Not what we expected
" Just home from our weeks holiday on Saturday 21/05/16 .. Staff very helpful during our weeks visit. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels etc . Downside was the entertainment was always in Spanish . The food was plentiful if you liked fish dishes..Any meat dishes we had were very hard to chew .We will not go back to this hotel ."

avoid if you have kids
"On arrival this hotel looks great, but our room was filthy, took my shoes off to find that I was sticking to alcohol stains on the floor, had to wash the floor myself, there's little evidence that suggests the cleaners do anything, food is basic but not bad, as other reviews state this is a hotel full of Spanish elders and these are their sole priority as far as entertainment is concerned, but the worst is yet to come, during our two weeks stay we hardly got any sleep at all due to foul mouthed stag and hen party's, shouting and screaming all night, slamming the doors, I thought it was a competition to see who could slam them the hardest, mind these party groups are no where near the Spanish guests, (they are in another part of the building)everyone I spoke to complained about the constant noise, air con does not work during the night would never go back ever, worst hotel I have ever stayed at! "When we booked this holiday we were told we were in between the old town and new town, how very wrong the travel agent was it was right up in the old town. It took 1 hr to walk to the best of the new town. This hotel does not cater for English but if you are a Spanish pensioner you will be okay. Not a place for English kids or families no entertainment for us English people at all. o The reviews claim it is a 4 star hotel not at all do not be fooled, if you like fish and pealla this is the place for you. Staff some of the bar staff were very rude. The air con only works between 2am and 9pm up until July, if you want it through the night and you are an all inclusive guest then expect to pay extra for it. Bar closes at 11.00 pm, if you are an all inclusive guest you will be expected to pay for it after that time. Also we found that if you are what they refer to as a paying guest you will find you get nice fancy glasses, and nice cocktails (they do not class all inclusive guests as paying. Why when you have paid upfront any way?? Two of the days we were there what they classed as the all inclusive pumps broke down and guess what unless you paid for a drink they would not serve you. Cleanliness not really they swept round the pool area on a night but in the 2 weeks we spent there I never saw them attempt to actually wash the pool are or the terrace area. The bathrooms needed re-grouting and in general the rooms were very basic. I have only just come back today 22/06/2014 and spent 2 weeks there we never saw a rep so I did not know who to complain to. We also paid £1,600.00 for the two of us to stay believe me this is not a four star hotel, my advice go else where and do not waste your money."

SAD SAD SAD
"Hotel spotless, staff all but 1 young man on the dinning room, very nasty!!white/black English they didn't want to no us,all inclusive 6 of us women with 6 kids got told we were very greedy, kids never got wrist bands,so us mums went for cokes and our own drinks, last orders were 11 o'clock for the all inclusive, fine but don't stop half way through an order, once its 11 o'clock??we broke 2 glasses in a week, well you would of thought war was declared, security security!! police!! it was hilarious from the bar staff, sorry but again they were a nasty bunch we clicked on to this,,we never tipped them 20 euros the isn't night!!!there was an indoor pool on the roof,no entertainment for kids,so there holiday was spent in the pool,no entertainment for the UK residents only after 12 o'clock when the Spanish pensioners go to bed, then we got half an hour of English tunes..big deal.we paid £200 each for the fiesta park, kids too,now the Spanish sit all day and every night, with no drinks..ie.tea/coffee,wine, etc..yet the waiters can't do enough for them??so fiesta park,we will never venture through your doors ever again!!"

"Hi ,we just come back from a weeks stay at the fiesta park, family of 4,2 adults 2 girls aged 14 and 15,we stayed all inc,the food was terrible.the breakfasts were very bland, snacks were rubbish, lunches were catered for the Spanish,we went down for 2 lunches and came back out,it was ok if you liked paella or other fish dishes, the girls ate chips and gravy for a week,we didn't bother at all,we went down for 1 meal, and guess what it was fish,,,,,we cued for the meal, like you do when your not ignorant, but was pushed out of way by little fat ignorant Spanish petitioners, they wouldn't cue for anything, even down to waiting for the lifts to each of the floors,,the Spanish men there looked at the girls as though they were pieces of meat, and even blatantly winked and blew kisses at them, whilst we was with them(perverts) i would seriously talk any one in not going to this hellhole"

Racist Racist Racist! The Fascist Park Hotel, read this before booking!
"Between 14th October 2012 and 21st October 2012 we had the misfortune to stay at the Fiesta Park Hotel in Benidorm. There were 5 of us, myself and my partner, and my partners friend and her 2 sons. Whilst we found the Hotel and Staff quite pleasant at first, we noticed my friend getting a few funny looks, which we just laughed off as old Spanish People (guests mainly) not used to seeing black people. Did I mention my friend was black and hers sons mixed race? We were placed in rooms on the 1st floor (107 and 112) one room right above the dance floor, one room right above the bar/pool area. This meant that from 6.30 in the morning when the staff started moving tables and chairs and cleaning the pool area, until 1.00 in the morning when the bar closed and the music finally went off, we suffered from noise pollution. However, we didn't complain, it didn't impact us that much so we didn't worry, it was cheap! Late on Friday night myself, my partner and her friend went to a bar in the Old Town owned by another friend of mine. He has lived and worked in Benidorm for years. When his bar closed we all four went back to our Hotel for a nightcap before he went home, as it was on the way. This was about 5.30am Saturday morning and we arrived back at the Hotel by taxi. Upon our arrival at reception the two women were walking ahead, and they were treated to a hostile reception from the two night porters, hissing at them and telling them to be quiet, to which I replied don't worry we won't make a noise, and walked on through to our room (107). Then ensued a surreal half hour when one of the porters, and little bald chap, kept shining a torch on my black friends face, shouting up something we couldn't understand, then he kept banging on the door and telling us to keep the noise down in a real aggressive manner. The last time he banged on the door I invited him in to tell me the problem, because we were not making any more noise than having a conversation and some low level reggae music from my phone which you couldn't even hear over our conversation let alone outside in the corridor! I checked!! He immediately pointed to the phone, and said âMusicâ which I then turned off completely, and then he pointed to my black friend and said âShe should not be in your room!â I enquired why she shouldn't be in my room, and his reply was, âYou shouldn't have prostitutes in your room!â Yes, he thought my friend was a Prostitute, a paying guest from the UK labelled as a prostitute just because she is black! Now, I obviously took umbrage about this, and asked him to accompany me to reception where I would prove that my friend had every right to be there in my room. Upon reaching the reception area I was greeted by the other night porter, a Spanish gentleman, screaming and shouting at me about the noise I was making. I tried to talk to him and explain myself but was merely shouted over that he did not want to hear what I had to say, he threatened to throw us out of the hotel and call the Police. I stated that if he did not even want to hear what I have to say then there is no point talking to him and left the reception area, intending to sort out the problem later that day when the two little nazis weren't working. Imagine my surprise when, some ten minutes later there is a bang on my door, and there are at least 8 Policemen and women, in riot gear, outside my room asking me to come out. I complied to be hit from behind by the Officer in charge, and then pushed through the corridor past all the Police punching and kicking me! The Officer in command then told my local friend to come out whereby he received the same treatment. He then ordered out my partner and her black friend, and I tried to explain who they were, including the fact that my friends room was 112 just down the corridor, and that she was not a prostitute. The Officer looked surprised for a moment, asked for my passport which I duly gave him and he radioed my details in. I again explained that my black friends passport was in her room, would he like to see it, to which he declined, and told us not to make a noise. I then said to the bald night porter, who was standing there grinning, that he has made a big mistake and that my friend is not a prostitute, and that he will be hearing more about this disgusting racist incident, to which he replied, waving his finger at me, âDon't speak english to me, don't speak english to me!â, to which the Officer in command just pushed him away and told him to shut up. They then just left, without another word!! Now, I have been going to Spain and its Island Territories on holiday since 1974. I am 49 years old. I have never even had the slightest problem with either Police or Hotel staff. I have never been thrown out of a hotel for bad behaviour, indeed I have never even been accused of bad behaviour. And I certainly have never been beaten up and assaulted by Police at the behest of two racist Hotel Staff! I was so traumatised by this affair that I spent the remaining day and a half away from the Hotel, and refused to use their Fascist Facilities. Upon checking out I let the manager know that I would be complaining about this casual racist attitude towards ethnic British Citizens, but he didn't seem to bothered. We will not be returning to this retarded fascist state until the ghost of Franco is permanently exorcised..."

Did the moaners stay in the same Hotel I did?
"Arriving at 11am I didn't expect to be able to get access to the room straight away as check out time isn't until 11.30. But no problem I was checked in straight away and directed to a clean, comfortable, well appointed room. The receptionist even switched back to Spanish when she noted my disappointment at being checked in in English, she even refrained from laughing at my atrocious accent! I was on half board and each evening there was a choice of 2 soups and a selection of salads meats and cheeses from which to select a starter. Then for main course there was a minimum of 4 choices with two types of potato and vegetables. Foe dessert as well as yoghurt, fruits, cheese and 3-4 desserts there was a self serve soft ice cream machine with three flavour choices. Anyone who couldn't find a meal here is incredibly picky. Staff were constantly replenishing the food and clearing the tables so the dining room usually looked presentable despite being busy. The entertainment was not to my taste but as we were not all inclusive it wasn't a problem to find alternatives outside the Hotel. The Pool area was a bit of a sardine tin, too many people trying to squeeze in to too small an area but it is only 5 minutes from Poniente beach where 4 euro buys a sunbed for the day! Overall a good value Hotel break and I would go again."

"Just come back from Fiesta Park, Benidorm, the bar staff and the reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the food is very good and the hotel is very clean. The entertainment is not so good and the all inclusive bar on an evening is very busy and you may have to wait some time but all in all i would highly recommend this to anybody if you're looking for a good time."
