Fantastic from entering to leaving nothing was too much trouble
"This beautiful hotel is in a fab location right on the sea front and so peaceful and quiet, as soon as we arrived we was welcomed by such a lovely lady and her partner. It was so warm and cozy and immaculate. We was in room 9 on the top floor which apparantly was one of the standard rooms as we was last minute.. the room was beautiful and extremely clean. There was more than your standard teabags sugar etc they catered for everyone! Sweetners, Different flavoured teas, ground coffee hot chocolate! And also bottle of water. The breakfast selection is unreal they have all your usual cereals, fruit all fresh and then full English breakfast which was perfect and I'm fussy with food. They also do a specials menu with so much to choose from tried a couple of these also and honestly couldn't find one fault. Everything was perfect can't wait to book again soon."

Golfers Stay Putt!
"Eight so-called golfers stayed at the Yacht Bay View during a two day golf competition. If the golf had been up to the standard of the hotel we would have won on both days. We can rate Hazel and Roger's place as the best in Morecambe. A friendly atmosphere, beautiful en-suite rooms and a breakfast to die for! Over par golf, but if you are looking for a great hotel to stay . . give this a shot! We WILL be back! Furness Golfers"

Short but enjoyable one night stay
"We stayed one night, arriving late and leaving straight after breakfast on our way to a wedding further south. We were given a comfortable room at the front with the most amazing view of the sunset. It felt a shame to leave it behind to go for dinner! The lady who welcomed us was very helpful in suggesting somewhere to dine and we took her advice and visited one of the local Chinese Restaurants. This was very good, as was the breakfast the next morning."

A Wonderfull & Peaceful Retreat
"We were told about the Yacht Bay View Hotel, by a friend and he remarked that we should see if there were any vacancies available, Joyce & John are the best Hotelier's we have met, they were very friendly, and did everything in thier powers to make our holiday, a very pleasant one, we stayed for three nights, and found that we were treated with expert knowledge of Morecambe and surrounding villages and towns. Well, this is a note to say Thanks to you both. Without you, our holiday wouldn't have been so much fun. The home made marmelade was Lovely. We will always remember the warm welcome we recived when we arrived, So a message to all you Tourists who want a relaxing holiday, away from the hussle and bussle of every day life. book into the Yacht Bay View Hotel, and let the world pass you by. "Stayed at the Yacht Bay for seven nights in a room with an amazing view. The room was so well presented that all we could say was Wow! Very clean with crisp white bedding and an abundance of toiletries and various condiments including mineral water. Food was also very well presented and delicious...no greasy plates here! What more is there to say but "We'll be back" and would reccommend this place to everyone."

Great little place
"The Yact Bay View Hotel is a small guest house right on the front in Morecambe. It is a great little place. Quiet, non-smoking, clean, great breakfasts and above all great views over Morecambe Bay towards the lake district. The owners are friendly and helpful and at £22 per person per night it can't be beaten. Ask for room number 4. Morecambe itself has seen better days but with the refurbishment of the promenade including lots of public art based on birds and poetry it is a wonderful place for a stroll. If it was in Italy or France it would be full of swanky boutiques and bistros. Maybe its time will come again"
