This has to be THE best Guest House on the island - can't be bettered
"We stayed here for a long weekend as a birthday treat from my wife to celebrate my birthday in October. We chose it by chance off the internet, and if judged only by the pictures on the website, it exceeded all expectations. Kelly who runs the hotel has a friendly and welcoming personality, and couldn't be more helpful. It seems that nothing is too much trouble and she is concerned to make sure everybody has an enjoyable stay. The accommodation is simple but contemporary and very comfortable. The room overlooks the harbour (which I suppose is obvious given its name!) and it was lovely to wake up with the sun (the rooms face east) to the sound of the seagulls and the halyards gently clanking in the rigging of the boats in the harbour. The location for us was perfect, away from the hub bub of St Helier, but still with plenty to offer. There are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The Old Courthouse at the end of the Boulevard and the newer more contemporary "Boathouse" on the Quay being excellent ,but the bistro next door (Danny's) is probably the best. In fact it was fully booked the entire time we were there.
Harbour View might perhaps be a bit noisy on summer evenings, with some of the rooms being directly over the bistro, but certainly we weren't disturbed and would count that as part of the charm and overall attraction.
We will certainly be back again - if we can get in. Book early to avoid disappointment."

Just perfect, across the road from the harbour, close to the buzz of this lovely little resort.
"We have just returned from a short break in this lovely little guest house having had the best break ever on this beautiful island. This lovely hotel is a 'home from home' with great attention to detail. As soon as you walk into the quirky little reception area, you are met with a warm welcome and feel totally relaxed. The bedroom we were had was delightful and the breakfast choices wide and varied. We picked this Guest House because we did not wish to stay in a large, impersonal hotel and we are delighted to say it lived up to our expectations!
Full marks to Kelly and her team!
This hotel exudes charm and we are proud to recommend it to anyone planning a visit to this lovely corner of Jersey. Not only is the hotel a winner, it's situation, just across the road from the harbour and close to the many delightful little restaurants which St Aubin has to offer, make it a great place to stay."

The friendliest, nicest B&B in Jersey
"I was a solo traveler and I couldn't have asked for a better hosts, very attentive and provided everything including an incredible breakfast. It was clean and perfectly located for restaurants and the bus to town just 10 minutes away. Right next to a beautiful harbour. 'Simply the best'."

1st class - Brilliant, Harbour View Guest House, the place to stay in Jersey
"We have just returned from our 5 day break in Jersey for our 1st Wedding Anniversary we stayed at Harbour View, Le Boulevard, St Aubins Harbour. It is a truly excellent place to stay. Nothing was too much for Kelly and her staff. We would say to anyone who wants a comfortable break away to stay at Harbour View. I can't recommend it enough. If you are looking for the perfect match of high standard accommodation coupled with friendly and efficient staff then look no further, Kelly makes everything so wonderful and memorable, and was always available to help point us in the direction of somewhere good to eat and visit. Look forward to our return visit."

Wonderful Harbour View
"I've returned today from a wonderful 3 night stay at the Harbour View in St Aubin. My two children (aged 17 and 13) stayed in the Garden Suite and loved it! The view to the harbour from our terrace was perfect and we had everything we could possible need in our suite.
Kelly was lovely, a perfect hostess who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and we can't wait to return. The buffet breakfast was delicious and perfect to set us up for a day exploring Jersey and the setting of the Harbour View was ideal being walking distance to any number of bars and places to eat and also a shop for anything we needed to buy.
Our beds were comfy and the bathroom full of all the niceities you would usually expect from a five star hotel, having our own private lounge was ideal.
The weather was perfect and we're keeping our eyes open for some special offer flights so we can return again soon!"

1st class accommodation matched by 1st class staff
"Recently returned from our 4th visit to the Harbour View in St Aubins, Jersey and I can't recommend it enough. If you are looking for the perfect match of high standard accommodation coupled with friendly and efficient staff then look no further. Kelly and her team are sucessfully managing to provide excellent service married with a friendly relaxed approach to ensure guests feel welcome and valued. My only hesitation in sharing this is that we may find it difficult to get a room next time!"

Great location, great hosts, brilliant
"Stayed at the Harbour View with 4 girl friends for 2 nights. We were looking for somewhere with a great location, that was small and friendly.
We had the Garden Suite and Garden Room which meant we had our own outside private terrace over looking the harbour and our own sitting room to relax in before going out.
Rooms are well thought out, the Garden Suite ideal for a family of 4. Both bathrooms were excellent. Breakfast was buffet style and i would probably rate it as the best buffet breakfast i have ever had.
When we arrived, kelly greeted us with coffee and some fab fruit cake which we took on our own terrace overlooking the harbour whilst we planned the rest of the day.
We were blessed with some cracking weather, which always helps, but i would thoroughly recommend the Harbour View in any weather !
Had 2 evening meals whilst we were there, 1 at Cataplana just around the corner from the Harbour View, good food but very large portions. Reasonably good value at £22.95 for 3 courses (set menu), but we preferred the Roseville Bistro in S Helier - but you do have to book.
Only note of caution re accomodation - the Garden Suite is at the front of the B&B right by the Harbour, in peak season I suspect it could get very noisey late at night. We experienced this around 4am on the Saturday night, but it was really quiet on the Sunday.
Perhaps in peak season better to ask for a room in the main building."

Home from Home
"I travelled alone and wanted a small establishment with good, safe location. This small hotel was perfect, overlooking the harbour and adjacent to bars and restaurants it was home from home.
The comfortable room was en-suite with excellent tea and coffee making facilities, and was cleaned daily.
Kelly, the proprietor and her staff were very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was comfortable for dining alone and the food was excellent and prepared by a very competent French chef.
Many a sunset was viewed mellowed on the terrace of the Boathouse inn on the harbour itself.
The only downside in an otherwise idyllic week, was dreadful treatment I received as a single diner in the Old Court House Inn
at the end of the harbour."
