Best Value - Best Location
"Just got back from a 2 week vacation to the UK. We stayed at a mix of Travelodge and B&B's. For the money this was the largest and cleanest place we stayed at. It has a FANTASTIC location on the 5th floor overlooking the River Mersey with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, dining room and living room. You are a 15 minute walk from Albert Docks along the river walk. Included with the apartment is secured assigned parking. Ms. Debbie was extremely helpful. We wished we had more time to stay. We were there for my son to go to the Liverpool Football Club training day. Ms. Debbie had prepared some LFC materials to help make the trip more meaningful, way to go Debbie."

Fantastic option - especially for 2 or more people
"This place is a little gem. Beautifully restored old warehouse building, very large, bright rooms, great Mersey river views and all within minutes of the city centre. I stayed there with my sister and dad and we all loved it. If there are more than 2 of you, this is an absolute steal at the price. Lovely owner provides all breakfast necessities - and its so nice to be able to have a sandwich and a cuppa without getting charged 15 quid for the pleasure, as in any hotel. Highly recommended!"

"Located in a tranquil and secured complex, only 5 minutes from Liverpool Lime St Station and 15 minutes walk to downtown, this tastefully furnished apartment is very clean and the room are extremely spacious. You have the comfort of a home with an amazing view overlooking the Mersey. The owner was very helpful and friendly always present when needed, I highly recommend this apartment."

"Just come back from staying at Colville and have already recommended it to mates. We came up to watth the football and then night out on the town and it was ideal. The places has 2 double beds and 2 single beds, great views over the river, tv, dvd, stereo, friendly host and cheaper than a hotel! We even had eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, bread, butter etc all left in the fridge , ready for a fry up to soak up the hangover oin the morning.......perfect!"

Great Place to stay
"Stayed here with a group of lads, on the razz for the weekend. Everything about the place was fantastic, including the amazing views overlooking the water. We were free to come and go as we pleased, which suited our needs. A good continental breakfast was provided by the owner who was always hand and willing to help out at anytime, nothing was too much trouble. It is only a 5 minute walk into town and a £4 taxi ride back. We will definietly be staying here again the nightlife is amazing although next time we will take advantage of the self catering as the restaurants aren't the greatest. However, we did have one good meal at the Greek Restaurant acroos the road."

"Amazing accomadation. Very clean, spacious and comfortable, ideal for all including groups, all ages. Travelled over with a group of 19 year olds and found it to be very accomadating as we arrived very early in the morning. Location is perfect, walking distance from the centre or £3.00 in a taxi. 24hr security who are very helpful as is the landlady. Fully equipt with all you need during your stay. Will definately be returning and most definately reccomending it to all. If you are travelling to liverpool this apartment is a must!!"

Just like the biggest suite I have ever ever stayed in , an overal wow!
"Fantastic overall experience! Took us only 5 minutes to arrive from Liverpool Lime St Station and 15 minutes to walk into town for days out shopping and night outs partying. Rooms were big and had that extra added touch most hotels these days lack in; Loved my multileveled en suite room with the connecting dressing table area. The amazing view that overlooked into the docks and water from the (1st floor) living room's double balcony doors was a real pleasure -especially during evenings in. Definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys luxurious comfort, convenience, peace and quite away from the hustle bustle of the city."

"A very comfortable flat with some thoughtful features like dvds to watch. I could have stayed in all day and just looked out of the window as the Mersey view was great. Owners were friendly and helpful. Will definetly return as soon as I can face the journey from devon to liverpool!!"

"4 boys from Norway can share that we had a wonderful stay at the appartment. We had a slight problem with some key-mixup right at the beginning of our stay, but a simple phonecall to the very friendly appartment owner fixed it emidiatly! The appartment was perfect for us, and very comfortable beds and tidy rooms made the stay even nicer! Had a some problems with cold water in the shower, but it didn't bother us to much, the fascilities in the appartment was above every expectation! We'll stay here again in the future, without a doubt!"
