"Just got back from this holiday (2weeks)with my husband and 9 year old son and our friends and what a fantastic time we had!!! The hotel is spotless even down to the tiolets (which are more up market than i have seen in uk). The food was fantastic, there are 8 a a carte restaurants (turkish, greek, italian, french, fish, mexican, chinese and tepanyaki)that you can visit each once and are all included in your all inclusive (except for the tepanyaki which is 10 euro per person)and there is also a large buffet style restaurant where there are also a number of cooking stations where fresh past, meat, fish, pizza etc are cooked. for children there is a childrens food area with small tables etc. The food was top quality and each meal ranged between 5 and 8 courses. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried there best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, if you dont mind tipping a little this is a good idea early on and the staff will go even more out of there way for you. The staff were brilliant with the kids but not over powering. There was evening entertainment every night in the amphitheatre which was good and the kids enjoyed. and they also have a beach side disco with big comfy sofas and cushions, aswell as a number of other bars. the 24hr inclusive is just that, there is always some good qulity food (and drink) available somewhere within the complex. The rooms are lovely with flat screen tvs and a mini fridge that is stocked daily with coke, fanta and water, and there is also a free safe in your room. There are 2 childrens pools, a pool with water slides (which is manned), a main pool, an adults only pool and a relax pool. there are also 2 jettys (1 adults only) with large comfy sun loungers and piers.
There is just something for every 1 and the beuaty is that it is all spread out in beautiful surroundings so if whether you want quiet, busy, entertainment, no children, children there is something that suits every 1. This hotel for us was just a no brainer, its excellent value for money and we have been well and truly spoilt. The only possible thing that i can moan about is the shop (franchised) which was expensive, we had to buy a bottle of sun block while we were there and it cost us £27.50 (nivea sun factor 50 kids)so make sure you take your creams and toiletries. You dont need beach towels as these are provided and you take them to a hut daily and they will change them for frash ones.
As you have probably guessed i would recommend this hotel to every one!!!!
Oh there is also a health spa, which you can use the sauna and steam room, turkish bath room, showers and cubicles for free (to have them do a turkish bath or massages etc there is a charge). There is also a hairdresser (at a fee) indoor swimming pool and gym. There are a variety of fitness classes also and aqua aerobics daily that suit all levels of fitness.
Side was expensive to eat and drink with the quality of the food no where as good as the hotel. The ruins and the collecium are fantastic."

"Omg... the best holiday i have ever had.
The hotel was lovely, the staff were kind and helpful. There was a wide range of food for all ages. But the part i like best was relaxing by 1 of the 6 pools, which were cleaned every day. so over all i really really like this hotel. The hotel and out buildings are both very nice to stay in. They are suitable for all ages from babies, for which there are kiddie clubs, to teenagers where there is the beach, the pools and the day and time activities. And then threre is lots of stuff for the adults to do: you could take a long stroll along the beach, or why not block out there rest of the world and chill out in over 16 bar and resturant.
So I will definetily recomend the hotel and i will be coming back. "

"the hotel is exellent and the staff are lovely and friendly. the management and guest relations were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for them. The al acarte restaurants were very very good and it was easy to book in. There was a small charge of 10 euro each for the tapenyaki restaurant but this was well worth it and the standard of the food was excellent. There was also an animation team that provided entertainment and various activities, all of the ones we met were absolutely lovely and worked very hard ensuring evryone had a good time. The facilities were everything you could wish for the grounds kept to a very high standard as was the standards of hygiene through the complex. If I has one complaint it would be that we had problems with the maid service and found that several of our items of clothing and jewellery went missing and were found in very strange places within the room, including under the mattress and in the hotel information book. This only happened when we were starting to pack for going home. We reported the incidents to the management who took immediate action but I would ask people to be aware of this and always report any suspicions to the guest relations manager who was very helpful and reassured us that she would be watchful and would investigate any concerns that guests had and I have to say I fully believed her. Although this happened to us it did not spoil our holiday and the group I went with are all looking forward to going again next year. "

"Well what can I say about this hotel and holiday except... Brilliant! I stayed there with my partner, daughter and her friend, and from the first moment we arrived I have nothing but praise for this hotel.

We had booked a family room at a premium but was money well spent. We had two rooms connected from the main door and was amazed at the size of the accomodation along with the cleanliness and the fresh decor. Both rooms had their own balcony and looked out over the fine views of the complex facing towards the sea.

The selection of food available at the main buffet was good and the quality was good too, but the a la carte restaurants were amazing. You had to book them from 10 o'clock in the morning but the effort was well worth it. Our favourites were the Italian, Mexican and Chinese. If you have a big appetite then these are a must! The food and service were excellent.

All the bars in the complex were good with friendly service with a special mention to the pool snack bar. The barmen were so efficient and went out of their way to have a laugh and banter with you. Murad in particular was a legend and would often send a drink to me at the poolside via my daughter.

The animation team were always on form and would try and involve you in the many activities but would leave you alone if that's what you wanted.

They have a PR department at the hotel and they would be mixing around the complex every day to get feedback and ensure you were enjoying your stay.

Anyway, I could go on and on but just book this holiday for a fab time. We have just booked to go back this Summer and can't wait. Hubbley Bubbley Zubbley!"
