Sorry I'm Dutch
"We have stayed in this hotel in september 2011,and we had a fantastic holiday. We even go back next week.We are sorry that the Englis are in minority, but we Dutch are so in many other hotels,so this is for the Dutch a good hotel to meet many other Dutch and yes,Russians and other East Europeans are not our kind of people too.The service kindlyness and rooms are very good in Miracle,as well as the cleaning, everything is spotless. The food in the restaurant is good, but for a change you can also get dinner in one of the a la carte restaurants, which are very good.We never had problems with getting sunbeds at the pool after 10 a.m. But maybe that has do with the time of the year(september)"

beautiful resort worthless services
"Sorry to share my disappointment same as former review . Here are some facts reported to Mr. Turkay, the "Guest relation manager" of the hotel. Mr Turkay confirmed everything but could not give answers. 1. A small water leak in the bathroom reported to reception- Nobody came to fix it. 2. Two wake up calls ordered from reception were not executed 3. Magnetic key card did not function many times. Each time I reset it (one of three), the 2 other copies didn't function. It took the hotel 3 days to tell me that, by reseting one copy, all other copies of the magnetic card expire so I must always reset all copiies toghether. And some general info: "Ultra all inclusive" does not include: fresh juice, free "A la carte" restaurant. The staff (obviously, not all of them) is not familiar with English. It might explain why nobody responds to my complaints. Bottom line: Enjoy your time in this wonderful hotel but reduce expectations for sercices affairs."

Beautiful resort, worthless services
"We had 2 weeks in this hotel, even if it was too much...The room was large. Lobby was beautiful, pool area was too. But the services were worthless. First day we hadn't sea-wiewed room but we paid it. Next day we had to go to the reception a lot of times, while we get a sea-weiwed room. We have ask for baby-bed, so we got it after 3-4 hours. Until midnight always there was racket and we weren't able to sleep.(We have 2 children under 7 year old.) As well as We don't recommend."

Caution!!! this place has NOTHING to do with "ultra all inclusive" concept
"We just returned from Turkey where we had a troubled week together with 20 other friends. Questions start to pop up right from the beginning when our transfer guide announced that clubâs restaurant is closing at 21:30 hrs. (plane landed at 21:00 hrs.) and if we want some dinner we have to order room service and PAY. Once arrived we went to the bar where we were informed that included are Turkish drinks only (some poor quality drought beer and drought wine) and for the rest we have to PAY (3,5 eur/330ml bottled beer, etc). We asked about the included imported drinks and the bar tender produced the âfamousâ Prince Charles collection of vodka, gin, whiskey, etc Later we discovered that the club has in fact only 4 a la carte restaurants (not 7 like advertised) and you have to PAY 10 euro for each booking (drinks not included). Next day we discovered the main restaurant and the recycling skills of its chef. Traveling in Turkey you would anticipate at least some traditional deserts (baklava, etc), but guess what this didnât happened in this place where even fruits like grapes or peaches are totally unknown. Even fresh fruit juice has to be paid with 2 euro/glass. From the first meeting with our tour operator representative we try to get some explanation about the difference between reality and what is advertised and we were informed in a very relaxed manner (itâs easy to talk when is not you the one who paid 1600 euro for 7 days) that the situation is well known?! and Miracle is by far no.1 in Antalya in COMPLAINES. We try to move even by paying extra but unfortunately this was not possible despite original promises. Confronted with this situation the PR Manager produced the most incredible set of explanations from which I quote just a few: -all inclusive system is NOT making ANY PROFIT and in fact the other clubs using all sort of dirty tricks like FAKING the imported spirits (bottled in fact in a local distillery) -the English language version of Miracle official site is full of mistakes and we should use the Turkish versionâ¦?! The hotel room was OK but even here the made visited us just once during our stay. Conclusion â keep out and save your money and brain cells for a better destination."

It can be a lot better
"Hello all I have come to this hotel with great hope and expectations after seeing the presentation CD. The rooms are great, the beach is ok and the pool is excellent both for kids and adults. The problems are with the services which are lousy. The personal from the main restaurant do not bother to ask you if you want something to drink or they just take the plates from in front of you without asking if you have finished or not. The biggest issue is with the housekeeping. In 10 days our room was made only 4 times. We have spoke with the guys from the reception asking them to send somebody to make the room but nothing happened. Unfortunately we were forced to change the rooms during our stay because the guys from the hotel told us that there is a broken pipe under the bathtub (well let's say that it was true although i doubt it). For the effort of packing and unpacking they sent a basket of fruits in room at 23:30 :-)))) You can imagine what a family with a 2 year old kind is doing at 23:30...SLEEPING!!!! The animation team is the weakest of all that I saw in turkey (is my 4th vacation in turkey). It is an example of hotel that looks great but is ruined by the quality of the services. Thank You"

Great family experience
"We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, between May 27th and June 3rd, 2007. We were 6 adults and 2 children (4 and 2 y.o.) and must say that we had a great time! It is the kind of place where you go and totally relax, as they run on the ultra all inclusive system so all you have to worry about is lying in the sun :))))))) The food was very good and of great variety. The facilities were very good, staff very helpful and pleasant. The entertainment team is very active and there is plenty of stuff to do all day long. There was one single 'incident' when we arrived, as we had to wait for a couple of hours to receive a baby bed for our younger daughter. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay. In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children!"

Great mostly, but could easily be better
"Firstly, I must say that you will enjoy your stay at The Miracle as there is a lot more right than there is wrong. The rooms are fantastic - modern, spacious, rather like the sort of room you get in the US. There are English language TV channels, but only for news. The enormous main swimming pool is great although it is all one depth which means that it isn't suitable for kids below about 1.6m unless they are good swimmers. The kids pools are very good, however. The water slides are excellent but seem to be open at strange hours. We did manage to convince them to stay open for an extra hour in the evenings - until 6pm - but they may have changed this now we've gone. The food is good but not great. The starters and desserts (including the choice of fruit) are better than most similar hotels. It is the main courses that are poor. They seem to be fairly mean with these - no calamari ever, prawns (small and poor quality) once in two weeks, very few kebabs - always lamb hamburger type things - not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel in Turkey. The "A la Carte" restaurants are also pretty bad although it is nice not to have to get up to serve yourself. The bars are not bad although the staff seem to be a bit bored and can be quite slow at times. The drinks served are ok but the international brands (except for Bacardi) seem to be well hidden. The animation team try hard but they seem to be working on a very low budget. The daytime activities are repetitive and uninspiring. The shows in the evning are standard fare but are watchable. The kids club is very good and all of the helpers speak English. They are a bit mean at times - asking for 1 Euro so that the kids can make pizzas - why bother? The beach is very nice and the sea is incredibly warm. There is a lovely breeze although this does make it quite wavy. Getting sunloungers by the pool or on the beach is normally fairly easy although they do run out of umbrellas occasionally. We found it best to go down at about 8.30 to save our seats - if you can't beat 'em, join 'em! The one thing that I would mention is that the hotel is about 95% German, Russian, Dutch or Turkish. We were one of 2 English families there and there was also a Canadian family. We didn't have a problem with this although it was difficult for our 6 year old son to make friends due to the obvious language barriers. The hotel is actually run in English, including the shows, ordering from the bars etc, which seemed to upset a lot of the Germans and Russians. Finally, try to avoid the blonde, Barbara Streisand lookalike on reception. She is worse than hopeless and seems to have a permanent strop on. We had a great holiday there and would go again."

I was in Heaven!
"We visited Miracle Resort in September 2005 and I went back there in April 2006 and we will again go there in September 2006. We were with several friends on all our visits there, all adults. The location, view, rooms, service and food was excellent. Swimming pool was great to look at it and perhaps swim in it, but we were always at the sea, thus, I can't comment about the pool. From the looks of it, people around the pool seemed to be enjoying it. Gym and the dance areas and the entertainment in general was very good. Lobby bar and the pool side bars were great. Rooms were very spacious and extremely clean. We were treated like kings! Whatever you wish, all you had to do is to ask. There were shops, where we spent some time shopping, that had great values. I couldn't buy similar items anywhere else at the prices they were being sold there with the level of quality they offered. They had many childrens activities although we were not part of it. However, I did use the water slide and the parasailing was great. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a relaxed and fun time. We also recommend the side trips to see many historical sites. Thank you."

Worth a visit!!
"We visited the Miracle Hotel in August of 2005 with our 2 small children. It was a lovely trip; not one person in the family regretting going which says a lot. HUGE pool, fun water slides, beach is immaculate with nice chairs, and the service better yet. The open bars are great, it's impossible to go hungry with the snacks plus meals they serve. The food as others mentioned is superb. Our room was nice and large for 4 people. All we wanted to do was bask in the sun and eat which suited us fine, if you are looking for a ton of activities then maybe you would find it lacking. At the time we visited it was still somewhat new so the decoration was basic, only in terms of artwork, etc, everything else was finished very well. All in all it's an above average hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. For the reasonable final price that we paid it was well worth the money."
