consider another variant if you can
"I got an executive room on 17th, they say it was "renovated". Well, compared to old Sheraton Citi Tower, they repainted walls and changed some furniture. On the other hand:
- bathroom left as is, metal parts in bathroom are rusty
- window handle is torn off
- out of 3 phones in a room only one can call outside and neither one accepts calls. Colleagues had to come knocking on my door.
- Service peeked in to check if room needs cleaning while i was asleep and left the door wide open. Next time they didn't make it up despite sign on the door.
Now on the bright side, location is very good, and food in restaurant is more or less decent.
To summarize - very bad experience. Doesn't worth even half a price they ask for a room."

Good base for visiting Tel Aviv
"We stayed on the executive floor and had access to the executive lounge. Executive rooms have more wardrope space than regular rooms, useful for longer stays. We were in a party of 9 people, the staff were very helpful in all departments. Breakfast was very nice, offering a wide selection. The hotel pool area could do with being refurbished, plenty of towels and robes. The gym was very good. Watch out for the invasion of party goers at the weekend. The pool area becomes far to busy and a bit chaotic on a Friday and Saturday. We had a very comfortable 11 night stay there."

Worst experience ever - lousy service
"When I arrived to the hotel after a long delayed flight, they had rented my room to someone else - which meant that I had to sit for 2 hours in the middle of the night and wait for a bed to sleep in. Horrible service, rude staff, totally NO value. But, at least they gave me a cup of tap water when I was waiting. STAY away from this horrible place, worst experience ever."

Great Hotel with Great amenities
"Stayed at the leonardo as part of a group of 11 of us. We stayed on the 16th floor in a deluxe room it was really nice and modern with a plasma tv and great beds. The 16th and 17th floor are the executive floor and we also had access to the business lounge which was brillant, really friendly staff in there.
The pool was great but can be very busy on Friday/Sat as that is the Isreal weekend and lots of groups of people at the pool but there was never any problems.
The recepyion staff were fairly unhelpful but ask the boys at the entrance to the hotel and they will tell you all you need to know. You need to get a taxi to the beach/port area and it is 50 NIS maximum best to ask them to put the meter on if you want a fair price but never pay more than 50 NIS.
There are a couple of nice cafes and restaurants in the area and much cheaper than the hotel or beach area. Although we still found it very expensive, a pint of beer in some places is 38 NIS (£7) way too expensive but it is not just food and drink that is expensive the whole city was and that was a bit off putting.
Overall this is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone."

A perfect hotel for a small trip
"I was at Israel for my Business trip during April for 2 week. I booked this hotel because my office was at just 2 minutes walking distance. I found this hotel very good for a short trip. They provided excellent breakfast with vast varieties of Citrus fruits, Omlets, Juices and other israeli traditional items. Room were also very good. One thing I liked most is every evening room service guy was giving very tasty chocolates. Food is very costly over here. So don't try it , unless it
s included in your package. Staff is very polite. I recommend this hotel for small business trip."

Good location for business trip
"very good connection to Tel Aviv Central railways station and Ben Gurion Airport.
Rooms are comfortable and reasonable equipped
A little bit abroad from Tel Aviv Centre and the Beach and not so quite due to adjacent Ayalon Corridor (Railways and Motorway)"

The most suitable hotel for business travelers
"The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and is equipped with all that is needed for business travelers; warm hospitality, great rooms, nice service and very reasonable rates. The service is fast, the business section is well-managed and the food is excellent. Recommended for prolong stays."

Nice clean modern hotel and good value
"My first visit at the hotel and it was a very pleasant stay! Nice size room, wooden floor, large flat screen tv, very big comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom. Room service was tasty. Good selection at the buffet breakfast. Outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Hotel well located in centre of Tel Aviv and right by a train stop which takes you to the airport in only 15 minutes, much cheaper than a taxi. Not ideal location if you want to be by the beach although the beach is not far away. Front desk staff friendly enough but not overly friendly. Would definitely stay there again."
