Superb Friendly Accommodation
"This is a truely welcoming place to stay. Set in an ideal location for discovering the Quantock Hills and the coast line, I cannot say more than to recommend staying with these extremely welcoming and friendly people.
The room is comfortable, the breakfast fantastic (with an extremeley wide range of things to choose from) all served with a smile and a lovely view to appreciate whilst eating."

Home from Home B&B
"We recently stayed at Stilegate B&B for a wedding at St Audries Park. We received a very warm welcome from Heidi . Our room was very cosy and it felt like being at home. Breakfast was great. This B&B is in a fantastic location for St Audries and within walking distance and is run by a lovely couple. Would definitely recommend this to others."

Thoroughly recommend Stilegate B&B and Heidi and Peter Morse
"My friend and I recently stayed at the Steilegate B&B of Heidi and Peter Morse. and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From first enquiry contact with Heidi by phone to finally paying the bill and leaving. Stilegate is in a beautiful situation overlooking the Quantock Hills and the sea in the distance. It is also perfectly situated to tour the beautiful coastline and breathtaking scenery of Exmoor. Their home is super clean, warm and inviting and Heidi clearly goes to exceptional lengths to ensure that the rooms are bright, elegant and very comfortable. There are lots of extras in each room, including fresh fruit, drinks tray with biscuits, and a fridge with cold drinks. The ensuites are lovely and spacious, with plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for Heidi and Peter, and they both made my friend and I feel very welcome, not just paying guests. The breakfast was superb - I've never seen such an array of choice which mostly consisted of local produce. I will carry a lasting memory of the really tasty full English cooked breakfast which was delightfully presented and far removed from some grease laden fried breakfasts that I have eaten in the past. Peter and Heidi both have a tremendous sense of fun and when we left it was with a sense of a really lovely stay and one that we very much hope to be able to repeat in the future. I give them both 11 out of ten for their hospitality and wish them every success for their future."

Wonderful hosts and top class accommodation
"Heidi and Peter were exceptional guests and their accommodation and breakfast offers were among the best I've ever experienced.
The room was very clean, very comfortable and every need was catered for. Heidi was also very helpful with local information, helped with taxi bookings and gave tips on local walks and shortcuts, as well as providing plenty of local information in the room.
I would highly recommend this B&B and hope to return myself for a longer break next year."

This B&B deserved 10 stars not just 5!
"Heidi and Peter couldn't have been more accommodating. The ground floor room was one of the nicest wheelchair friendly places we have stayed in. The breakfast surpased all expectations (for both of us) and certainly kept us going until tea time. The attention to detail was second to none. We had a very special week. We will certainly consider going again."

What more could you want in a B & B?
"We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Friendly hosts, comfortable rooms, excellent service. Choose what you want for breakfast. Even the fussiest person would be catered for. We would recommend this B & B to anyone. Ideal for walkers/cyclists."

Warm welcome awaits you.
"Received a very warm welcome from Heidi on our arrival, she was only too pleased to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The choice for breakfast was far better than some hotels we have stayed in. Superb view from our bedroom and we wished we had had time to sit and relax in her lovely garden, Would not hesitate to recommend."

A fanatastic find. Heidi and Peter have it cracked and deserve the highest accolades.
"This place is amazing. You could not want for better hosts in Heidi and Peter. The house is kept immaculate, the gardens pristine and the attention to detail for thier guests is of the highest level. Comfort is key to this place, as is the food. A very comfortable, clean room with a great view and, ...........what a fabulous breakfast!
It's a great base to discover Somerset and even North Devon but you won't mind at all having to go back every night.
Both myself and my Wife came away (reluctantly) from our week there feeling we had not only found, in Heidi and Peter, some new friends but also a fantastic place to recommend to all we know. This place is a gem.

Heidi and Peter are the perfect hosts.
"Myself and four friends stayed over night at Heidi and Peter's Stilegate Bed & Breakfast having been invited to a wedding at the nearby St. Audries Park. We couldn't have hoped for better hosts for our short trip. Heidi and Peter attended to our every need. We had some time to spare and took advantage of our hosts extensive knowledge of the local beaches! All of our rooms were clean and tidy with it has to be said stunning views of the beautiful countryside. After a great nights sleep our stay was rounded off to perfection with an awesome breakfast, so much choice which set us up perfectly for a trip to the Cheddar Gorge. Thank you Heidi and Peter, hope to see you again soon."
