There were three adults and two children in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out. My husband and the children especially liked the pool and the Ice Cream Parlor. There were some scratches on a couple pieces of the furniture, but we were just happy that none of us put them there. It was very clean and neat. Everyone was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. We will most likely go back there next year."

Overpriced view of construction
"We stayed at the WDW Beach Club last year. A big rip off. We only booked three months ahead so all we could get was a package rate on the concierge level. Our room was over $500 per night, and our "Garden view" room overlooked a giant construction crane and parking lot. This was the most expensive room rate we've ever paid, but the poorest value for the money. The concierge level did provide free snacks and drinks, probably worth $50 or so per day. The service is two star at best, and we felt like Disney is trying to cram as many people as possible into everything in order to maximize profit. We won't be back. Our complaints about the noise and dust were met with indifference. The pools are nice, though. It pays to ask as many questions as possible about your room."

Loved Disneys Beach Club
"Our family loved our stay at Disney's Beach Club.We spent our christmas hol's there (Dec/02)The pool was heated, and the kids spent alot of time in it. It's a great location, easy access to Epcot and the transportation to the other disney parks was handy and we did'nt have to wait very long for the buses. The rooms were big and clean. The buffet was very good also. We have stayed at alot of hotels in Orlando over the years, including Disneys Polynesian, but the beach club is our absolute favourite. We will definitely be planning to stay there again."

Loved the beach club
"Just came back from the beach club (8/22/03 - 8/28/03) and I wish we were still there. The location is the best - the food at the Cape May Inn and the Steak house next door was to die for. My kids loved the pool. Just wish there were more drawer space but other than that every thing was wonderful!!!"

Best Place to Stay in Disney
"This was truly the most wonderful place we have ever stayed at. We got a great room with a large balcony that overlooked the quiet pool. The location is the best. Youcan take a ferry to MGM and EPCOT and enjoy the great Storm a long bay pool. Food left little to be desired, but everything else was FANTASTIC!! Got a great deal via expedia and hope to find another great deal to go back again."

Nice Resort
"We just got home from a land/sea vacation package. We stayed at the Beach Club during our land portion of our vacation. It is a nice hotel, our room overlooked the roof of the lobby - no big deal, we didn't care. It would of been nice if the balconies were big enough to actually get more than one person out there at a time. My kids (14 & 12) loved the pool at Stormalong Bay, most of the time there weren't that many people there that you felt overcrowded. My biggest complaint with the hotel is the price of the food at the buffet - for a hotel that services alot of families -$24.99 for adults dinner and $16.99 for breakfast is a bit steep. The price for kids 3-12 was $12.99 for dinner and $8.99 for breakfast. Needless to say, we went elsewhere for our food."

A "Best of Disney"
"We stayed at the Beach Club and LOVED it! Our room was way at the end with a view of Epcot, however, we only had a standing room balcony. It was large enough for one or two to stand on, with no other space. It wasn't a huge deal, though. The location of this hotel is wonderful, and so is the staff. No doubt about it, I'll be back!"

"Firstly, the hotel itself looks beautiful. Really quaint and pretty. Inside I loved all the little detailed decoration, it really added to the feel of the place. This is Disney, so you have to expect top standards, and we got top standards. We got a bit lost on arrival (it's connected to another hotel so we got confused ha) but that was all part of the fun (not for my dad, who is a grumpy old man) Rooms kept in tip top shape, kept clean. I think there's more than one pool.. And one pool is always heaving, but the one that was near us was a much simpler design and less people, nice and relaxing. Goofy and Minnie were wandering about at breakfast time, which was fun! (Except for my dad who hates the whole idea of grown people dressing up in mouse costumes - like I said, grumpy old man) We didn't eat in the restaurant very often, but it's a great big buffet style thing with a lot of choice. The salad seemed a bit wilted but I'm a health freak so I was probably the only one that noticed lol. I wasn't looking forwrad to having to get the buses to the parks, because we've always had a car when we've been to Disney World in the past, but the bus system was really great, you're never waiting long, and it's a nice feeling waiting for your bus at the end of the day and seeing the Beach Club bus coming round the corner to take you home to sleep! You can walk to Epcot and MGM Studios, and the Boardwalk, so you're never far from entertainment! The shop in the hotel was really cool too! You can rent DVDs as well as buy nice food and souvenirs. My only complaint was the view, which obviously isn't THAT important. Our room overlooked a road. But everything else was perfect :D Total family feel place!"
