"We stayed at the Baba Sahin in August last year we have been going to Icemeler for 10 years and I can honestly say these are the best apartments we have stayed in. Carol Murat and the rest of the staff cannot do enough for you and are really friendly, they make it extremely hard to say goodbye at the end of the holiday. The apartments are in an ideal quiet position with views of the mountains, are of a good size and spotlessly clean. The pool area is a good size and the pool great with having a shallow end. Carol's cooking is amazing my husband was talking about the steak pie for weeks after. We did not stay around the apartments for the entertainment at night as we have friends in Icemeler that we visit but we had no hassle from Carol or the staff for not doing so. Murat is great he kept my son Alex entertained playing pool for the whole of the two weeks we are hoping to go back again this year so I have no doubt it will be game on again. Our thanks to Carol and her staff for a really wonderful stay. Deb Matt Steph & Alex x"

Lovely hotel and lovely people
"This was our first visit to the Baba Sahin and we were not disappointed.
Caroland stewart greeted us at the gate on arrival and escorted us to our rooms, wehad a balcony overlooking the pool.
The pool has sun all day over and theres a small pool for the children. No need to pop down and put a towel on a bed as there a plenty of them. Murat pops down occasionally to see if you need drinks or a snack.
The food at the Baba Sahin is excellent especially Carols casserole or Stewarts meatballs, try them.
We had a quiz night while we were there and Murats take on English made it all much funnier.
The rooms were lovely and clean and were cleaned daily.
Its about 5 mins walk to centre of town and 15 to beach, but its better round the pool.
We will definately be going back to see Carol and Stewart.
All the best Phil and Joan"

BEST EVER HOLIDAY
" Baba Sahin Apartments, Icmeler, Turkey, My Wife and i went here for 2 weeks with friends and daughter came out a week later to stay, this was the first time we stayed here and can only say wish we had found it the 2 years prior we visited, Carol & Stuart are the nicest people you could meet and they make all guests so welcome and to be honest made the Holiday so much more special. The rooms are fantastic clean and all other area's clean and tidy the staff from the bar to the cleaner are all a credit to the place and a credit to Stuart and Carol.
If i am unsucessfull in emigrating to NZ we will be back next year with no heitation and will entrust these lovely people with our family holiday again. Please dont make the mistake of not useing the excdelent chance of Carol's fresh home cooking i found it better than my mums and very well priced. I have never recomended any where on these sites before but theses people get my vote anytime, Thank you Stuart and Carol/

Baba Sahin Apartments Highly Recommended
"My partner and myself holidayed in Icmeler in June 2008. This was not our first time to Icmeler and I have stayed in many different Hotels over the years.
Our holiday started in a different Hotel which we decided to move from because it was noisey and not what we were after, so for the latter part of our holiday we moved to the Baba Sahin Apartments. We thought we had arrived in heaven.
The apartments are spotlessly cleaned each day by a very friendly housekeeper as was the rest of the complex. The towels and sheets changed regularly. The pool is huge with plenty of sunbeds for everyone and a perfect place to quietly relax and soak up some rays.
The menu was great from the fantastic English breakfast that Carol cooked us each morning to the bar snacks and home made evening meals. It had just been taken over by a Welsh family and Carol and Stewart made us feel so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. They have a lovely young Turkish girl working there who speaks excellent English and German!! She is very sweet.
The Apartments are actually set in the "real" Old Village but are only a short walk
(5 mins approx) into the town itself where you can find any type of food you fancy and the hospitality of the Turkish people is second to none. You can go to the Fun Bars or sit in the traditional Turkish lokantas depending on your mood.
As I said we have holidayed in Icmeler for many years and have never wanted to go anywhere else, we have already booked again for the Baba Sahin for this year, can't wait. "
