Excellent in every way
"We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout our stay, everywhere was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Sunningdale is in a very good position for all Scarborough's attractions. We would certainly return."

Joe Longthorne concert
"I travelled down from Invergordon, in Scotland last August, to stay the one night, as I was going to see Joe Longthorne at The Futurist Theatre. I was extremely pleased with my hosts, and their 100% accomodation, breakfast was lovely and the view was beautiful. Another boon was to be near to Peasholm Park, which is always so nice to walk around. I hope to be back with you, in the very near future."

Fantastic - This B&B Just gets better & Better!!
"We have just returned home following another short break with Judy & David. This guest house just gets better and better!!!! We were allocated room 3 which has just been refurbished to a very high standard, we are always greeted like long lost friends and it feels great to be welcomed into there home again. This B&B is situated in a great location just next to peasholm park, ideal for a walk before that super full english breakfast. We would and do recommend this establishment to all our friends and relatives as we are sure they would not be disappointed."

Will be back
"I am writing this brief review on behalf of my mum and dad who have just returned from a few days at Sunningdale. They said they were made to feel very welcome and they really liked the place and look forward to returning again. It is a great location opposite Peasholm Palm. Mum mentioned the break was for my dad's birthday and later that day, dad was given a box of chocolates."

A very hospitable, relaxing and friendly guesthouse where we were all felt welcome visitors.
"We enjoyed the welcome that Judy and David gave all of us when we arrived. We had the family room which was spacious , spotless, very attractive and with amenities such as en-suite, TV, tea, cofee and biscuits. The house was in easy reach of the beaches, town centre,Peaseholme Park, and the many other attractions of Scarborough. My husband, myself and the three rumbustious grandchildren were able to enjoy the area without even resorting to the car. The breakfasts were always an excellent start to the day and we felt the stay was of really excellent value."

Fabulous welcoming B & B, spotlessly clean with a great breakfast.
"Myself and my two young sons spent 3 nights at Sunningdale. Judy and David made us very welcome with tea and biscuits when we arrived and they couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The family room was huge with a lovely view towards Peasholme park.It was spotless and the ensuite bathroom was lovely and modern. Breakfast offered a wide and varied selection of lighter dishes through to the full English which was beautifully cooked with good quality sausages and bacon , not cheap rubbish. It's ideally located right next to Peasholme park and 5 mins walk to the north beach, where you can catch open top buses to the south beach, and it's just a 15 minute walk to the town centre. We travelled on the train and found Sunningdale perfectly located. If you arrive by car there is plenty of parking nearby. I would definately book in again if we decide to come to Scarborough for another holiday."
