Dont bother. Check else where before booking.
"Do not be taken in by the lovely boutiue pictures, this hotel is not 4 star, check out prices for Ideal hotels and compare.
Dont bother emailling for a sea view room, as they'll give you what they want and will not change your room. only 16 rooms have front sea view, be careful if you upgrade to suite 2of these overlook the busy main road at thefront. side rooms look directly into the neightbours, or the hotel 8 meters next door...... Rooms are tiny too.
Hotel placed nearer to Icmeler, than Marmaris. Food same same, whats left from lunch you have for supper, 10 of us here arrived together, food cold every night. Lots of salad i you like that, limited choice r hot meal. foundsomething to eat daily, but having travelle about a bit, the fancy wall paper and bathrooms, did not make up for the lack of orgainisation and quality at this hotel.
Cleaners do not clean work surfaces, bed not changed once all week clean towels daily.
cocktails chargble, as are all drinks other than thei beer, voddy, whisky gin.Bar Grill outside quite good, if you can live on burgers all week, Bring an iron as they dont gve you this, only send out anfor 4 lira per item, bring plnly books no book swap section, shop accross road good for water, and snacks.
hairdresser down stair in hotel cheap compared to local shops, very nice lady and gentleman too.
NOT FOR KIDS either, kids that were here, simply ran riot as there was nothing for them to do. Very small hotel, pool side and jetty fill up very quickly, not enough space (sunbeds) here or in hotel lobby when place is nearly half full, cant imagine what it would be like when its full.
nice staff here, only one receptionist didnt seem to have a clue what she was doing. "

Excellent holiday Hotel everything you could want
"We have just spent a week at the Cettia Beach Resort, and cannot find any fault at all, the staff were all friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms were spotless and maid service excellent. We used the Spa in the hotel and had a wonderful Turkish Bath and Massage. The food, there was plenty of choice and you could eat all day if you wanted to. The entertainment in the evening was good. If you want value for money and a good hotel we could recommend it. The only thing we would mention is that it is not suitable for children. Happy holidaymakers from Brixham."

Excellent Location with Friendly Staff
"I arrived at Cettia Beach on 6th May 2011 with my partner for our first holiday abroad together. We were a little apprehensive as to what the Hotel would be like as when we booked it, there were no reviews. However when we arrived at around 4am it was by far one of the best Hotels the coach dropped off at! We were straight away greeted with friendly faces and a bell boy was there to help us in the lift with our luggage. As we entered our room, we were very pleased, it was clear the Hotel had been extensively refurbished with a brand new shower room. We were on the left hand side of the Hotel and as I walked out onto the balcony I was pleasantly surprised that we still had a full sea view, it was stunning looking out to sea in the early hours just starting to get light.
The food was good on the whole, although there is only one restaurant which is a shame. As we were there for two weeks we did eat out in the local restaurants on occasions, for a change. We can thourouhly recommend the fish restaurant to the RHS of Hotel on beachfront, excellent king prawns & calamari starters & Sea Bass to die for!!!
The other great thing about the Hotel is the jetty which is laid out with brand new sunbeds.
You have to try the Turkish Bath downstairs in the Spa, as this is quite good value for what treatments you get included. The Gym was a little disappointing with only 3 pieces of equipment, but was adequate for our needs.
All in all we had a great holiday & met some lovely people.
I am sure we will be back, possibly next year."

"WOW" A Fantastic Holiday and Hotel with Stunning Views!!!
""Wow" was the word when we arrived and at the end of the holiday as we had a fabuolus time and highly recommend this hotel. Those who have read bad reviews on this hotel that was previously the Art Marmaris do not worry, you will be amazed!!!
As soon as we arrived at 4am in the morning we were greeted by the porter who took the suitcases off you as soon as you got off the bus and had a quick check in handed in passports which they keep for 1 day. The porter takes you to the room and shows you round and the mini bar is stocked on the 1st day for you to have a drink when you get there. We were amazed by the room so clean and fresh and modern with a great shower which is powerful. We had a side sea view had still had a great view on the 3rd floor.
The staff are so friendly and efficient and welcome you, we had a spa on the 1st day which was totally worth it to help us unwind and relax ready for the holiday, The food is fresh with plenty to choose from and waiter service for your drinks. The hotel itself is fresh and modern in which i couldnt find anything to complain about. The private beach has a jetty with sunbeds and free beach towels. The views are stunning picturesque with lovely walks on the promenade to either marmaris marina or icmeler, the bus also stops outside the hotel if you dont want to walk at 1.75TL one way (Its the green bus)
Very very impressed with the hotel and overall with the holiday and will go back again!!! we didnt want to go home!!! Ideal for all ages couples or groups but no facilities for children compared to other hotels in the resort that cater for this." Wow" once again."

Brand new hotel - Excellent!! Will definitely be back!!
"When we booked our holiday through Thomas Cook I was very worried as I'd seen the reviews on the previous owners (Art Marmaris) which weren't good at all!! I have nothing at all to complain about this hotel at all.
When we arrived we were told that this has been taken over 2 weeks ago by new owners!! Phew!!
We were booked into room 321!! Fantastic views over the sea/pool. Very modern decor, flat screen tv, very comfy beds!! excellent power shower (always had hot water) wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and drawers! Mini bar which was stocked with soft drinks and
beer on arrival! Rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels everyday!
Excellent location right on the beach with their own private jetty and plenty of sun beds on beach/jetty and also by the pool. The hotel also provide a beach towel service, just get a card from reception!! The hotel has their own gym, sauna & spa which I would definitely recommend. For £40 we had a Turkish bath, foam massage, reflexology, facial, full body massage! Worth every penny, a definate MUST!!
The food at the hotel was good, not a meal we couldn't eat!! Always plenty to choose from, salads, meats deserts and if not always omelettes burgers and chips from the grill at the pool bar!!
Staff at the hotel were great very polite and cheerful, especially Ozzy (entertainment staff) who did his upmost to bring fun to your day with various daily activities (bowls, killer darts, pool games, bingo) the hotel also puts on evening entertainment (breakdancers, bar shows)
I really enjoyed my stay at the Cettia Beach and would definitely go back!!"

Really Nice Place
"We returned on Monday, after a very relaxing week at the Cettia Beach Resort.
This hotel had only been opened for about 2 weeks, so was very nice both inside and out.
We had a double room on the 5th floor with our balcony overlooking the pool area. Now, this was our only compaint, if you can call it that! The balcony was VERY small, with only just enough room for 2 small seats and a small table, but it served the purpose. The room itself was as nice as we have stayed in, with a gorgeous bathroom
The food in the restaurant was as you would expect with an all inclusive buffet, but we never went hungry. There is also a very nice snack bar next to the bar and opens at various times during the day, serving burgers, chips etc. (Even for midnight snacks!!!)
The hotel is at the Icemeler end of Marmaris. Quite a bit out of the hussle and bussle, but it is a pleasant stroll along the front if you want to go. It is right on the beach, with it's own jetty for sunbathing.
The staff in the hotel are very pleasant and will try and help as much as they can.
All in all, a lovely hotel which we would not hesitate going back to, in fact we are trying to get back in September."

A beautiful hotel, shame about the staff!
"Hotel is beautifully decorated, kept very clean and a really nice place to stay. Lovely views over the bay and a gorgeous pier just off the beach to lie and soak up the sun.
Only downside of this hotel was the staff, very rude and have no time for you unless your a 20 year old female!! Staff are uncaring towards any problems and the managers walk around the place as if they're god!!
Food is also a little disappointing, very limited choice which is repeated for breakfast, lunch and dinner day after day after day. Although being all inclusive we found that we ate out most days."

Excellent Hotel very newly re-furbished and very clean.
"The hotel is like brand new, very clean with really nice decor. You could walk straight from the pool to the beach. The staff were brilliant and the standard of the food was really high everything was lovely and fresh. The harbour was about a 45 min walk but regualr busses going all time.
All the staff were brilliant with my niece and she loved it, but this is not really a family hotel as childrens pool very small, this holiday is definatley more for friends, singles and couples. On the whole i loved the hotel and would definatley go back."

CETTIA BEACH HOTEL : Used to be Art Marmaris! BRAND NEW HOTEL, EXECELLENT!
"We arrived early in the morning at 4am and the hotel receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The bell boy was there to help us with our bags to our room, which was nice. We entered our room we were absolutely amazed. The room was so fresh, clean and modern. The bathroom has a massive power shower and is beatifully decorated. After a few hours of good sleep, we met with the rep to be told that the hotel had only just opened as 'Cettia Beach' hotel under new management 4 days ago. As I write this review the hotel is 2 weeks old. The hotel has 2 lifts, so you dont have to wait long to get to your floor where your room is situated. There is a spa and gym situated downstairs, in the basment, we took full advantage of the spa on our first day, to help us unwind. The super package we had was around £50 and worth every penny. The staff were very friendly, funny, helpful and accomadating. The food was good with plenty of choice from salads to different cooked foods every day. There is a bar and grill situated outside near the pool, which offered cook foods at certain times during the day and night. At 3pm till 4pm you could get a ice cream by the bar and grill as well. The pool was a good size with plenty of sun loungers, table and chairs. The hotel also supplied us with beach towels free of charge. I could say a lot more about this hotel, but you have to experience it for yourself. We had an AMAZING holiday and are planning on returning again next year. Thank you Cettia Beach! :-)"

cettia beach hotel .......RE.. ART MARMARIS
"this hotel is very clean and there wasn't a meal we couldn't eat thou most of the meals had chicken of some kind in it but it all tasted good
the rooms were very clean and was cleand every day and if you needed new towels you just left them on the floor and new ones were left
the staff are very friendly and helpful we had the top floor there are 2 lifts so we never had long to wait for a lift, no getting up early in the morning for sunbeds theres plenty we really enjoyed it and are going back in june for our summer holidays again and you get beach towel and you can get clean ones any time"

Will not be visiting this hotel again or marmaris!
"To keep this review basic and hopefully helpful, bad points:
Food was same all time, lunch... turkey and chicken with chips and for dinner...turkey and chicken with chips in different sauces, same set out nothing like pork or beef on menu and it was always cold. Puddings always the same just set to look different although there was plenty of fruit. Same juices served with every meal and in the afternoon yummy fake burgers served with greecy chips and like crepe things optional. So if you like to eat same for youre entire holiday you will be fine, but after only one week i was sick to death of the food. The bar inside serves tea, coffee beer and gin, coke lemonade and fanta if you are part of all inclusive package everything else is chargeable.
The beach, or the muddy section known as the beach had glass on it and also one day as i sat on a sun bed, thats when i was lucky enough to get one, a dog squatted beside me and poo'd which really put me off wanting to be anywhere near that area, this seemed to be allowed dogs to roam freely to do what they want when they want.
The only time i could get a beach chair was if i was up really early like a rat race to get your'e towel down first before the german guests, which there seemed to be plenty of and favoured at this hotel. So not once did we get to appreciate the jetty area.. you have no chance unless you want to partake in getting up about 6am.
The hotel has no entertainment, take some games,or cards cause you sure as hell will need to do something, as there is nothing to do unless you want to walk down the street which seems to be nothing but old tat in the shops and get pestered to death by touters who dont like you saying no. They seem to like to play the same music too, all the time day and night, like teenagers do.
On a positive note the hotel it self is nicely presented, air conditioning good, clean, some bar staff and reception staff really a great asset to the hotel very helpful and pool reasonable size and cleaned daily. I personally will not be returning to this hotel and glad i only whent for a week, would i recommend, definately not! And one last tip dont be sukced in to taking this trip.. Bargain hunt, as it is the day from hell unless you like old tat, touters and walking around a busy hectic market in the blistering heat, not being able to look at things without being pestered, and also stops at jewlery shops and leather shops which will come with every trip you take they will nip these stops in somewhere for sure.. Save youre lira. "
