Wish all guesthouses were like this
"We have been travelling for a month and have had some real disasters. Relieved to find that there are proper guesthouses left in England. If you want to stay with friendly hosts who know something about the area, this is the best we've stayed in and Christmas tree has to be seen to be believed."

Comfortable and Welcoming
"Stayed in the Coach House which is a standalone room with a great view over Truro City Centre. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was great which is always important. The owners were very hospitable and definitely made you feel that they would go 'the extra mile' to make our stay fantastic."

A true gem - We'll be back
"We stayed in the Donnington for 4 nights from Thursday until Monday and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and had a lovely view over Truro. The owners were a real delight and made us feel right at home. They pointed us in the right direction for places to see as well as being excellent guides for food and pubs. Breakfast at the guesthouse was excellent and memorable enough to ensure we will return here again. Overall it was a really good experience made even better by the super breakfast and fantastic owners that served it up with a smile. Definitely a great place to base yourself to explore Cornwall and the Champagne Coast as we ended up calling it after a great night in a local bar!! Pop the cork on a bottle and celebrate life in this wonderful guesthouse."
