Lovely family holiday
"We recently got back from the Pegasos Royal after a two week stay. My husband and I along with our two children aged 3 and 2, found the hotel brilliant. There was plenty of pools and slides for the children to play, we tried them all! even the kids. Our children loved the entertainment!!, bonkers bex, diva danni and ready steady eddie really do work hard to entertain the guests. we used the creche facilities with our youngest child and he loved it, it was cool and full of toys and the girls were lovely and friendly. He made loads of pictures and a holiday book which I thought was an excellent idea to keep for memories. My daughter went to tots and had a fab time, everyday she asked if it was time for nursery! I would recommend it if you have young children, it keeps them out of the sun for a few hours, and also gives you time to relax. The food is slighty repetative but as others have mentioned, catering for thousands of people is difficult (I am a very fussy eater and never went hungry). (the freshly cooked turkish pancakes are a must!! my guilty pleasure) Our room was facing the road, but unless you are planning on spending a lot of time on your balcony its not a problem (just dont leave your lock down, as one night me and my husband locked ourselves out on the balcony whilst the kids were asleep - we were on the 5th floor, scary at the time but now we can laugh about it) Rooms are a decent size, maids clean everyday, and provide you with a large bottle of water for your fridge. Sunbeds- we never went early to get a bed, but always found one, not always in a good location, but we still managed to get them. Yes, there are lots of German, Russain and other foreign holiday makers. We never found them a problem as the majority speak English and on a few occasions had conversations with them. Our only complaint/bad experience about the holiday was our return journey to the airport... an absolute disgrace!! but Thomson have been informed. Overall a fantastic holiday!"

Great fun lots to do for kids all topped of by some great thomson staff.
"Sat in the bar waiting for our departure - had a great holiday. Having two boys, one 4 and the other 8 month we had our fingers crossed that this new thomson hotel would meet our requirements. After settling in for a couple of days our boys have had a great time. The entertainment team - Becky, Danny and Eddie to name a few have made our time around the pool extremely enjoyable. Food in the hotel was good to start with but as more guessed arrived there was a need for more staff. The beach is good and clean and the sea perfect for kids to play in. The temperature of the pool for this time of was cold and took some getting used to. Overall its clean with lots to do and we would recommend to anyone with both babies and youngsters."

"We moved to this hotel after stayin at a thomsons platinum (seven seas imperial) i must say the Pegasos royal deserves the platinum status alot more than seven seas did . The hotel was so clean, all the staff could no do enough 4 you, the kids come first and the thomsons rep, kids club and entertainment staff are the best i have ever come across ! This is a fab hotel for kids they wil be in bed by 9o'clock not because of boredom but because there is that much 4 them to do through out the day they will be knackered .overall a very happy family :)"

Great holiday and value for money
"Thomsons have only just added this hotel to their portfolio and the reps and the hotel management teM are working so hard to make it work. The room was recently refurbed and the hotel spotless. So many pools to choose from and the watersides are great fun. The hotel is right on the beach too and with other attractions in the hotel too you can't go wrong. As its their first couple of weeks catering for English guests they are slowly updating their menus to reflect this I.e. Bacon was added after feedback from some guests. Thompson reps are really good too with Henry, Becs, Danni and Ready steady cook taking great care of you. Overall really good stay with very helpful people."

Good location, beautiful garden, lousy service, unhelpful staff
"We stayed there in early October, and overall it was good, but far from perfect. The hotel is actually a complex of 3 properties. The garden is huge and truly magnificent. Lots of palms, banana trees and bamboos with small hideouts and paths. It has at least 20 pools, and several beach bars. The setting is perfect. The room was large and had a separable sitting area. Our balcony was facing the sea, so we had nothing to complain short after check-in. On the first day our toilet broke, the water was coming out of the bathtub and we just couldn't have anyone come up to fix it, and we got dirty towels every day as replacements (see photos). As for service and staff friendliness...nobody seemed to be helpful. We had our keykards stolen at the beach and when I was asking for new ones the receptionst told me that it costs 20 euros each. I have never heard of anything like that. It is a plastic card which costs I guess not more than a few cents! Also we did not get any water in our room after the 3rd night. We needed to "hunt" for houskeepers and get water from them all the time. At the restaurant we did not get any cutleries, and needed to basically set our own table."

A very good hotel to stay with children
"We went here with our soon to be 3 year old boy. The 16 different water slides and 7 pools made this vacation a great one. The room was spacious for 3 people. + many slides and pools + the garden creates rooms in the large area + a large selection of foods + lovely beach + kind staff - a bit cold in the pools at the end of October"

Perfect for children
"The looks of the hotel is not impressive, nor the lobby area...The rooms are just like in its photos, clean, nice furniture but a bit tired. The rooms are not very quiet , but after 12 nothing unpleasant. The restaurant has plenty of food and is always kept clean. The graden isn't big but is like a little bothanical garden, making it a nice little paradise. There are more swimming pools, and plenty of slides for children and adults, too. It is a real heaven for children. The sea is warm and good for children, the sand is very very fine. What shocked me is the cleanliness!!! The staff is always moving , keeping all spotless. It's the first time I saw such a good coordination. So...We had a great time - 15 persons (5 children from 2-15), and I really recomend it for families."

"On a positive note the outside areas of the hotel were very good, nice and clean and spacious. The slides and areas for older children were good. The air conditioning was turned on 4 times during our stay between 2030 and 2330 - having a 1 year old in a room which was over 28 degrees (this was as high as my thermometer went) was totally unacceptable. The cot was appalling as half the base was missing so we had to put a pillow under the cot to hold her up. When I complained to our rep about the air conditioning she said that we had had it easy as the people who came out in July and August really were hot. I don't believe this hotel is ready for British visitors as the staff's level of English was poor and quite often I found it impossible to be understood. It is not worth the star rating it has been given."

Like other very good all inc hotels!
"Having been on 2, 5* all-inclusive holidays a year for the past 5 years I pretty much know what to expect and this did exactly what it promised. Good points:- 1. Food was plenty in choice and very tasty. They made effort to do specials on 4 of the nights we were there. 2. The amenities are great, the slides are good fun, excellent pools, beach 40 feet away. 3. Bars. There is a beach bar we sat at during sunset, a buddha bar where you can relax on bean bags, 2 ampitheatres with entertainment and the main bar open til 1am. 4. The rooms and service were very good. They are twin rooms mainly but you can easily push the beds together and they are very confortable. 5. Everything for the children if you have them, the slides, the castle, the staff to look after them. Bad points:- 1. Aircon in the room was poor but bearable. 2. The food was similar day in day out, but very nice. 3. Entertainment was limited at night to the 1hr show they put on in the amphitheatres. 4. Lack of English people, which will be resolved next year. Overall it is definitely worth going, in-line with some other more expensive holidays we have been on."

Great ....... for adults with KIDS!!!!!
"The hotel was really clean, staff were polite and the amenities were great. Location of the hotel was perfect as it was right on the beach. The only problem was that, as it was the first year for British tourists, the hotel was full of ignorant foreigners whose kids' had no consideration for others. Meal times were a bit like being back in the school canteen. At one point a child was racing round the restaurant on a skate-board whilst beeing watched by his parents who clearly did't give a damn!!!!"
