"I cant fault this accomodation just come back from a few days trip and cleanliness, location etc... of appt is excellent can fault the appts just the booking agents need to make sure when booking where the keys will be.
Only one problem that i think everyone should be aware of that i booked via Alpha Rooms and this was the first time using them and i assumed i would pick up the key from a reception within the complex. no such luck this only happens if you book direct with gemelos not online. MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BOOK YOU FIND OUT BEFORE YOU GO WHERE YOU MUST GET THE KEYS. I should have had instruction from aplha rooms unbeknown to me and i spent an hour on the phone trying to sort and i then had to drag my cases and children 10 min up the road to get the keys from another appt block. speaking to other people there it seems to be a similar experience so BEWARE"

"we booked privatly and the accomodation was brilliant, its the second time we have been here and have no complaints about the appt what so ever, but this year was a bad year for us all ,got our pocket picked on beach front then a handbag stolen in one of night clubs while talking to police some rotten git was helping himself to the stuff in our appartment we did get him going out of building simply because l recognised the bag he took as my own.got the bag back but he did get away with phones mp3 player jewallary and money.we have never had anything like this before in benidorm was quite shocked at the amount of theives and muggers about,so never carry a bag stick your money down yer bra never let anyone see how much you have dont take a phone out unless you have to and put keys somewhere safe.people said you wont be back will you but we will some rotten gits aint gonna put us "

"We stayed in Gemelos 22 with the dutch touroperator Siroco. The apartments were outstanding, the garden and swimmingpools superb. The service of the friendly staff was very good. We had a wunderfull stay. We would defenitely go there again. We had a very secure feeling in the apartment. There is a guard at night and before entering your appartment you pass 3 locks. The life-guards at the swimmingpool do very good work. The kids could swim all day without problems with older kids. We also booked our transfer with Siroco, this was very pleasant, John, the driver already had the keys to our apartment so we didn't heve to bother about our keys. I heard from others that they didn't get their keys this easily. Everything was ok and see you again. John, Jerry, Nora and Nathasja. "

When we arrived at Gemelos xx11 the rece...
"When we arrived at Gemelos xx11 the receptionist could not find our booking, we had to wait one hour for the manager to arrive. We were then shown to our apartment - on entering we found the apartment was just how the last residents had left it, so we had to sit on the balcony till some cleaners were found to clean the place up. Not the best of starts but our troubles were just beginning.
On the Saturday night we went out and got back early hours of Sunday morning to find our safe had been ripped out of the wall and taken. We contacted the management but all they were worried about was that they had lost their safe, but told us not to worry because the safe was insured and they would not charge us for it. Never mind that, we had all our holiday money, passports, and bank cards in the safe. We had to attend the police station on the Monday morning. There we met another couple who were also staying at Gemelos xx11 and they had also had their safe stolen .Theirs had gone while they were in the swimming pool in the middle of the afternoon. Through all this the management never helped us; in fact they tried their best to ignore us.
The door to our apartment was not damaged at all so they must have come in with a key,the same for the other couple because there was no force used to gain entry our insurance company have informed us that we will not receive a penny.
So no way could I recommend these apartments to anyone.

Apartment was lovely, stayed twice in 20...
"Apartment was lovely, stayed twice in 2005 and 2006 in the 2nd and 3rd block would stay again.
Market just 5 minutes down the road twice a week, loads of shops, beach just 10 minutes walk away.
The only down fall is the indoor pool and toilet which is always dirty so you would have to go back to your room to use your own.
You pay 100 euro for key deposit which isnât bad. You have everything in your room which you need aircon, washing machine, cooker, kettle, towels, TV and many more the price is just right.
Loads of places to eat/drink but if you havenât been before make sure you get dropped off at the right block, unless you want to walk down the road with your suitcases to the right block.
Would love to come back and stay again."

loved the apts
"as a group of 7 adults (yes all ladies) with 4 children these apartments were very comfortable clean and spacious with everything you could possibly ask for brilliant facilities for the children with the indoor pool and great outdoor pool what more could you ask for. we found these apartments that good were back off there this year with a few more people. we book and have always done so with mckenzie cook from the web they were recently took over by some-one else but there just efficient as keith and wendy was and we will continue booking these apts for as long as they sell them."

"complex has 3 seperate tower blocks 1&2 next to each other faceing onto the pool/gardens, tower 3 at far end.we where dropped of at towers 1&2 but we where alocated tower 3 which has it's own entrance, make sure you know your block as there are two key's and your key only allows entry to your block! our appartment was excellant but we faced onto a busy road and it could be noisy at times.so when booking insist on towers 1 or 2 or if tower 3 insist on view over complex. one small grumble (but this could be said of majority of hotels/appartments in spain) i like to keep up with news from home but the only english channel on tv was the awful cnn,i wish they would replace it with bbc 24 hours news.that apart we have booked a further week here in august, tower 2 overlooking pool.
ps.just above the entrance to block 3 there is an excellant dutch family bar/restaurant who are really friendly and offer superb meals."

Excellent Location and value for money
"Just spent our 7th Christmas in Benidorm, For the first time in apartments, as I now have a 7 week old baby as well as a 3 year old daughter. Needed the facilites of an apartment for the baby which a hotel can not offer.
We stayed in a one bed apt on the 8th floor. Adequate for us. Utility room with washing machine and sink which is a must with a baby. Kitchen with oven, hob, toaster and Frigde freezer. Only down side was kitchen very small with hardly any work space if you were thinkng of trying to prepare a meal, but you can live with that.
Entrance on the main steet all flat. Security gate then security door to enter the building, to which you have your own keys. All front doors enclosed on landings so very safe. 3 lifts to all floors so you never have to wait long for the lift,
Excellent location with now steep hill to climb. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops all nearby as well as supermarkets. Juat a short stroll from te beach front.
I woul definitely recommed this accommodation for any age groups."

"We stayed here for 2 weeks in November 2006 and apart from not being able to find out how to get in( we had to go to the Buena Vista for the key, but other letting agents may have different arrangements) , loved it.
It was clean, with a small but well equiped kitchen( full stove and fridge freezer), utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. I know you don't want to be washing and ironing on holiday, but it was so convenient, and you could wash the beach towels and they would be dry in the morning.
Bedroom, dining area and living room clean and plenty of room. Table and chairs on balcony:- fantastic views.
Gardens beautiful, with 3 intercontecting pools: one with slides etc for children. Best of all ( we went on November) was the indoor pool, small but it was great to be able to swim everyday.
Wish we had known about the tennis courts as we would have brought the gear. Will do next time.
There was a satelite dish on balcony but it was not attached to TV, but we were not there to watch TV.( anyway, Deal or No Deal is still rubbish even in Spanish).
Lots of bars, restaurants nearby.
We would recommend the Rock and Roll House( turn left and it is over the road, opposite the Flamingo Oasis).
Of course the best place in Benidorm to line dance ( or just to listen to the music and watch the dancers, only Oct-April) is the Red Dog on Calle Lepanto. Great place, even greater 'happy hours' !! This is about a 15 minute walk, and all the other bars and clubs are in the same area.
On a Wednesday and Sunday morning the market is nearby. Cross the gardens, go out the back gate and turn right, it is at the end of this road.
All in all this the best place we have stayed in, and we have been to Benidorm a fair few times, always in self catering places. All you need is on the doorstep."

great aparment but
"loved the gemelos 22 everything you need the only problem was you paid 100 euros deposit witch was fine then to get air conditioning they expect to to pay another £50 per week witch they dont tell you before you go i assumed it was in with the rental of the apartment so check with who you book with to see if you have to pay extra first time ive been to benidorm in 6 years and have to say althou i like it all is the same if you go be sure to nip into peggy;s bar and the jock and goardie very nice people"

Everything you need is here!!!
"Have just returned from a ten night stay here, we loved it. Six of us (husband, me,three kids ages, 12, 8 and 2 and the mother in-law).
Appartment was two bedroomed, lovely and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space and loads of hangers!Very clean and a full kitchen, which we did`nt really need as it is so cheap to eat out.
Everything is right on your doorstep here, without the noise. Pool area is superb for the kids and everywhere is clean. Security is very tight, so no worries about leaving valuables in appartments while you are out.
The beach is a five minute walk, supermarket (Dialaprix)is next door, with spanish prices not tourist ones. Mariano`s restaurant is two minutes away which my fussy family would highly recommend. Prices are cheap and the food is terrific. Eat in or out. Staff are very friendly here!
I am already looking at flights for late summer next year. let me add that my family and I are well travelled in Spain. This place ticks all the right boxes for us!!!"
