"Stayed here for a week in January, 4 girls aged 19-24 and have an amazing time.
Its like your own little house fantastic living room, bathroom and bedroom. Don't be fooled by "sun terrace" though it,s just a glorified balcony on the roof, not for sunbathing!
Fasbulous location, we could litterally fall out or into the clubs with no effort at all.
This is gay friendly apartments and does attract a lot of gay men, was not a problem for us, but as we weren't aware of this beforewe booked, thought i would let people know.
Pool was really shady and only got sun til about 11am, but then we did only have a day of sunshine :(
Would definitely go back x"

Playa Flor is located opposite the Veron...
"Playa Flor is located opposite the Veronica's Strip.
At first sight, it seems an odd collection of apartments at the top of a flight of stairs.
We booked the accomodation late, and were very pleasantly suprised.
The website offers 3 storey accomodation, we however were put into a one floor flat right at the back of the resort. This was very clean indeed and very comfortable.
All ther furniture was fine, the room is obviously aimed at self-catering and even thought we booked B&B (more later), all the appliances worked fine. There was always hot water and the room was cleaned most days.
The resort is marketed mainly at the gay clientele, but dont be put off by this. We are a straight couple and were made to feel very welcome and at no point was our sexuality an issue. There is a small pool, a bar and a small internet cafe.
The strongest asset to the resort was the very hard working staff. They were the friendliest people we have ever met!! Always on hand for a beer, a cocktail or a pancake, they made us feel so at home, we genuinely missed them on our return.
One downpoint: We booked B&B. For breakfast there is really only toast, juice and coffee. For three euros on the beach you can get a full English, so don't bother booking B&B.
But don't let that put you off. As long as you can do a flight of stairs to the resort (I managed, even with a bad knee and several times while intoxicated), I would very strongly recommend the Playa Flor for cleanliness, friendliness and location. "
