Don't ever go!!!
"Dirty sick molesting people in spa! Spent 1 week of pure hell here. Never to return again. Prefer to spend time in home back garden than here. "

"I went to the hotel in May this year as the original hotel that I booked was not ready for time of our arrival. First night when I got there the receptionist had a look at me , did not bother to say even Hi and put a form and a pen on the desk and kept on with what he was doing , When I finished the form he sort out the room number and I was told that I have to pay extra if I want to use the safe in the room . When I got to the building that I was given some parts of wall were missing , the room was not too bad but most of the staff couldn't speak English so it was difficult to get help if you needed anything. Food was disgusting ,mainly stew in different forms and it felt like hospital food , if by a miracle they would have a simple grilled chicken and such you would have to stay in the queue for up to 20 min or so to be able to get some food , drink situation was not any better , Wine was like vinegar and for simple drinks such as a glass of pops , you guessed it, you had to queue up again. Morning was not any different either , for omelet (they would run out ingredients pretty quick) , soggy tasteless pancakes and ... yes , there was a queue and so on . I went to the jewelry shop within the vicinity to get some information and the next day I went to the city center of Fethiye(30-40 min drive from the hotel) to do the same so I can decide what do I want to buy and to my amusement the owner of the jewelry shop (Guy called Hamit) in the hotel had me followed to see whether I am taking my business elsewhere or not which was unbelievable , I never seen such thing before. I went to the spa and paid for a package which they forgot my coffee massage and I was told next time when I come back they will give me a better deal and I could not have it as they had other guests booked for that time, when I went back to my room I had bruises on my back but at least they were nice and polite . I have to admit that my partner went for a haircut and they did a fantastic job ( the only positive experience that we had) . Last day prior to our departure I asked a member of staff on the reception to make a phone call for me if possible to confirm time of my departure with the airport transfer company (as I do not speak Turkish) and I was told that I could easily do so from comfort of my own room so they can charge me for the phone call before I leave . The beachfront was complete disappointment as i.e the Bournemouth beach in UK is 50 times better. I have tried to get hold of the management of the hotel or even the chain that they are part of it for the last couple of month and as you can imagine no manager is ever available and no matter how many emails you send you will not get any reply at all.Overall if you like to enjoy your holiday and get relaxed whilst you are away I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone at all , you will enjoy your holiday better even if you go to a self catering apartment rather than being in this hotel."

I love this place!
"Just returned from our third visit to Majesty Tuana and as expected, it didn't fail to give us another fabulous holiday! The grounds are stunningly beautiful, the rooms and restaurants are squeaky clean, the Animation Team fun and friendly and the food plentiful and tasty. The staff were all polite and friendly and our teenagers were made to feel very welcome. The pier is a real asset to the resort with plenty of available water sports. We can't wait to go back again! "

"We have been to turkey for the last 5 years and never been disappointed with our holiday. Unfortunately this year we chose majesty Tuana beach . the rooms were good and very clean , but the lukewarm food in the buffet restaurant was pretty much inedible and if you are a night owl don't bother waiting for the midnight buffet as it consists of a bit of salad , dry bread and soup , all left over from the evening meal. The staff with a couple of exceptions were surly and unhelpful and in the 24hr bar all the lights are turned out around 1.30 . if that doesn't make you leave the bar then perhaps the two burly security guards that stand close by glaring at you will .we have never been anywhere were we have felt so unwelcome and we wouldn't go back if we were paid ."

"I've been to Tuana many times, but this time was definitely the hardest goodbye. Whether that's because I've now grown up and become more attached to the people and place, I don't know. Tuana is definitely considered home for me and my family, it's a place where you can let go of every negative thing in your life and focus on the positives. There's no chance of you being sad when coming to this hotel, except the harsh reality that in no time at all, you will have to leave, which believe me is the most heart breaking thing ever, because of the fantastic memories that the staff will help to make with you, such as the animation team and bar/restaurant staff, each person that goes to Tuana will without a doubt make unforgettable memories here, you will leave this hotel telling literally everyone your stories. Personally for me, i like to take a little piece of Tuana back to England with me when i go, so this year i had a book that all the staff wrote something in, whether it be in English or Turkish, each year I do something different, such as getting a t-shirt with the Turkish flag signed by them all, which is proudly displayed in my bedroom in a frame. I miss the people at Tuana and Tuana itself more than I missed anyone in England when I was there and I have made life long friends in the people there, even with the management team. This hotel will 100% be the holiday destination for years to come. The setting is perfect, the people are perfect, everything about it is faultless. Even though id love to single out that special few, it is literally impossible to do so, as each individual member of staff created a unique memory with me, everyone being as amazing as the next, therefore I'd like to thank everyone at Tuana for making each and everyone of my holidays there, so perfect, and each time making it that little bit more special. Thank you."

Brilliant complex just a bit out of the way
"Went to this hotel 23rd July for 2 weeks, hotel fantastic, quite a few bars so never big queues, especially the self service of lager and water out of the fridges near the bars and wine in the restaurant, food good apart from the breakfast but if you want english breakfast then go self catering in Turkey. A few swimming pools around the complex, so never had to get up early for a sunbed only at the main pool, could still get 1 at 9 am, up at park 2 where we stayed and had a lovely pool view, rooms pretty small but quite modern, cleaned well and fresh towels every day. Entertainment not too bad but certainly caters for the kids, free kayaks and pedaloes in the mornings only, as the sea gets a bit rough around lunchtime but it's a lovely sea breeze to cool you down at the height of the summer, certainly would return but a bit expensive in the school holidays, espcially more so for next year, but that's always the case with the travel companies putting prices up for school hols"

OMG- COME ON BUDDY!!
"FANTASTIC STAFF + GREAT HOTEL = AMAZING HOLIDAY. On Arrival- Reception: we arrived at 2:00 morning on the 16th July, ahead of schedule. We were greeted warmly by the reception staff, including the bell boy. Check in was very quick, but everything was covered. The bell boy then loaded our luggage onto a large golf buggy and drove us to our room. Room: Very well decorated: plenty of space, very comfortable and plenty of storage for clothes. Cleaned well everyday. Air con can be used constantly (free), worked really well, making it easier to get ready and sleep. Was never disturbed by noise, as rooms are a good distance from the bars. Only draw back was that the balcony was a bit small. Hotel and grounds: everything is within a good distance, the hotel map seems like everything is a long walk from each other however this is not the case. Grounds are kept lovely, very well looked after. All natural, including the free range chickens, but not to worry they do not get to close. Other animals on the grounds included the animals in petâs corner, for example rabbits, guinea pigs and a range of birds. Food and Drink: Saw a few reviews before going about the food being repetitive, would disagree with them completely, although food like chips were always offered. Meals were very nice and you can eat as much as you like. 4 meals a day if you wanted so donât worry about getting hungry, (breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner). With ice cream and doughnuts from 4:30 Fridges full of wine free to take at dinner. Plenty of fridges full of water. Help yourself to beer, no need to ask the bar staff. Activities: plenty of activities to join in, but only if YOU want to, they are not pushy at all. The activities include; crazy darts, archery, rifle shooting, beach volley ball, pool games, water polo, water sports, evening bingo, discos, and the kids club. All very well organised and managed by the animation team. Every night the animation team will also put on a show, which is fun to watch, and they work very hard to give the best possible performance. Animation team: ABSOULATLY FANTASTIC!! Been to Turkey 5 times, and they are the best we have ever seen, never seen an animation team work so hard! They are one of the main reasons we had such a good holiday. We would like to make a special mention to the amazing; Neyo- ( â OMG! COME ON BUDDYâ ) he is always on the go, and puts a smile on everyoneâs faces. Always full of energy and very friendly. Lovely young man. Gunes Karaca- best teacher for archery, and a very friendly guy. Mahut- amazing dancer and water polo player- really funny and friendly. Ifran- who gets everyone going when playing pool games, and made us all laugh when on stage. MoMolLy: very nice guy, and friendly again, good laugh. And to all the others, Jack and team, who kept the kids entertained in the kids club. Overall an incredible holiday, a BIG THANK YOU again to all the animation team. Hoping to come back next year, so hope to see them all again. Keep up the good work!! Emily Gray (18), and family x "

The staff were very polite and the Animation team were Fantastic, they were very friendly and great with the kids. What an awful first experience of Turkey
"This was the first time we have been to Turkey and because of the staff attitude here and the very poor food I doubt very much that I will go back. The hotel room and grounds are not to be faulted as are the cleaning staff and garden workers, but these are not customer facing. The staff that should looked at are the restaurant staff and the bar staff, The former will never look you in the face and it leaves a very unsatisfactory feeling, they whip plates and cutlery from your table without looking or speaking to you almost before you have finished and if you were to leave your table unattended to get a drink it will be cleared. The bar staff never smile and are never quick to serve, almost as if they are doing you a favour. The Reception staff were actually hostile towards us on a couple of occasions. The food is almost all of a very poor quality and served from cold to warm, a lot of processed meat is used and when there was roasted chicken it was being pulled apart by the gloved hands of a staff member and placed on your plate (heaven forbid I might have selected a piece of breast). Fresh orange juice is charged for (yes in an all inclusive) Relaxing around the pool area is ok if you can ignore the constant very loud pounding music from the very large speakers, this music seems to be there for the staff as no one I spoke to required it. The nightly entertainment is a joke! This is provided by the leisure staff miming to songs and is below Rep-Night level, no professional entertainers involved here. Beer wine, tea, coffee and water are available to self serve, but why not soft drinks? I could see no ice cream for the children, only that which was bought from the shop. To sum up this holiday:- The hotel and grounds for both park and club are first class but let down extremely badly by the quality of food, third rate entertainment and unfriendly staff in the restaurant and main bar. Once here there is nowhere to walk to as this complex is a long way down a track from the main road and nothing at the main road end to walk to, so you are stuck with the problems and they know it. "

"We have just returned from a week at the majesty tuana and i can say it is probably the best holiday we have had. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entertainment team were very good there was plenty to get involved in during the day and sometimes even in the evening entertainment. The food was lovely and plenty to eat and drink all day and night. Overall we would have no hesitation in recomending to anyone. A fantastic holiday all round."
