Crystal Admiral Resort Suites & Spa
11 Traveller reviews from Holiday Watchdog
"It is very good place for singles, couples, friends and families. Food is very good. Everyone can eat and drink for 24 hours. Stuff is very nice. It is a huge hotel with capabilities. It is on the countryside so everyone could think that there is nothing to do. It is not true. Animators and animations are great. Animators speak with everyone, make everything to make guests comfortable. Manager of Animators - Selcuk - friendly and he with his crew do everything to be great. Evening animations are interesting, funny, professional and different. Rooms are ok as room service. I disliked one thing: there work about 500 people and maybe 1% speaks good in English. "

It was OK
"We went at Crystal Admiral on May-June 2009. It is a huge, loud hotel with hundreds of rooms and many guests. We had a nice stay, had a cozy, spotless room and we took all the advantage we could of the accommodation and great weather to have a good, well deserved rest.
Overall, in our opinion (not very pretentious young couple without children) the hotel doesn't deserves more than 3 or at most 4 stars so don't expect the real 5 stars Ultra All Inclusive services. Even the personnel does the best job they can, we found them not quite qualified and most important, speaking none or very poor English. Most of the guests are Russians and Ukrainians (around 80-90%) so communicating with other nationalities tourists doesn't seem to be top priority. Some of the staff were quite polite, very professional and welcoming (would love to mention âÅefâ Ramazan, head of Aspendos Snack Corner, who's a very nice and warm fella).
It was good for us and if you find this hotel at a very affordable price and don't mind noise, crowd and rudeness of some of the guests, go for it. Otherwise, you might want to try a smaller, more refined hotel with care for the individual tourist and get âbetterâ or âbestâ for your hard earned money."

BEST Holiday EVER !!!!!
"i went to this hotel on july 2008 and when we first arrived at the hotel the staff was very polite and spoke a standard amount of english we was happy with the service we got when we arrived. When they took us to our room it was a amazing room we had a clean toilet and clean and nice smelling room. My daughters aged 8 and 12 had the room downstairs because we had the double room with 2 floors!! It had 2 fridges and 2 tvs .... I think people that say about the russians is true but most of them are friendly and are willing to help. May i also mention that there is a indoor pool which my kids wouldnt stay out of overall this hotel is the best out of all of my holidays and trust me ive been on many..... i have recomended this hotel to all my friends and this hotel is defo a 5 star !!!! i will be going back again and again ."

"We visited this hotel in August when it was very busy. The hotel is immaculate and the food is first class. The hotel reminds me of a Marriott in England and is very posh in appearance. The rooms are brilliant for families and we had a duplex which was carpeted and had a mini bar - filled on arrival - and tvs.
The entertainment was good although the pool bar was very busy. Food was available just about all day and was of a very high standard. Eventhough it was high season it was easy to get served for drinks all day.
The staff spoke a little English but one or two did give the impression that they were not so keen on English people. The main problem was the amount of GREEDY people in the restauant - Russian, Turkish (not English!) who took plates and plates of food and did not even attempt to eat it- they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!
Not many English people at this hotel resort but there was a mix of about 30 nationalities when we were there.
Would definitely recommend this hotel - the kids loved it and made lots of friends of all nationalities"

great great great !!!!!!!!!
"well just came back from a great holiday at the Admiral, 9 of us in total 4 adults 5 kids aged 22.214.171.124,10, A great place for kids the hotel has it's own water park with various slides, the larger slides supervised by Life guards, kids club well 10 out of 10, the staff are brilliant especially Deanna.
we stayed in a room on the top floor the rooms had a duplex level with a double bed and down stairs has 2 single beds, i telly in each room and fridges,The rooms were cleaned spottlessly each day, as was the whole hotel. The hotel has a beach attached from the hotel via a tunnel, the beach has loads of sun beds, the sea it self is great apart from the large rocks/stones,
The pool area's alone have over 500 beds so the Brit tradition of towels down NO NEED !
The hotel supplies fresh towels when ever you wish to change them from 8.00 -12.00 ;;;2.00 - 7.00
The entertainment was great a little cheesysome nights, it takes place in the hotels ampethearte, one word of advice the theatre has tables and chairs on the top level get there for 8.30pm to bag one ! the seating area in the theatre gets realy hot.
The hotel has 3 al a carte resturants all def worth a visit.
Some of the reviews do mention the mass crowds of Russians Turks & Germans that go to this hotel, we like others we out numbered but were made to feel very welcome and met many friends from different countries.
All in all i would def recommomend this hotel,
PS worth tipping the cleaning lady the rooms have a energy card slot which activates the aircon, she wont take out your spare card if you 'Bung; her"

"I booked this 1 week trip for a family of 4 via flightline.co.uk . This is a chain of hotels with others in Belek and Kemer , so dont be confused when reading reviews . The hotel is huge and on the main road which isnt a problem as the beach is through an under pass . It is absolutely spotless inside and out and the spacious family rooms with mezzanine floor has ample room with 2 fridges and 2 TV s ! . Unfortunately for english guests the hotel has mainly Turkish , German , and Russians staying there , and they tend not to be the most friendly of people but this didnt spoil our time there . The pools, gardens and food are all superb with so much choice I d defy anyone not to find something they liked . The beach is a lovely stretch of sand and pebbles ,however there are some large rocks as you walkin the water and it goes deep very quickly from the shore ,so be careful if you dont want cuts and bruises like my family! Fab time had by all especially the water slides and the life guards who blow their whistles if you dont get out the pool quick enough( you ll know what I mean if you ve been)!"

"Stayed here(july 2008) with wife, sons 11 & 9 and father in-law. Superb resort.
Stayed in the duplex rooms on the 6th floor, pool and sea views excellent facillities 2 tvs,2 fridges,Pools were excellent(1m.40)Great slides for the Kids and include us older kids in that.
Great animation at the excellent amphitheater.and not forgetting the excellent cuisene on offer(as good if not better than what you'd expect on a top cruise ship)
All in all 5 star all the way.
The hotel may be a little isolated.but what you get on offer here you really dont need anywhere else."

please do not go to this hotel
"it was so bad i dont know where to start. if you are going to take notice of a review please let it be this one. the air conditioning never worked. the hotel is 99% russians. the food was disgusting and we had to queue for 20 mins. there were no tables once we had queued. to get a sunbed you have to get up at 6am. the staff spoke no english and were unbelievably rude. it was the worst holiday we have ever had."

"It was absolutely the worst holiday I've ever been to. The hotel was packed, we've got a room over the disco on the 4th floor. We couldn't
sleep because of the disco until ~6 am, then from 7 am they started to play loud music on the corridors. Everything that happened out at the pools or on the corridors could be clearly heard in the room.
When we asked for a room change it was afternoon - the staff told us to go back next morning. We did so and then they told us it's only possible in the afternoon. So we asked our local agent to do something, because we couldn't sleep for 3 days already from the constant music from different sources. We've finally got a new room on the other side. There was no disco, just the rest. The staff was extremely unhelpful.
Food was ok in general, but in the A'la carte restaurants you could only get a prepared menu and you could only go there once during your
stay or once a week.
The gym was small, hot and always packed. The beach was dirty and on the water there were spots of oil due to the motorboats and jetskis around.
Sometimes the "beach towels" were dirty as well. I was really happy to come back from there."

A great new resort
"This is an excelent resort, "all inclusive",
Like all turks, they don't speak english, but who cares.
It is amazingly huge and yet clean, the hotel was full (1600 beds) but you didn't have to wait for anything, great service. Huge pool with small pool for kids, Turkish Hamam, in-door swimming pool, air-conditioning (this is important even for a 5* deluxe hotels in Turkey), we came with two children age 8 and they had a great time. so did we.
The amount and quality of food is amazing."
