"Myself, my partner, his mum and sister stayed at the Club Atrium Apartments for 11 nights.
When we arrived it was in the early hours of the morning and we were greeted by welcoming and happy to help staff.
We were informed of all the options such as air con, security box etc as well as all the different entertainment available on each night.
The room we stayed in was 634. It was all we needed for our stay, possibly better if we had a fridge to keep water cool but shop on site so it was easy enough to go and buy ice cold water.(we were b&b, they also had self catering apartments avaiable)
The pool entertainment was fantastic everyday! The entertainment team, bar staff and waiting on staff work so hard and they make your holiday brilliant. Everyone is so happy and they wait on you hand and foot.
The hotel is in a good location, it is a 15minute walk to the beach front. If needed you could go onl holiday to the Apartments and not have to leave as there is so much there!! Things such as shops, tattoo parlour, hairdressers, internet cafe, park, games centre, restaurant, entertainment stage, night club, 3 swimming pools as well as pool bar and restaurant.
Overall we had a fab holiday, it was not what we expected but we enjoyed it and would definately return. "

"After reading some of the comments on here before we went we were a little wary, but what can i say it was great staff very friendly, rooms basic but very clean, always managed to get a sunlounger on the days we stayed by the pool, they do have a policy about reserving the beds with towels and i did see staff removing them at one point.
We went with our 4 kids ageing from 7-16 and they were all catered for and they all had a great time and cannot wait to go back.
All the staff work very hard and many hours but still smile :)
Will def go back "

"good hotel. too many little grumbles to be better.
1 - No fridge in rooms , means you have to keep buying pop and water etc from the hotel.
2 - ali-g and ozzy , too far up their own backsides. take a step back boys.
3 - food in havana is just ok.much better at cheaper cost in very close proximity bars
4 - entertainment again only adequate
Cuba is very good and rest of staff are good
Probably wouldnt stay here again"

"Well where should I begin, I have never been to Turkey before and I am already planning my next trip back. The apartments themselves were brilliant, basic but very clean with maid service everyday. The entertainment staff made it for us, they were brilliant both during the day and at night at the Havana and Cuba Clubs. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and a birthday and we wanted something we would remember, well this is the place. Its the best holiday we have ever been on , as we usually stick to spain. There were 4 adults on this holiday but we are booking with our children for next year. The Little Chef across the road is fantastic, the atmosphere and food is 2nd to none (hope to see you soon Mehmet). Please please do all your trips through James, he is situated at the side of The Little Chef. We did a turkish bath, boat trip, jeep safari and buggy safari, each one costing £10.00 each and you get looked after very well. We cannot wait to go back and believe me I am a very fussy person so for me to go back it must have been special. Lisa/Wayne/Rachel & Kevin"

One Fantastic Holiday
"We have just returned from 14 nights at the Club Atrium Apartments in Marmaris. What a fantastic complex it was. The accommodation was basic but clean and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Loads to do night and day for both adults and kids. My husband had a tattoo at the onsite tattooist, excellent, he also had a shave at the onsite hairdresser/barbers also excellent. The onsite Jeweller is also very good value for money my hubby brought me a necklace/pendant and a ring. I wouls certainly recommend this resort to both adults only an families as there were amenities for all. We have already starterf making plans to go back in September but taking all the family this time. Love Ibo and Ali G loads. xxxxxx"

Great for Families
"I went to Club Atrium last August with my husband and 5 year old. We are going back again this August. When I first arrived I couldn't work out what was going on. We were staying in the hotel but were dropped off at the apartments. Someone grabbed my bags and was telling me to follow them through what looked like an Aladdin's cave of shops, stalls and bars. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by Ali, very friendly and helpful considering the long hours he works! The room was small and basic but clean. We are staying at the apartments this time due to the lack of fridge which is really needed in August! The entertainment for the kids is brilliant and the play area is a real bonus. For the first time abroad I could sit with my husband, eat and drink while my son ran around like a madman in safety. The only time the entertainment was a bit pants was when the Thomas Cook staff got involved! Only downsides are the pools are a bit deep (I am only 5ft) and could not put my feet down when swimming with my son in the bigger pool. We all got ear infections but there is a pharmacy 5 min walk away and they sell antibiotic drops and tablets for next to nothing! The sunbeds are scarce and my husband was getting up at 6am to reserve them (and yes, he did stay on the bed and had his breakfast on them!) I booked our trips with Thomas Cook and was very disappointed when I found out that opposite they sell the exact some trips for a quarter of the price and do 'special deals' too! Will be booking with them this year. The Atrium staff are so friendly and are great with the kids. The location is fantastic too. We thought we were in the middle of nowhere but it is only a 15 min walk to the beach (depending on the heat) and there are bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. All in all a great holiday resort."

A fun and fantastic experience with our two children aged 16 and 12
"We did not know what to expect as we had never visited Turkey before. A bit wary to say the least. A long flight and transfer but when you get their the staff take care of your luggage and are a great help. They are really friendly and kind. If you enjoy a laugh, sun, family shows and a lovely meal the Club Atrium would suit you. All the staff throughout the day and night including the Havana restaurant really take care of you. The lads work long hours in the very hot heat and never moan or twist. If you dont like it too too hot dont recommend going in August. We went last year in August and boy it was extremely hot, even the Turkish found it hard. Be warned! Rooms are basic but very clean and the maids cleaned our rooms each day. Last year the sunbeds were becoming an issue with our family. We are always up quite early, but we found that people were starting to put their towels on beds through the night. It was ridiculous. At one point one of the staff went around and took all towels off. It was a completet joke. The best was some people werent appearing till mid afternoon, which ment anyone who didnt have a bed would end up on floor on the top balcohy. Hope this gets sorted this year. The Manager is very helpful and she is English so do see her if you have any problems. Cuba bar is more for the older teenagers, can get alot noisy but by 12am they have to close the doors for sound. Still doesnt keep the noise in though. If your appartment is on the side beside Cuba bar get used to less sleep. Sunny and James across the road are fantastic lads who do you great deals for trips. We were not sure the first year but we got to know them and they became family to us. Lovely family so recommend you try them. Turkey is a beautiful, scenic country and lots to do. One tip if you go near to the beach bars more expensive and bargin at nearby shops. Haggle as much as you can. You must try it once. Do recommend July as August gets too hectic. Enjoy!"

First Time To Turkey
"Arrived at the Atrium after a long transfer from airport.
We were staying in a self catering apartment, lovely and clean. Hotel staff were fantastic. Staff at Havana and Cuba were great, especially Carlos and Ali at the kids amusements. Children's play area great fun. Can only say had a fantastic first time in Turkey and hope to go back soon.

"i have been to club atrium a few times and it has always been great. But this time was the worst by face. There was a kids disco every night that seemd to last for like ever.. when there WAS entertainment on, inbetween the breaks there was no music.
since Thomas cook have taken over.. the hotel has gone down hill .. i was talking to a member of staff that worked there last year, and is still there now, and he said that if they even try and dance around the pool, liking being friendly thomas cook would report them and i think that is out of order. the thomas cook staff would do the staff dance and the pool side and they would put no effot into it atall.
Also, there was a 18 year old in are family, and one of the old men that worked on the store in the hotel asked her would she like to go for a drink with him in his hotel room.. and when we reported it, nothing got done about it.There was aslo an issue with towels, people was coming down at like 6 in the moring and putting there towels on a bed.. then goin for breakfast then what ever else.. and coming back at like 2,.
the staff are very friendly .. and bar cuba is amazing and stays open till early hours. i would not recomment this for antbody coming with teenagers or elderly people."
