Little Gem of a Hotel
"We were 2 couples staying in Unsal Hotel for 1 week. Could not fault the hotel for a 3 star. Small but well appointed, fridge in room very useful, aircon included in room price, Turkish breakfast included also. No rushing for sun beds by pool, pool lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located just off main street but managed to feel much further away! This was one of the few hotels which did not have a notice at the front door advising you were not allowed to bring your own food and drink into hotel. We noticed a lot of hotels with signs outside advising this, and I would have been very unhappy with this type of restriction. One word of warning, if you change money in any exchange shop, count it out in front of the staff before you leave the shop. We were shortchanged by 20TL but not noticed until after left shop, second time we checked before we left shop and found it 20TL short again! Not a lot of money but if every tourist is shortchanged it is a nice little earner!! Found Oludeniz a typical tourist resort with plenty of facilities but no "real Turkey" in my opinion. We had a good time and the sun shone and the sea was lovely. The paragliding was amazing with Sky sports, the ride up the mountain is quite spectacular in more ways than one! Did not have a bad meal anywhere, ate twice in Sultan Ahmet and staff quite entertaining there, a young Tom Jones in the making!!"

Fantastic Family Run Hotel in Prime location yet lovely and peaceful
"We have just returned from a 2 week stay at the UNSAL. It was perfect in every way... The owner and staff were marvellous and couldn't do enough for you. Everwhere was so clean and well looked after, food was excellent. I have worked in a Travel Agency for the past 25 years and I would go as far as to say it was one of the best holidays I have ever had. Thank you Musa and all at Hotel Unsal"

Lovely family-run hotel in good position.
"Just back from a really enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Unsal. Close to the beach but not right on top of the hectic side of town and so not too noisy. All the family are really welcoming and speak excellent English. They are always around if you need or want anything - immediate and excellent service. The pool area is immaculate and always peaceful. There were occasions when it was only us sitting round it!!! The rooms are basic but very clean and recently decorated as is the bathroom. Rooms are cleaned every day and we had a lovely view onto the pool. Turkish buffet-breakfast (which suited us) and excellent choice from menu for lunch and dinner. We often had lunch there and dinner once (only because we wanted to explore elsewhere)- all was well cooked & tasty and good value. The atmosphere is one of relaxation and the owners make you feel one of the family without loosing any professionalism. We would definitely stay there again if we revisited Olu Deniz. Thank you for a lovely holiday, Unsal."

A special"oasis" in the centre of Olu Deniz
"Have just returned from a most enjoyable week at the Unsal. A small and friendly hotel in the perfect location for nightlife and beech but only if you want it. Step inside and you are treated to a extremely well run family owned hotel where nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are bright and clean, food is well priced and the pool area is perfect way to spend time. A great hotel where every guest counts. A special place."

A welcoming family run hotel close to the town center
"We have just spent a very relaxing week at the Hotel Unsal and we would certainly return again. The staff were friendly and obviously wanted to make you feel at home. The rooms were clean and well equipped and the pool was well sited with shaded areas and views over Babadag and the omnipresent paragliders. The food was superb particularly if you go off the menu and ask the chef to cook some local fare. Situated within five minutes of the beach and very close to the shops, restaurants and local market. The rooms were sound proofed enabling a good nights sleep. Although our first time in Turkey we met many guests who were returning to the Unsal year after year. Highly recommended."

Small and friendly- a nice place to stay
"We stayed at the Unsal for 2 weeks in June. The hotel is family owned and is by far one of the cleanest, well kept places I have stayed. The pool area is lovely, surrounded by well kept gardens. It was always easy to find a sunbed, despite being peak season. The bar area and restaurant are immaculate and the food served is of a good standard and not overpriced. The rooms are small and very basic but the decor is up to date and the bathroom was excellent. The location is superb, a few minutes walk from the beach but not on the main street so not as noisy. The family work very hard to keep this hotel clean and tidy and we wanted for nothing during our stay. Recommended."

Small friendly hotel run well and with care for visitors
"We were there during only the second week of the season, so the hotel was only half full. Lisa, Musa and family were very welcoming. The Unsal Hotel was very clean and serviced with care. Breakfast was simple, tasty and plentiful and the selection changed each morning. The pool area was excellent and the water clean and light on chemicals. The hotel is ideally situated on one of the quieter streets, one street over from the main street and just 5 minutes from the beach. We didn't eat other meals in the hotel only because there is such a great choice on the seafront and down the main street. A nice place to stay"
