A truly fantastic B&B - everything just absolutely fabulous!
"We're just back from our first visit to Penjoly. Why did we take so long to get there? The property is located just outside Padstow and is set far back from the road with a lovely lawned front garden. Ample parking is available (unlike Padstow) and you have your own keys to both your room and the front door - 24 hours access at all times. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have numerous extras which you'd only hope to find at a larger establishment. An iron with ironing board, wine glasses & bottle opener to mention a few. Everything is so clean and fresh - it's a pleasure to stay there. The hosts are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of cereals & juice, and a choice of hot options including a vegetarian breakfast. The breakfast room is in the conservatory looking out on to the garden and decorated in a way to make it a very welcoming and cosy place to start your day. A guest lounge is also available for relaxing. Penjoly is really about being good to yourself in a lovely part of Cornwall. A wonderful stay in a marvellous B&B - we'd recommend it to you all - enjoy............!"

Penjoly Guest House
"We stayed at Penjoly last month. It's a really lovely place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The owners are lovely and the rooms are immaculate. Breakfasts are great and it's quiet at night. The only negative thing I would say is that it's quite a way out of Padstow. It's on a busy A road with no footpath and walking down that road at night could be quite hazardous. We got taxi's into Padstow which were about £5. I would definately stay here again."

What an Excellent Guest House
"Penjoly is an excellent guest house set in over an acre of grounds. My wife and I stayed for a couple of nights and were made very welcome and to feel âat homeâ by the proprietors David and Gary. We had one of the two upstairs rooms which was spacious with good views over the countryside. The en-suite bathroom had a very good power shower. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and immaculately presented. Breakfast consists of a vast selection of cereals, fresh & tinned fruits, yoghurts, cereal bars, fruit juice and a huge beautiful cooked âFull English breakfastâ. Penjoly has plenty of free parking space and is just one mile from Padstow harbour. When we arrived late in the evening quite hungry after a four hour drive from Surrey, David advised us of a local restaurant (The Pickwick Inn) which proved to be an excellent recommendation - we ate there both nights. My wife and I cannot wait to return to this lovely guest house and itâs most welcoming hosts in the near future and would certainly highly recommend it. You really do get great value for money!"

Great little B & B
"Set way back off the main Padstow Road this Bed & Breakfast is immaculately run and the owners are very welcoming. With plenty of parking out the front, there are 6 bedrooms - four of which are downstairs and have their own small balcony looking over the large back garden. All the rooms are pleasantly decorated, with lovely bed linen and all have ensuite shower rooms. I have to say that the power showers are fantastic! A very generous breakfast is served in the main dining area which also includes a large conservatory. Excellent food - the biggest selection of cereals I've ever seen (except in Tescos!). There is also a private lounge area for guests. We have been coming back here time and time again and think it is well worth the money (around ?65 per night). Padstow is 1 mile away, 5 minutes in a taxi and all those wonderful surfing beaches are so close by. The contact tel no for Penjolly is: -----------"
