Nice but needs a little more
"Best thing about this hotel is that first -its new, second -its one of the few I've stayed in in Malaga where the air conditioning actually WORKS. Its a nice place but there are NO English TV selections - no BBC,CNN Sky News - not a word of English. Granted you're in Spain BUT..for a new hotel in a resort area not to have any English options is really ridiculous. Rooms are comfy -staff very accommodating and the breakfast for 12 Euros is pretty extensive. I was leery of the beaches, altho was on business, so I didn't use anyway. The area is going thru "rehab" - some new condos on the beach are nice - BUT, according to my Spanish co-worker - this particular area of the beach was used for chemical production decades ago( thus the 3 very tall chimmneys) - so I'm not sure it would pass any "EPA" test ( mounds of funny looking sand all over the place.) For business - if your objective is not recreational -this place is fine - suggest you check first to see if they added any English channels -otherwise the evenings could be quite boring unless you speak Spanish."

Great hotel nearby the beach
"Very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. They all speak English.
Nice spacious rooms, great view on the beach from our room.
Very close to the beach, not even 3 minutes walking.
Busstop is also nearby which gets you to the city center within ca. 20 minutes.
Modern design hotel, provides all the necessary comfort.
Downside: the breakfast is rather expensive and there aren't a lot of other alternatives to have a good breakfast nearby."
