Very friendly Hotel
"We just returned from a magnificent week in Fethiye.
The Owner Batu and specially "the one man doing everything" -
Mustafa the Manager, will do for you everything to satisfied you.
The location of the Hotel is excellent , the mornings breakfast
buffet just a few meters from the water of the sea, the swimming
pool nearby, the clean and big rooms with balconies.
And all this and more for a very reasonable price.
We will certainly send our friends and come again in the future."

"The Yacht Plaza Hotel is a good choice.
I stayed at the Yacht plaza for 5 nights and enjoyed my stay. We booked easily and directly with the hotel's management. I stayed in a double room with balcony, pool view (and Fethiye bay view). We paid 50 Euro a night which was reasonable and included breakfast.
Fethiye was HOT, very hot but the hotel rooms are equipped with really good air conditioning systems. The basic pine furnished rooms are large and equipped with a television, hair dryer and a/c. We had 2 beds in our room. Bed sheets are clean. Bathroom was somewhat clean (had a funny smell).
The hotel grounds are clean and well kept. The pool is of a decent size however, the water is too warm (it's hot in Fethiye).
The hotel staff were funny and friendly.
There is a waterfront restaurant and bar outside (behind the hotel). We usually try to avoid eating in hotel restaurants and bars but it was so hot upon arrival that we ended up eating there and having a few drinks. We really enjoyed it and ate there a few times. The food was really good and reasonably priced (usually hotel restaurants and bars are pricey). They offered a mixed fair of Turkish food as well as other dishes for the picky tourists such as burgers, fish and chips. We opted for the Turkish meze dishes (appetizers). I highly recommend the restaurant.
The hotel's clients seemed to be yachters and lots of Brits. I think they dock their yachts for a few days and use the hotel's facilities.
The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk to the marina and a 10 minute walk to the paspatur restaurants. Fethiye is a nice town and I would recommend the Yacht Plaza (not to be confounded with the Yacht Hotel a few doors down)."

Great Hotel and Great Value for Money
"We stayed at this Hotel for 3 days in July 2007 and we very impressed with the hotel. The room was a good size, was clean and had a great view of the sea from the balcony. The best thing about the hotel is the garden and pool area where you can sit next to the water and use the bar and restaurant facilities. Would definitely stay again!"

"We have just returned for a holiday in Turkey where we stayed at the Yacht Plaza. Having been to Fethiye a couple of times before we knew what to expect of the resort but this was our first time to this hotel. I can honestly say the hotel is great, don't get me wrong the rooms are quite basic, but we had a room which slept three people (although there were only two of us) and there was loads of space. Everything is also very clean, we had a maid service the room and change the towels every day. The pool, restaurant and bar areas of the hotel are lovely and as it is situated right on the marina you are guaranteed beautiful views of the bay.
The hotel facilities can be used by sailing guests who moor their boats at the hotel jetty and although this doesn't cause too much of a problem, the pool can become quite crowded with noisy children at times.
Other than that, the hotel is ideally situated for access to the town centre and we couldn't fault our stay there at all. We would definitely return in the future and would book direct with the hotel rather than through a travel agent."

Fantastic for relaxing
"Just returned from an idyllic week at the Yacht Plaza. I had first stayed in 2006, and found that most guests returned time after time - it was easy to see why. The setting on the edge of the marina is fantastic - you can relax on sunbeds and watch the yachts coming and going. The pool is beautiful, and there is a good restaurant on the water's edge.
The rooms are fairly basic - this isn't high luxury accommodation - but it is all very clean and recently decorated. Well worth trying to get a room at the back (overlooking the bay). It's a 5 minute walk into the centre of the old town.
The family who run the hotel are lovely, and remember people from year to year. Well worth a trip - and you can easily book independently with them.
This year I was proud to meet Trip Advisor's contributor who had given warnings in her review about the elderly shopkeeper opposite - I had the same problems with him last year. She was another return guest and it was very funny to meet someone whose review I'd read."

Great value small and friendly hotel use...
"Great value small and friendly hotel used mainly by Thomson in the Season - still we wonât hold that against them!
The Hotel has a great situation looking out over the bay to the left of the Harbour and Marina. It has a nice garden ands v large pool for the size of hotel and even a few pontoons where yachts etc tie up.
When we were there this year a new garden bar was being built and the whole outside was having a makeover should look really good after May!
Staff are typically Turkish cannot do enough for you and main harbour and waterside is only five mins walk away.

"We stayed there in mid-October, so the hotel wasnât very full: I was usually the sole person in the pool (and in the sea, which was relatively warm and seemed quite OK for swimming provided one kept well away from the boats). We greatly enjoyed our stay, as all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant very good, the room pleasant (apart from poor bed lights) and the reception area-lounge-bar attractive and comfortable. There is a gym, too, though we noticed it only on our last day! The hotel's situation is excellent: its pretty garden overlooks a small marina, and it's sufficiently far out of town to be quiet, uncrowded, and not too close to other hotels â yet only a 10 minute stroll from the centre. We highly recommend it (except for those people who demand luxurious surroundings and formal and obsequious staff!) and we gather that it is greatly appreciated by a number of guests who stay there year after year."

"This is my favourite hotel in Turkey. Not to be mistaken with the Yacht Hotel nearby. Its in the small and friendly brochure.
The staff are absolutely lovely - Batu and his sister Banu look after your every need. The hotel has a great pool and beautiful terrace area overlooking the small yacht harbour at the hotel. Watch the turtles in the bay! I've been 3 times and am going next year. My parents went too and loved it."

Very impressed - will stay again
"Have been to Fethiye a number of times and this is the 1st time myself and two other female friends stayed at this hotel.
We were all very impressed - not just with the hotel accommodation itself but the lovely surroundings. Out the back of the hotel is the restaurant, bar and swimming pool. The hotel grounds lead down to the water front where there is a private jetty and a number of rather nice yachts are moored.
The accommodation is spacious and for those people with not too good mobility, there is a lift.
The staff are very friendly and helpful - couldn't fault them at all.
About 5 - 10 leisurely walk to the town centre.
Just beware the dirty old man in the small shop across the road - makes buying anything in there - a very stressful experience if you are female.
Would definitely recommend the hotel, excellent value for money and will definitely stay there again."

"Just got back from Yacht Plaza hotel. Ten minute walk into town. Good sized rooms and big bathroom. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Nice pool and what a lovely place to have your breakfast on the waters edge looking out over the bay. This hotel has thirty rooms and would never seem crowded, a great place to relax but easy access to the town (dolmus runs outside every fifteen minutes or less).
Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. I will return to this hotel very soon."
