"I stayed in this hotel for a week from 20-27 October, with my daughter, the weather was fantastic 28-30 degrees every day. We arrived around 12.00 noon to be told we couldn't check in until 14.00 but that we could sit in the lounge and have a drink, at 12.30 we asked if we could get something to eat after having an early morning flight and nothing to eat we were very hungry. The receptionist told me that we could go into the buffet restaurante and eat, we asked if we would need a bracelet to say that we were "all inclusive", but it wasn't needed. The food looked out of this world, the presentation was truly first class, and this was just the lunch buffet. It did not disappoint, we really could not say anything bad about it, and came out of the buffet smiling very contently to ourselves! The room was finally ready at 14.30 but because the hotel was fully booked the room that we had booked for (at the main hotel) wasn't available. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and said she had arranged for us to stay in a suite, but in the gardens! A guy driving a golf trolley came to pick us up and take us to our room, and he was telling us how nice the room was, but we thought we would wait until we had seen it before we appeared too enthusiastic. WOW what a room, it had 4 beds, in two rooms, queen sized with beautiful silk covers, two balconies, two televisions, and a bathroom, outside the room at one side they had apple trees, and the other side, lemon and lime trees. The restaurantes, pools, entertainment, activities were also first class. You could also have every alcoholic and non alcoholic drink possible. The only thing i could complain about is that the swimming pools were so cold... All in all this really was a fantastic holiday, and i would advise it highly. "

WHAT A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY
"This hotel is absoluteley fabulous, the rooms are cleaned every day with new towells and sheets, free mini-bar filled every day, hair dryer in room and towells for the beach, food is superb and available all day, a la carte restuarants brilliant service, coffee and cakes, pancakes and doughnuts made while you wait, beach and pool bar excellent lunchtime food, fresh spit chicken and pizza, salads etc. The waiters and bar staff are brilliant, drinks bought to your table and they are all so friendly. Animation team excellent, games all day, archery, rifle shooting, french bowls and volley ball on the beach, and other games, yoga salsa dancing everything you could think off. Evening shows vary from serious dancing and lots of comedy shows which are very funny and audience participation shows which are all very good the men entertainers are all really nice and very funny. The beach if lovely and the waterslides are great fun, my family of four spent all day going from the beach and sea to the waterslides of course stopping at the beach bar, or coffee and cake house on the way. Beware of Taxi drivers they rip you off told me 30 lira and then when got back said he said 30 euro so that was a shame tried to argue but had to pay 60 lira in end. And if you do go out get prices on coffee before you drink they tried to charge us more there as well. If we hadnt gone to the market at Kadiyre and Belek 2 days we would of had two weeks without spending a penny which is amazing. The champagne and red wine are very good as are all the cocktails Mainly foregieners at the hotel, but enough english to have a chat and they all speak english anyway and they were all really friendly. EVERY THING WAS BRILLIANT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND ONLY 30 MINS FROM AIRPORT, GET A TAXI AT AIRPORT CHEAPER THAN TRANSFERS IT WAS 60 EURO RETURN I PAID £95.00 WHEN I BOOKED HOLIDAY."

Just returned from a wonderful two weeks...
"Just returned from a wonderful two weeks. This has been one of the best holidays, we have had. Food was excellent, room was large and airy, day time entertainment was full on, Water polo, mad poolside games, football, rifle shooting, yoga and so much more, evening entertainment was the best, from organised musicals to games that included hoilday makers. I've never laugh so much!!!!! I have two young children and can say they never once complained about anything. The staff were very friendly and it put me to shame that they could communicate with every holiday maker be they French, German, Russian or what ever. The animation staff were great too. Making our holiday the most active I've ever been on, including being on stage taking part in a game. The other holiday makers were also very friendly again making the effort to communicate. I went with strange fearful apprehension and came away fully happy with how it turn into the best time ever. "

"The hotel was clean and of a high standard. Unfortunately the room was tiny and a family of four sharing one tiny room was not ideal, there was no choice for a larger room on booking through the Cosmos website even though the hotel had larger rooms. The food was good with a selection of restaurants for a change. Entertainment was ok on selected evenings but as there were no other bars to go to other than reception, you had little choice but to watch the shows which sometimes were not suitable for children. There was lots for the kids, foam parties, and beach parties after the shows. Overall a good holiday."

Just returned from a week all inclusive ...
"Just returned from a week all inclusive at this hotel. We found the hotel to fully deserve it's five star rating. The food was excellent and varied and the rooms were clean and spacious. The beach was clean and the sea water was warm, although not crystal clear. Staff were helpful and children seemed to be having a lot of fun. We went at the end of October and the weather was disappointing for the first few days (thunderstorms and heavy rain). Although the last were very sunny and really hot (90 degrees). We did meet a couple who return to this hotel in October every year. They were surprised by the rain, saying it is normally very hot every day. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future."

Best 2 weeks ever
"Hotel is fantastic, had such a great time along with the rest of my family. The hotels maintenance is super. the food is great, lots of different types to try from. The pools are lovely, a 2 second walk to the sea which is lovely and clear, the water sports is awesome had great experiences on the banana boats, jet skis and parasailing. The Animation team is incredible, they are going nonstop, all day entertaining the guest with games water games all sorts, then the evening, the shows are amazing the dancing is fantastic, and for the animation team to do everything and then rehearse til early hours of the morning is pretty incredible. I have made soo many friends from this holiday and was the only holiday i have been in tears about leaving. And lastly I would recommend this hotel to anyone it was lovely. And you will deffinatly see me in the future!! And i would just like to say a big hello to EFE lots of love x. xxx"

Fantastic 2 weeks in Turkey
"We had a fantastic 2 weeks at this great resort hotel. It is all-inclusive and the quality and choice of food was brilliant. There was food available virtually all day and drinks 24/7 (including free mini-bar) - I recommend the Turkish pancakes. I even put on 4kgs!! One possible downside was that the juices were all artifical and too sweet (don't worry, the iced drinks and beers are ok). The decor and layout or the resort was excellent - very clean and well-maintained - they do seem to waste a lot of water keeping things green, though. The staff were on the most part friendly and helpful, especially the kids club staff. The kids club was good, although the language barrier might put kids off to begin with. The only negative issue was that English is NOT the second language and we sometimes had diffuculty communicating - easier if you speak German or Russian! What more can I say, but that I definately recommend this resort."

Belvil is Simply the best see you in 2008. Kay,Colin and Bronte. Glasgow
"This is our thrid visit to Belvil and will not be our last. It is the best place we have ever visited (and we have been to many countries and many top class hotels) but this beats them all. It is wonderful. We went in July last year and then again in October and yet again this summer, (we just cant keep away, its so good.) I dont really know were to start with my praise for this hotel, so i will start with the food. It is amazing, there is something for everyone in the buffet and it is soo clean in the restaurant and fresh food is being put out all the time. It was both my nephews birthdays whilst we were on holiday and they were treated so well and made to feel so special. They both had beautiful cakes, (with their names on) and everyone sang to them. They were also taken up on stage my Mehmet (from the childrens club) and given a certificate and sang to again. It was so special for them,. they both said it was their best birthdays ever. There are also restaurants which you have got to book in a morning to have a meal in them that night and yet again they are really really nice and the food is delicious.90% of the hotel staff speak English and even the ones who didnt ,understood you. They are all so friendly and helpful. The hotel is stunning and its grounds are so well looked after, its amazing. It is such a beautiful hotel. The bungalows are also perfect, ours over looked the beach, perfect location and they are cleaned every day. They are spotless, so are the pools, beach bar and pool bar.So are all the toilets.(They are cleaned all day long and even at night.) Now i need to tell you about the amazing entertainment team they have at Belvil. They make the hotel what it is, they are fantastic and the reason we keep going back. (We thought last years holiday couldnt be beat, but it was! Because this year was just the dream holiday.) We were two famlies. My sister in law's family, which has two boys ages 10 and 8 and my family in which i have a 13 year old daughter and it doesnt matter what their ages are there is something for everyone. The childrens club is for up to the age of twelve and they all childrens entertainment team speak English. They do so many different activities for the children, they love it. It is very well organised and your children are so very safe . My nephews loved it. The staff are all brlliant. Then there is the teen club. My daughter had a ball at this. At first she was too shy to go but with the encouragement of Ilker and Timoore, the teen reps she went and she loved it. Yet again this was because of the entertainment team. They even managed to get her in a dancing show, which they put on at night and it was brilliant. Well done to Ibrahim who spent hours teaching them the dances. Talking about shows. WELL! The dance shows at night were amazing so professional. They were so entertaining. The dancers are so talented and also very beautiful, they are great to see, they practise and practise to make the shows so perfect. They also have sketch nights which are so funny, they are great. The kids love them. During the day there is always something to do (if you want to) and if you dont then you just laze around the pool or the beach, but if you join in with the games, its so much fun and there are so many different games they play. The entertainment team excel here. They work so hard to make your holiday just perfect and you have so much fun with them. A special mention to my special friends Yana, Efe, Deniz, Gurkan, Ilkor,Gamza and of course Mehmet. Also a special mention to the "CHIEFS" as they call them. (The bosses) Boris,(The main man) Hakan, Ibrahim and Joya (She runs the kids club, and is excellent) They make sure everything runs smoothly and work very hard also and they are brilliant. They are so friendly and always have time for you. Well Done! You have a great team. You make it work so well. When you go and meet all these wonderful people you will know why they are all so special to all of us. The whole team is special. I wish i could name them all because they all deserve it but i think this is going to be the longest review ever written as it is, i could go on praising them forever, because they are wonderful and you really should go, its so worth it. They made my families holiday, "simply the best." See you all next year at Belvil, I hope, as it wouldnt be the same without you all."

"My family has just spent a fantastic two weeks at this hotel. The hotel, grounds and rooms are spotlessly clean. The food was fantastic, in both the buffet and the five a la carte restaurants, and there is food of some type available 24 hours a day. The spa, although a bit pricey, offers the most fabulous treatments. I had the best swedish massage that I have ever had. The animation staff run a great kids club and put on very professional shows every night. Here are some handy tips- 1. You have to queue and book at 8 am to reserve the a la carte restaurants for that night. 2. You have to put your towels down at 8 am to get the loungers you want. 3. The pool where the flumes are is more peaceful to sunbathe. 4. Most of the staff don't speak good english but are friendly. 5. Take euros as everything is priced in euros. They do except lira and dollars though. 6. The hotel shops are very expensive. Nivea suntan lotion was £18 a bottle!! 7. The villa rooms are small with small balconies and the bathrooms are small but they were clean. All in all we had the most relaxing holiday that we have ever had and will definitely be going back."

great family holiday
"Have just come back from a week here. We had a great time. We travelled with Cosmos and all went smoothly and the rep at the hotel, Andrea, was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well kept. We had a 'bungalow' room for 4 - this was a double bed, single bed and a chair bed. The room was adequate in size (as we only slept / washed in it!) and the roommaid serviced the room every day and changed the sheets once during our week stay - it was kept lovely and clean. The food was very good, lots of choice but did get alittle boring as repeatative by the end of the week. Pancakes, cakes and doughnuts servived throughout the day - all fab! and plentiful fruit at all times - especially melon, plums and cherries - gorgeous. Swimming pool clean and always plenty of room to swim and play and we always found a sun bed - here or on the beach. They provide you with beach towels. We found all the staff friendly and keen to try their english out - all be it some not so good as others. The entertainment team did a great job too day and night. We went on a jeep safari to the mountains - ggod but not for young children as not much for them and went shopping to Side - wouldn't bother going there - very touristy and same shops over and over again. A great time had by all of us at the hotel for a relaxing holiday and we would return."

Wonderful absolutely loved it.
"I have just returned from this fabulous hotel and I want to be back there. The food is amazing if anyone can find any faults I would like to meet them. The animation team never stop they are full of energy and enthusiasm that it just rubs off on you. Their shows are extremely professional although it is tiresome when they have to explain it in 5 different languages. A lot has been said about the Russian and German guests but I found the French to be the most abrupt. The staff in reception, the bars, and the restaurant are all willing to try and speak English and nothing is too much trouble. The bedroom was large with a double bed and a single bed. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the unbelievably high temperatures 46 one day!!. The only down side was our Rep, Jeff (MY Travel)I found him to be unkempt and his presentation was abrupt to say the least. If this is all that they can employ then the salary must be very low. We did not even have a Rep take us to the hotel we were just dumped on the coach at the airport. This thankfully did not detract from an absolutely fantastic holiday and I would have no qualms in recommending it to anyone."

Fab Holiday Papillon Belvil
"We went on holiday here in the middle of June 2007, and what a fab time we had, the hotel food is great plenty of variety even for the kids. Swimming pools were great always clean and plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were great there was always someone around and they were really helpful, the kids entertainers were really good speaking 5 different languages. The room was spotless cleaned every day without fail. The only problem we had was the other visitors at the Hotel they were mainly from Russia, Ukraine etc and we found them very rude, there was only three or so other english couples when we were there. But saying that I would still go back. I would highly recommend this Hotel to couples or families."
