High standards at a very affordable price
"Situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre and within easy reach of the beach, Peasholme park and many more attractions, this B&B is highly recommended whether you are stopping for business or pleasure.
We were given a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived and this continued through out our stay. As we were new to Scarborough, we were given plenty of hints and tips on where to eat and what to see, saving us plenty of time sifting through leaflets and brochures. In addition to this, the free wi-fi access enabled us another option to read about what Scarborough had to offer.
Our room was very clean and fresh and this high standard was maintained throughout or stay. The room was modernly decorated, with a few finishing touches such as flat screen TV with DVD and even arm chairs which made it a home from home.
All in all we had an excellent stay in Scarborough and Toulson Court deserves a big thank you for the part they played."

Cant wait to return!!!!!
"Just returned from an overnight stay at this fantastic b&b. Jackie was the perfect hostess. First impressions were great as the entrance was very clean and modern. On arrival we were given a a pot of tea, juice for my little daughter and a tray of cookies in the relaxing conservatory. We were allocated room 8 which had a seperate bedroom with twin beds, tv, video and freeview. Our room was large with 2 comfy leather chairs, double bed, tv, video and freeview. The ensuite was spotless and a range of complimentary showers gels and shampoo was a nice touch. Breakfast was a real treat. Cereals, fruit, juices, toast and preserves, fresh tea and coffee and the most delicious full English. The plate was overflowing and the food was cooked to perfection. Throughout our stay, Jackie was always attentive to us, asking if we had everything we needed and spending time talking to my little girl. If you are looking for a b&b with great decor, spotless rooms, brilliant service and food to die for, then this the place for you. I have already recommended to family and friends and cant wait to return myself."

Perfect stay, excellent family room with dvd player and en-suite.
"Top value, great location, you will not find accomodation as good as this in Scarborough.
The breakfast was superb, lots of choice, the owners were very freindly and gave the impression that nothing is too much trouble, even cleaning up after my kids! Plenty of choices of dvd's to watch in the room, which is very helpful when trying to get the kids to stay in a bed never mind a room!
We will be returning next year.
After we had checked out the lovely land lady asked us what we were up to for the rest of the day, when we informed her that we planned on visiting the sea-life centre, she gave us a two-for one voucher saving us £25 quid!! You do not get this service and atmosphere in large hotels.
Many many thanks to all at the Toulson!"
