Fantastic Hotel and Staff Highly Recomended even with a Teenager!
"This is one of the friendliest Hotels we have stayed in from our first welcome through to the treatment in the resteraunt. The rooms were exceedingly well equiped and very fresh and modern great shower and lots of channels on the TV and even an I-pod dock..what more could a teenager want? and a games room with computers on site too I can only thank the Management and Staff for a really good stay and highly recomend it to anyone who likes good food and a great atmosphere Jeff"

Definitely a 5 star stay!!!
"We stayed at the Inn Boutique for 1 week with our 3 children. We stayed in a luxury suite which i have to say, was very spacious indeed. The staff were all polite and very helpful at all times. The children found plenty of things to keep them amused in the games room which included a Wii and a Computer. The receptionist also downloaded pictures from the internet for the girls to colour in. The restaurant was very accommodating, the food very good and there was no problem asking for something that wasn't necessarily on the menu for the children. All in all, I would highly recommend The Inn Boutique to anybody, definitely a 5 star stay."

Not what we were expecting...
"The website made this hotel look very very cool and boutique like. In actual fact the room was quite small, especially when you consider that we paid extra for a superior room, and it exceptionally hot at night without a/c. It looked out onto the bar terrace and smoking area which meant it could be noisy at night. The food, other than breakfast, was pretty poor, and we weren't given the correct restaurant promotional vouchers we were told we would be. We ordered room service one night, and were very disappointed with the food, as garnishes were missing and the dish wasn't at all as described on the leaflet. The Wii room was disappointing as the console didn't really work or have all the necessary bits to play it, and internet access was bad. The only positive thing to be said was that the restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful, which was nice but didn't make up for our overall disappointment. Overall this is a very average hotel, but well below par for the price you pay for the room. We'd have definitely been better off paying a little more for a better hotel, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here, especially not on your honeymoon!"

A great Hotel ideal for visiting Jersey
"An excellent hotel where ALL staff are a credit nothing was to much trouble.When booking in our room allocated to us it was facing the busy patio area the receptionist quickly moved us to a superior room where we enjoyed the extra luxury's and quietness. The breakfast's were a delight and the resturant was excellent this modern hotel is a jewel. The only downside is the car park which was a little small but the porters who parked our cars each night were brilliant."

Great value and good facilities.
"I especially appreciated the free and reliable wifi, the laptop safe and the fan. I had a slight problem with the safe but after a call to reception that was swiftly and efficiently sorted out. The location is fine if you don't mind a short (approx 15 minute) walk to and from the centre of St Helier, and the recent refurbishment means that all areas are still in shiny new condition. Restaurant service is cheerful and the food very good, the breakfasts being especially impressive."

not too bad
"stayed for 4 nights, standard room. staff really nice and helpful, only downside is the small bed-not wide enough and the room was very warm and stuffy despite the window and fan being on, also the traffic from the road outside can be quite noisy. room very clean and otherwise comfortable, breakfast good."

Excellent accommodation & service!
"Booked this through TravelRepublic and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Hotel spotless, staff very, very helpful. Room beautifully decorated with flat screen TV, ipod docking station, WIFI access. Shower room great with power shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast and service excellent. Will definitely return again and highly recommend to friends and family."

"Stayed one night in May. Very welcoming on reception. Lovely modern room with IPOD docking station, DVD player, flat screen tv. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. Extra long bath, white fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Had a meal in the restaurant Â£20 for 3 courses which was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh bread and pastries and breakfast cooked to order. Would definitely stay there again."

Outstanding and Exceptional Service. Just Fantastic.
"We stayed in Room 110 for 4 nights. We arrived early at about 11am, there was no porblem with cheking in early and our room was made available immediately by the friendly and efficient Receptionist. The room was bigger than your average hotel room, very well presented with everything you could ask for, really clean and fresh every day. We were towards the rear of the hotel and overlooked the terrace/smoking area. No problems with road noise as other visitors seem to have experienced. All the staff, without exception, were outstanding, very accommodating and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic with loads of it, both hot and cold with room service if you were so inclined . We ate in the restaurant twice and on both occasions the food was excellent and cooked fresh with service that was second to none. On arrival, we were advised to book a table in the restaurant if we intended eating there as they get very busy - They do. To sum up; a fantastic experience, exceptional staff and excellent value for money. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as it deserves more that it's 3 stars."

Great value for money, a good experience all round
"We arrived early, the room was ready and there was no problem checking in early. Trendy bar and restaurant, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bedroom more than exceeded my expectations for the cost we paid. It was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in, the bedlinen was crisp and clean, the towels were white and fluffy, the dressing gowns were also fluffy and inviting. The hot water was piping hot and plenty of it, the shower powerful. We had a large room but as it was on the road side (this is the main road into St Helier from the north) was noisy, I asked if we could be moved to somewhere quiter and we were without any fuss or bother, the new room was a little smaller but just as clean and comfortable. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We often treat ourselves to 4 & 5 star hotels, I would rate the staff here as far more efficient, friendlier and helpful, smiles and greetings from all staff including the cleaners. Breakfast was fantastic, cereals, meats, cheeses, croissants, pastries, juice and then hot breakfast cooked to order should you have room, again this was better than breakfasts we have had in 5 star hotels. The coffee has to be commented upon, the best coffee I have ever been served anywhere. Apparently it comes from Coopers in Jersey, now all I need to know is which one it is so I can buy some. As a base to explore the island this is a great hotel and fantastic value, it is not for those who want a very quiet time as the road is busy up to around 10:30pm and from 8am, if traffic noise doesn't bother you then I would recommend The Inn, as it is now, to all age groups."

We have recently returned after celebrat...
"We have recently returned after celebrating the New Year at The Queens. When we booked in initially we were shown a room that was so small, it was incredible to believe they had offered it to us - considering we had paid to upgrade our room to Crown. We complained and were given another room, without any hassle at all. Unfortunately the staff did not seem to keep us informed what was happening, at reception and indeed during the whole of our short break there. We were never told for instance about any facilities, few that they are, in the hotel or given any information at all. The staff seemed, dare I say, uninterested, with the exception of a young lady named Martha. The hotel itself is small, the dining room quite nice and the lounge - appalling. We thought it looked like you were sitting in a home for the elderly with covers covering all the furniture. These covers were removed after New Years Day! Too late, we had already formed our opinion. Luckily for us we were fit enough to go out and meet with local people. All in all although the room was acceptable, after our change, it was certainly not as portrayed. The bar is so small it is impossible to sit comfortably! The rooms were very clean, as was the hotel in general. The food and the kitchen staff are undeniably excellent. This made up in some way for the failings of the other facilities up the hotel. From 2 fairly active OAP's!"
