Such a friendly place, great for relaxing.
"I booked our flights and apartment independently and emailed Yusuf via the Orange Garden website to arrange a private transfer from the airport (£40 for a taxi and only one hour rather than £20pp and 2 hours on a bus). Yusuf is great and really made our holiday.
Initially I was upset as we were double booked and had to spend our first 2 nights elsewhere. However Yusuf is obviously experienced at dealing with this problem and had arranged for us to stay at the (very nice) Melissa hotel a few meters away, and included meals at Orange Garden while we waited for our apartment, he even loaned me a kettle!
The apartment at Orange Garden was large and equipped with a TV, fan, aircon (local charge), full sized fridge and kettle (no microwave or toaster) â everything we needed. (Tip â pack coat hangers, there are never enough.) Thereâs a small shop opposite the complex that sells food and drinks or itâs only a few minutes walk to a large supermarket on the Kemer main street.
Our balcony overlooked the pool and was shady for most of the day, this was great as it was very hot. The balcony was great for hanging out wet towels and swimsuits etc or just chatting with the neighbours. The pool is very cool but again this was a welcome relief from the heat.
The food in Bar Cubar (the apartmentâs bar) is excellent both in terms of quality and value. I loved the chicken shish kebab and found myself having a mushroom & cheese omelette far more often than I should. The sandwiches are HUGE, definitely not a snack!
If you fancy a change of scenery the bar staff will arrange for you to be transported to a 5 star beach resort where you can hire a lounger for 2.5YTL (just over £1). We had lunch there and were pleasantly surprised to find it was not as expensive as it looked â a seafood salad, hamburger and fries and 2 soft drinks cost around £18.
Kemer itself has few English people â most visitors were Russian, Scandinavian or German. We booked a boat trip and were the only English speakers on board, some people were put off by this but we enjoyed it. We felt safer booking our own trips than relying on Jeff the useless Thomas Cook rep., every day saw someone complaining about him.
Summary â this is a small friendly apartment complex where the staff cannot do enough for you. The apartment was large and very clean â we had maid service every day. We paid £15 per night and thought it was excellent value â much better than I expected at that price.
Thank you Yusuf and co. for a fabulous, relaxing holiday."

One of the best Accomodations in Kemer!!
"Just got back from Kemer and the Orange Garden Apartments with my husband and 15 year old son. Had a fab time...our 1 bedroom apartment was light and airy with a balcony overlooking the pool. Air conditioning was excellent and definitely needed with daytime temperatures hitting 50 degrees and not dropping below 38 degrees at night!. The apartment was kept spotlessly clean by the cheery maid and bed linen and clean towels seemed to appear every other day...folded into pretty designs on the beds!
The apartments are set back just from the main shopping area of Kemer and a short 10 minute walk to the nearest beach.........nice and quiet and relaxing but close enough to all the action if you want it. The only time we ate at the restaurant at the apartments was for their weekly barbeque night and the food was EXCELLENT...highly recommended. Their Turkish and English breakfasts are good too, if you can't be bothered to cook for yourself!
Other recommendations are:
To Eat........Dakapo restaurant (they also have a bar/restaurant on the beach)
Konuk (very Turkish..we were the only tourists there...food great)
Merhaba Garden Restaurant
Trips and Days out...Book through Hay Travel (on the way to the beach) Sebo and Oscar will ensure you have a great time, whatever trip you choose!"

"We stayed at this small but very pretty and very friendly hotel. The rooms were excellent and the staff, especially the manager Yusuf were very caring and helpful. The food and chilled out atmosphere in the bar makes it a great place to be for people of any age. The location its self is also fantastic with the beautiful mountains and good shops bars and resteraunts all very close, its a 10 minute walk to the beaches and into the centre so is also very handily placed. Overall it is one of the best holidays we have ever had and we have travelled all over the world, we had our 9 month old daughter with us and we were very pleased with the willingness and help of all concerned with the Orange garden, a very homely place and we have already booked for next year"

Loved the Orange Garden Hotel & Aparts in Kemer
"I have stayed at the Orange Garden with my Mother on six times and we have always been happy with the service. The rooms are clean and the Maid is a little sweetie. All the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food in the bar at the Orange Garden is great. Kemer itself is a wonderful place to be. The scenary with beautiful mountains is a perfect place to be. There are so many places to visit. And why not hire a jeep, I found the roads very safe and visited many different beaches."

Love the Orange Garden
"Date...Every year since 1998!
As independant travellers my son who was 9 in 1998 when we first stared going to turkiye, and myself have enjoyed many holidays at the Orange Garden in Kemer, the hotel is immaculately clean, the staff are friendly and caring, the food is excellent and you are always guaranteed a great holiday. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, its a nice relaxing place to stay, but not too far away from the main centre of Kemer, just a short walk.
Alas my son is now of an age where he want to explore the world with his friends, but I will still go back to the O.G.
I have made life-long friends there and when I step off the plane I feel like I'm home, I've been to many other places in the world in between going to Turkiye, but will always return to Kemer and the Orange Garden.
If you happen to go there say hi to Hasan and Gaz and tell them Anita and Thomas send their love and I will see them very soon."
