"I travel a lot and choosed this hotel just in a last minute. When you enter you will be impressed how huge and beatiful this hotel is. Room is very big and and perfect shower with separate bath. Breakfast is very delicious with a big varioty of meals.
Stuff is very friendly. Especially would like to say big tnx to guest relations service, to Boris Enli who helped us to find all the best places in Antalya and he is always ready and willing to help.
I will definetly come back to this hotel."

"A great hotel situated in the perfect location. Sea on the doorstep, the city sights around the corner. The local tram line is about 500 metres from the hotel and goes past all the main sights, takes you right outside the fantastic museum. Its so cheap and fun to ride on. The hotel is literally around the corner from the palm tree lined boulevards with all the shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, markets etc. Once the outdoor pool and the other restaurants are completed it will be an amazing hotel and I am sure the price will go up! Great views from the hotel room, food was good and varied, we were on HB basis. Staff were polite at all times but can be a bit slow in the restaurant when busy. My only issue was our room floor had not been swept for 2 days but dealt with promptly when I complained and apologetic. The concierge was helpful and Tuba in guest relations was very friendly and helpful with information about buses, shopping and sightseeing etc. The duden waterfalls and the museum. are a must."

"Stayed here for a week from 2nd-9th July with my girlfriend room 1509. Booked last minute so wasn't sure what to expect but the hotel is simply amazing!

The hotel opened 3 months before we arrived, we walked in the main entrance we were shocked at how large and grand it was! we checked in instantly and were taken up to our room in one of the glass elavators. We stayed in one of the delue rooms which is standard for this hotel. The room was perfect, bed was huge! amazing bathroom with walk in shower and seperate bath. Gowns and slippers provided :) Wifi internet as well!!

The Staff were extremely friendly and in abundance. they were everywhere and always smiling. Food was the best hotel buffet style i have had and changes daily. we didnt feel like we had to eat out in the evening.

The outdoor pool isn't finished yet but the hotel provides a free bus service to a private section of konyaalti beach with a waiter service, free towels, sunbeds and a personal safe to put your valuables in whilst your in the sea. There is also a massive gym and nice indoor pool.

Location is great. Literally 5 minutes walk from the old town which is perfect for young couples. loads of nice restaurants and bars and this leads down to the harbour which is very picturseque. you do get heckled by the shopkeepers a bit but its all part of turkey.

We were going to stay in the Sheraton Voyager hotel but chose this one. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definately go back! Definitely the best hotel in Antalya!"

"Have just returned from a wonderful weeks stay in the Ramada Plaza, the staff were all helpful, polite and friendly, a special mention for Baris who manned the guest relations desk and provided us with Turkish history lessons, while practicing his English. Yes the hotel is new and not fully completed; the completion of the outdoor pool and other amenities will further enhance the hotel but did not detract from the quality and high standards that are currently in place.
The restaurant provided a good selection for both Breakfast and Dinner – even the fussiest of eaters would find something to eat.- and those that enjoyed their food left contented-- especially my husband.
The indoor pool was large, the water was not overly warm, but not cold once you got in, but who wants bath water when the temperature is so high, towels are provided in the changing rooms and for those that opt for the beach shuttle they are supplied on the bus.
This hotels position is very close a large park that edges the coastline, a nice place to walk with sea views , shady trees and fountains . Carry on a short walk and you are in the old walled town, their is a tram on the road that will take you to the historical award winning museum for about 1.5 lr each, a bargain the tram will also take you to the beach. Public transport is cheap and easy to use but for those not inclined the hotel has its own taxi rank outside the hotel.
My husband and i had a wonderful holiday thanks to the efforts of the hotel staff."

Hotel good, staff not so

"Unfortunately we arrived at this hotel because of a flight delay along with 70 other people for a 15 hour stay. Hotel is bright and modern and on first impressions very nice.
Check in was good considering there were 70 people wanting a room!
We had a twin bedded room on the 2nd floor which was excellent with tea and coffee (i did have to ask twice for some more though as they were a bit stingy!) good reasonably quiet aircon, safe and ironing board. Bathroom was excellent with a large shower and tub and the usual shower gels and stuff. Bed was very comfy not to hard and the pillows wow they were massive.
Our meals were included in this stay and soft drinks (which proved to be a bit elusive because the staff could not cope) in the buffet restaurant. Good lunch and dinner we had although they could not cope with 70 people plus about 10 other people stopping there.
Restaurant manager did not help by barking orders at staff instead of doing a bit of work himself, lead from the top!
Like other reviewers have said all the facilities have not been finished yet. but the indoor pool and leisure facilities are very good, pool was cold though.
Check out was a shambles tried to rip us of with drinks but a firm word sorted that out.
Staff did not seem happy and did not want to help or serve you apart from the maintenence guy who came to fix our room key switch and told us it was Kaput! but fixxed it mega quick.
Not sure about the location because we spent alot of time sleeping and at the hotel waiting for our flight.
All in all good hotel but not so the staff and management who you would have thought would have been glad of the buisness especially as the hotel was virtually empty."

only complaints would be..outdoor pool under construction, 2 restaurants under construction, disco/nightclub under construction..however they have a beautiful international spa

"This hotel has only opened a few months ago. The foyer is gorgeous and our standard room was excellent. The hotel feels luxurious and all the staff were friendly and efficient. There is still work being completed so the outdoor pool is not finished and some of the bars and restaurants. Once these are all ready the hotel will be even better. Due to the pool not being ready the hotel had a courtesy bus each day to a private beach and supplied beach towels. The private beach had loungers, waiter service and a restaurant. We had a wonderful day at the beach. If we go back to Antalya we will definitely stay here again."

"I love hanging out in hotels and I live in Dubai where the 5 star hotels are comparable to a 7 star. Ramada plaza is new hotel, very clean and has got lovely staff. They helped me in every terms. It is very convenient in terms of location. You can walk to so many places. The food was fantastic. The staff talked a very good English (comparing to other 5 stars in Turkey). They gave me a free access to high speed internet (both wireless and cable). The health club and spa was very nice and relaxing. Basically there wasn't a single disadvantage. I recommend the hotel to everyone and I will definitely go back there."
