The worst hotel ever!
"This hotel is completely a nightmare. My boyfriend and I booked all inclusive holiday in this hotel. The hall was very nice and clean but only the hall, the room had creepy beds and holes underneath the door, so you could see the light going throw and the noise as well. In fact the room was clean everyday but the towels was change only one time in 7 days.we had all inclusive but when we wanted to get a drink we had to pay â¬1 for the PLASTIC glass. the snacks were available only after 4 p.m and they gave you the cheapest thing- but when you waned to pay then you had a choice what to choose and which flavor. The staff were horrible, not polite at all (except of the receptionist) When we were talking to them in English they were answering in Spanish or German. The language that was dominating in this hotel was German and Russian . For the WiFi we had to pay- basically we had to pay for everything. If you want to have the best holiday ever dot choose this hotel ! "

"I stayed at this hotel about a year ago and went there with my daughter. We got there at 11.30 pm so was very tired when we got there. The staff could have made more of an effort with us but we ok.We went to our room on the 5th floor and was very suprised as the room was great. Then when we was just about to go to sleep all hell broke loose. There was shouting and screaming banging and things being smashed. This went on till about 4 the staff did not do nothing. But they did phone my room at 5.30am to apologise. The food was not the best but passable. We spent the evernings by the pool as they do sum ok entertament. But dont sit near the hotel itself as sumone dropped a bottle from there balcony which smashed right next to us.The staff were very good on that occasion tho.I would not take children to this hotel again its a hotel for younger people."

"Right where to start? I went with my school and I thought it be good for all the lads to enjoy ourselves but it wasnât. When we got to our hotel they didnât even know we were going there, they had no records but they sorted it out. After we got to our rooms, my bedroom was a mess, there crisps everywhere and the location was terrible. Everyone was shouting at 3am in the morning - really couldnât sleep. The food was horrible, chips all the time even for breakfast. I mean come on who wants chips at that time? Some negative points: - Location is bad; - To noisy; - Horrible food; - Horrible staff. Positive points: - Close to beach and shops; - Indoor and outdoor pool; - Lots to do in the arcade. "

"Hotel nice and clean basic, near bars beach and shops, which was good. Food okay but needs more variety, more or less the same every day, but was very fresh and plenty of it. The staff were not friendly at all, the cleaners had no patience. My friend was sick one morning, the cleaner pulled a face because she couldnât clean the bathroom, as she was being sick. One moaned because we walked across the floor while she was mopping it! The bar closed at midnight. We couldnât sit out on the terrace as it was locked. Just didnât feel very comfortable. Aalso large number of male groups booking in, very noisy not a place to go if you want peace, as when the clubs closed loads of noise as they went to their hotels. Not a hotel we would go to again. Staff do need training in customer service but Thomas Cook reps were fab."

"The company itself was fantastic, could not fault them, except for the hotel they put us in! The food was disgusting! It gave 90% of the people on our coach food poisoning and there was just no variety there what so ever. The hotel was filled with screaming teenagers for four days that we were there and not even the hotel could keep them under control. The rooms were ok, nice views and there is lots to do in Loret, a REALLY nice place to visit! But, if you end up in the hotel that we did, EAT OUT! "

"The hotel accommodation and reception we found to be reasonably good. Our room was basic, but clean. We spent some time of each day, relaxing on our balcony and although there was quite a bit of night-time noise from the street below, that we expected in Lloret de Mar, generally we found such times quite relaxing. By far the worst aspect of this hotel was the food. Their motto should be "CHIPS WITH EVERYTHING". Breakfast and dinner EVERY day consists of a variety of warm, cheap, tasteless options plus chips. It became a standing joke with every guest we spoke to; chips, chips and more chips. Our other gripe, again in the dining room, was that they would insist on scraping the leftovers (and there were plenty) from plates into huge bin bags, right there in the restaurant. No discreetly taking them into the kitchen - scrape and clatter right there beside your table. Given a new restaurant manager and a chef with taste and imagination, this could have been a reasonable hotel, until then, unless luke warm chips are your thing, stay well clear."

"The hotel was basic, but clean. Food was passable, we always found something to eat, some days were good and some days they just got it wrong, like chips for breakfast, but it was fun. This is really a resort for 18-30 year old, discos closed at about 5 in the morning, and the noise was really loud, we had to sample the local drink just to get to sleep. The Fenals beach resort seemed quieter than the centre of Lloret where this hotel is based. "

Where do I start about this hotel? I ha...
"Where do I start about this hotel? I have never had a holiday like this in my entire life, myself and the other three members of my party endured 14 nights of hell. Other people in the hotel were of the same view as myself and some even left the hotel and returned home early rather than have to endure any more. The hotel rooms were grubby and of a 1970 appearance, paintwork and fittings were dirty and the overall appearance of the rooms were shabby. The hotel receptionists were the most ignorant people I came across in my whole life and were forever pretending they could not understand you, when we went to the reception in the evenings to ask about anything or to make a complaint you were told to come back in the morning as they could not help you. The hotel is advertised as 3 star but I would have difficulty in even giving it a one star rating. The food was another endurance breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, toast and chips yes chips( all cold I may add), they were good enough though to change the breakfast menu every second morning and on that day you could get eggs, sausage, toast and chips again all cold. Lunch was a mixture of processed food and cheap cuts of meat mainly the fat of pork, processed chicken pieces and fish balls, if I had not known better I would have thought I had just paid for a kiddie meal at a fast food restaurant (although I should not be doing kiddie meals at fast food restaurants this type of injustice, comparing them with the food at garbi park hotel). The only thing that saved us from having to endure lunch was the fact you could order a packed lunch which was very pleasant it consisted of water, bread rolls, fruit and some ham and cheese, we ordered packed lunches for the other 13 days of our holiday. Dinner was a mixture of more slops if you were lucky there was no left overs from breakfast and lunch so they had to cook more food, but again it consisted of salad which I must say was a plenty with processed chicken nuggets or processed fish bites. Myself and my husband endured dinner for 4 nights before we decided to eat out of the hotel, this helped make the holiday a bit better as we did not have to eat the food at the hotel. The hotel itself decided to let groups( 20+) of single young males and females have accommodation at the hotel, as people know big groups like this like to party and let of steam so all other guests in the hotel had to endure lots and lots of noise, the screaming, shouting, banging and kicking of doors as well and running up and down corridors carried on to 6 and 7 in the morning, when we made complaints about this we were fobbed off by receptionists letting on they could not understand English. In the evening we would usually like to sit on the balcony with a drink, we enjoyed this for a few evenings( even though our balcony looked onto an entry where we seen a considerable amount of drug deals taking place) before we had to run and take cover from being urinated on from the balconies above, again the receptionist took no heed of our complaints. By this stage we had enough and just prayed for the day of departure to hurry up. The resort of Lloret itself was not to bad with plenty of shops bars and restaurants, but if you do decide to visit it ensure that the hotel you choose does not include the name Garbi in it. I feel totally disgusted that this hotel can trade under 3 stars, we went to Costa Brava last year and stayed in another 3 star hotel, which was absolutely fantastic compared to Garbi Park. I just feel sorry for all the other guests that will have to endure the hotel th"
