Sets a good standard
"Arrived at the hotel conveniently located near the M way. Receptionist polite and efficient. Room was large, modern and clean. Plenty of towels, beverages and soap and shower gel in dispensers. TV and remote, hairdryer and good shower. Room contents well maintained.
Adjacent to Outside Inn for meals etc.
The premier inns seem a cut above some other large chains."

Great Premier Inn
"We arrived at Premier Inn Blackpool East just before checking in time at 3pm. We were greeted by a friendly member of staff who checked us in very quickly and directed us to our room. The room was on the second floor and I was a little concerned that we were next to the linen room, but any noise issue I feared was unfounded. The room was very clean and comfortable, always love the huge beds. The hotel is set on a sort of industrial estate with a B&Q just opposite. There was plenty of room in the car park and no noise issues. Next to the hotel is a restaurant with very reasonably priced meals. You do need a car or transport to get into Blackpool centre but it's easily reached within about 15 minutes. Also access to the M55 Is also excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay would recommend."

"Stayed for one night after a long day walking around Blackpool arrived at 8:30 pm checking in was smooth. When we went in to the room the only complaint we had was a flickering bathroom light, a quick call to reception at 8:50 pm on a Sunday evening and somebody was up to change the light straight away. Well done premier inn excellent service. Would definately recommend the hotel to anybody."

Great Hotel but dine at the restaurant at your peril
"very clean room and bathroom, plenty of room for two adults and two small children, We made the mistake of dinning at the restaurant The Outside Inn. We took the 2 for £10 deal i ordered the New york butterfly style chicken with bbq sauce and bacon i think normally cost about £8 this didnt taste or have the texture of chicken very soggy on the outside and tough in the centre so i ended up with the chips for dinner, my husband ordered the half roast chicken normally £8.39 it was obviously pre cooked then frozen the centre of it was still frozen, this was taken back and another brought out in five mins (must cook in a microwave) completely tasteless. the kids had squishy pizza i was expecting a homemade pizza but recognised it was a mcains chicago town pizza box of two £1.68 in asda one each served with raw carrot and pepper strips (kids dont eat raw peppers oh & no dip), this was about £3.25 each for the kids (shocking) i know they have to have a mark up but that was rubbing your face in it. i would recommend the hotel but not the outside inn"

clean, friendly and great value
"This is the second time we have stayed here and its lovely. Its very clean, modern, friendly and the ajoining restaurant is lovely. We got a great family room on the £29 a night deal so what great value. We love the outside inn restaurant joined on to it with its outside theme inside and good food, breakfast is great value too. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and will be staying again myself hopefully soon"

Excellent - Would recommend
"Having researched the hotels available in the local area we decided to stay 3 nights at the Premier Inn East Blackpool. The reviews on Trip Advisor were great and the other offerings in Blackpool didnt appeal to us. We would usually stay in a 4 or 5 star hotel, but decided that the £29 pn deal was too good to turn down.
The bedrooms were clean and good quality. Great freeview tv with loads of channels for the kid. I did read one review from the past that said about rotten window frames, but these have all been replaced by upvc double glazing. We had great nights sleep and even though we had a carpark view room we had little to no noise from outside even with the window open. Bathrooms were clean and modern.
The location of this hotel is excellent. Just off the M55 allowing a quick trip in all directions. A short drive to the Blackpool carparks.
We found the staff here excellent and went beyond what you would normally expect. They were friendly and helpful, and if they didnt know something would find it out.
Only had one breakfast here, but it was worth it. The price is excellent compared to most hotels and kids are free. I recommend to anyone to visit the resturant, the decore and theming would put Disney to shame.
Next door is a Wacky Warehouse that I took our 4 year old too one evening. Great for burning off any spare energy he had.
After staying here I would consider staying at other Premier Inns again.
The room was the same and in some cases better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed at."

"Stayed at the Premier Inn for 2 nights and had nice time. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff at reception nice and friendly. Never heard any noise at night. There is a restaurant next door called Outside Inn and the food was nice. There is a Wacky Warehouse for kids attached but they let adults climb on the soft play when we were there so we left as we felt it wasnt safe to let our child play in it. When I mentioned it to a member of staff she said it was ok as it wasnt busy. We left as we did not want our son being injured by a 6 foot muscular man. Apart from that we had a nice time and would stay there again."

Excellent hotel = restaurant not big enough
"Stayed 2 nights on £29 offer, 3 rooms in total as travelled with extended family. Family rooms great size even with cot in, very clean but far too warm at night even though raining outside, there are fans in rooms but need air conditioning. Even though not in centre of Blackpool not too far to travel and you avoid all the drunks at night!
First night in restaurant was excellent but hotel was not full. Second night hotel full, over 80 rooms, waited over an hour for a table and another hour for food even though there were empty tables when we booked in. If we had been told wait was so long we would have gone back into Blackpool for something to eat, eventually got food at 10.55 and children were then too tired to eat. The duty manager said that they were not understaffed and that 4 staff were more than enough to service restaurant!!! Dont; let this put you off though, just ask to book a table before you go out."
