10 Traveller reviews from Holiday Watchdog
"As soon as you ring this Hotel you are made to feel so welcome by the owners Mark and Jenny. Both were there to welcome us on arrival made us a cup of tea and discussed the local attractions, things to do and Hotel facilities. You arrived as strangers but left as friends! One of the best things about the Hotel is that they do not sell themselves to the Stag and Hen mayhem, brilliant if you want a good nights sleep! Was really nice when arriving back after a night out to have a drink and chat with these wonderful hosts! Please give this Hotel a try and you wont be disappointed. Thanks Mark and Jenny."

Read Me... You'll love this place
"Just came home from our best weekend ever in Blackpool. We stayed at the Tudor House and staying there was all that we could've hoped for and more. Mark and Jenny were absolutely delightful in every way. Upon arrival we were greated by Mark who even sorted our parking and carried our suitcases! It gets better, we walked into the clean fresh hotel to be greated with a much needed cup of tea and biscuits after our 3hr journey. The room was spacious clean and had everything we possibly needed from cotton wool, iron, freeview t.v, tea, coffee, shower etc etc. The hotel was always kept clean and tidy, there wasn't any noise or trouble, the beach and everything was just a stone throw away.
Mark and Jenny went out of their way to make our stay an excellent one, from being the friendly, kind, approachable, funny hosts to helping us with advice on what shows to watch and even phoning to see if there were still tickets available, not to mention even sorting a taxi for us whenever we needed one.
The breakfast was fantastic including fruit, cereal, tea, coffee, toast, jam, and a hearty full english breakfast. I feel they should be rated at least a 4star (personally I'd give them 5)
I can't put into words how much they made our stay the best ever weekend we've ever had you have to trust me and try it for yourself, I promise you'll be more than happy. We will definately be staying again, value for money and everything you could wish for."

"Very friendly - made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived with a cup of tea & biscuits and always happy to help. Clean, comfortable room. Location ideally placed near the seafront and halfway between the town centre and the pleaseure beach. Very good value and I'd be happy to recommend it to anyone."

Like staying with old friends
"From the moment we arrived Mark and Jenny made us feel most welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We even joined in walking Rocky, the rather large and playful dog. Evenings were a great source of entertainment, with our hosts introducing us to some fun games that all the family could play. My sides still ache with all the laughter. We'll book well in advance for our next trip to Blackpool to ensure our place at Tudor House.
My final words are Hat Game.......find out for yourself!"

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. Mark and Jenny welcome you as soon as you walk in and show you to your rooms. The rooms are very well presented and clean. They have plenty of wardrobe space, tv with freeview, and en-suite bathrooms. Breakfast is served hot and tastes brilliant. The bar has a wide range of beers, wines and spirits and is not expensive. Its placed perfectly. In middle of tower and pleasure beach so easy to get to both. Its located 1 minute walk to the football ground. In the bar is board games, darts board and playstation so caters for everybody. Me and my 5 friends will definately be staying here every time we come to Blackpool."

BEST IVE EVER STAYED IN
"i have stayed in many b and b's in blackpool. This was the best experience i have ever had.The place was very clean the food was good and hot. The owners made you feel welcome and were very friendly nothing was a problem and they were very helpfull. The bar was satisfactory with enough of a selection of drinks infact we had such a nice time in the bar that we didnt really want to go out on the town but as it was blackpool and the clubs are good we went out at about 10.30pm.The room we stayed in was clean and smelt fresh not the damp smell that you get in some of the other b n bs that i have stayed in.The bedding was clean and the room was a good size.We were very impressed with thye tudor hose.Having such a good place to stay just made our weekend more enjoyable. We will be staying again this year and we are looking forward to seeing the owners again.
Many Thanks to the owners for making our stay at blackpool great
see you in october"
