Fantastic Hotel at a fantastic location with fantastic people
"Myself and my partner booked this hotel after the reviews seen on here and I can say we were not disappointed. From check-in to check-out the staff were kind and informative. We booked the Studio apartment which was perfectly formed and had the most amazing sea views.
The apartment was small but catered for all that we needed. The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we required. The 1 minute stroll to the beach was heaven and there were plenty of shops, restaurant and bars nearby. The complex had one of the biggest swimming pools I have ever seen, there were plenty of sun loungers and it also had a very cute and well equiped gym (if you cannot stand to be away from working out while on holiday this is ideal - I visited on occasion).
Trying not to be 100% positive is difficult but I guess I could pick out a few things - teatowel disappeared and not replaced (however, never asked for a replacement) and replacement of towels seemed adhoc but never more than every other day.
If I go back to Tenerife this is the ONLY place I want to stay."

Great Private Apartment and Fantastic complex
"Just come back from Easter in Tenerife. Our 15th visit to the island and the third time at Parque Santiago. Stayed in a fantastic 1 bed duplex apartment (1226) at PS4 rented through Jean Bolton (Owners Direct C1905). Apartment was spotless with good facilities, wonderful sea views and was very quiet. Our 5 year old daughter had a great time at the rock pools in the morning catching fish, star fish and sea urchins as well as watching the surfers. The pool area at PS4 is huge and set in lovely grounds with a small park for young people. It is usually quieter than PS3 where there is a park with four water slides, our daughter loved this.
The general area is kept clean and tiday with very pleasant and colourful flower beds. The shopping is excellent and ranges from the tourist type stuff to expensive clothes and jewllery. Perfume, cigarettes and alcohol are very cheap. The market at Los Cristianos on Sundays is worth a walk.
A good range of local restaurants are nearby - highly recommend Chouky's next to Mcdonalds on the beachfront for a good value meal, Surfers if you like English pub grub type food and EL Faro for something really special (Suckling Pig and Crepes Suzettes highly recommended). For family nightlife there is a strip of bars at the rear the shopping centre. The Motown Soul Cellar is very good but drinks are expensive. Hole in the Wall for Irish music. The Peking Garden is a good chinese along that row.
There is a lot for children to do including Pedalos in the beach, mini golf, bungee trampolines, train ride and horse and carriage rides.
Tenerife has beautiful viallges and there is a lot more to it than just Playa de las Americas. It is worth a visit to Otelo's in Adeje especially on a Saturday evening. They do Canarian chicken and rabbit, then I would advise having a walk down into the village and have a drink opposite the church in the Guitar Bar where you can watch the local people come and go and get a real taste for Spain. Las Galletas has some nice restaurants too. A taxi ride to either of these will cost between 10 - 15 Euro's each way.
The Slow Boat at Peurta Colon is the best Slow Boat and if you venture up that way there are two excellent bars - Temple Bar has two Irish lads who play the guitar, fiddle and penny whistle. Opposite is Eugenes who have good entertainment on every night.
Great holiday at a lovely complex, would highly recommend apartment to other people.

The fantastic Parque Santiago
"Just returned from a weeks stay with my partner and son age 4 at the Parque santiago 4 apartments. What a great location right next to the beach. We booked a one bedroom apartment but got a bonus of a two bedroom instead! The rooms got cleaned every day. No air conditioning but not needed as the rooms were kept cool by the wooden shutters and glass patio doors, so very secure aswell . Kids can use the waterpark at santiago 3, they get a little wrist band from reception. The pools are huge , a bit cold and it is salt water, but we eventually got used to it especially the day it was 36 degrees. I was pleasantly surprised as to how hot it was for the time of year, a lot of cloud also in between, but it was still warm, even at night you could still walk about with shorts, ect on. The pool restaurant was a bit overpriced for some things but you got a good breakfast for 5.95 euros which included your fry up orange juice, coffee and 2 toast. The location of this complex is great with lovely beaches close hand. All in all I was really impressed by this place, Its like a little mini resort within a resort, so you dont have to go else where. Santiago 3,4 and 5 has it all, mini golf, shops, waterpark, beaches, taxis. I will def be booking for next year but will prob stay in santiago 3 for the sake of the waterpark, but it is only few metres across road from santaigo 4. Anybody who is planning to go there, you will have a great time with a very high standard of cleanliness. cant wait till the next time!! A trip to the new Siam waterpark is a must, only a year old, and worth every penny. You dont even get charged for sun beds unlike aqualand which was a bit cheeky."

"We have just come back from a lovely week,it was a private ground floor villa with a large patio with enough room for us 3 adults,we then only had to open our gate and the pool was there. As usual the weather was in the middle 70s which was right for walking into Los Christiano's, a nice stroll on promenade with plenty of cafes/bar's on the way.The cafe on site did a lovely breakfast as you can see by the pic's.It was 25 Euros for taxi from the airport which we thought was not to bad,it saves going round dropping off at other hotels on the way.If you find time the crazy golf was great fun across the road."

Excellent stay, first class staff
"My grandparents booked the Parque Santiago having stayed there before. On the second week of the holiday my grandfather became very ill. The staff at the Parque Santiago 4 where absolutely fantastic and called a doctor and ambulance for him. They helped my grandmother with her stay and when some family members arrived for support, the staff and hotel could not do enough to assist.
The hotel had already assigned a 2-bedroomed apartment to my grandparents which was huge and extremely clean. There were no problems with family members staying with my grandmother in this apartment.
The location is excellent, near shops and the beach. There is also a supermarket attached to the hotel which was very convenient for every-day needs. The food at the swimming pool bar was lovely, and very good for standard breakfasts and coffees etc. Overall I would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone."

Great Holiday stay in Tenerife
"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Parque Santiago 4 in Tenerife in December 2008, we booked through a private owner Mrs Bolton on www.tenerifeholidayapartmentsonline.net. She met us at the airport and took us straight to the apartment which we found very clean and well maintained. It was spacious with lovely sea views from balcony. The resort was excellent, heated pool, and great location. We looked at the studio and 2 bedroom apartment she has and would recommend all of them.
We have booked to go again."

Loved the location in Las Americas
"I have just returned from Park Santiago IV and had a wonderful time. I went with my boyfriend, our 9 month old baby, my mum, brother, two friends and their son we found this hotel and resort just fantastic. The apartments are fairly basic but very clean andf comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The pool area is beautifully kept with plenty of sunbeds and parasols although the pools were cold (even the heated pool was a little too cold for us and our baby) and there is a little park for small children. We would not recommend eating at the pool bar/cafe as it was poor quality and expensive.
This is the fourth time I have stayed in Las Americas (each time in different apartments/hotels) and this is by far the best location of the lot. It's in the more up market part of Las Americas, yet only a ten minute walk to the lively bars such as Yates and Linnakers. There are lots of lovely restaurants very close by, we particularly enjoyed the ones at the Safari Centre (just accross the road) called Teppanyaki (Japanese, Chinese and Thai) and Bianco (Italian) these restaurants are very classy and expensive looking but actually very reasonably priced the food was brilliant and the service first class. Our favorite meal was at the quite swanky chinese Khong Tsha (under Parque Santiago 3) which was a little bit pricey but really worth it.
The hotel was fairly quiet, there were always plenty of people about but you rarely heard any noise. I would highly recommend these apartments to families and couples but not for young groups wanting to party!
We went to Siam Park the new water theme park which is absolutely fantastic its like being on a rollercoaster in a rubber ring on water and such good fun."

"I just returned from Parque Santiago IV Tenerife, the hotel itself is in a good location nice and peacefull and yet near to everything you need. We had a two bedroomed apartment and it was very confortable and we had lots of space with a great terrace, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Any small problems were dealt with as soon as reported and without any fuss. I did not like the resort itself very much, to much hussle and bussle for us, but again it was clean and friendly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel."

Parque Santiago 1V Playa de las Americas Tenerife
"This is a lovely block of Apartments with a beautiful view with the promenade and sea on the back doorstep The promenade is so easily accessible for a refreshing stroll. The staff are very lovely and the pool area has different areas to chill out. The forecourt of this block of Apartments is so picturesque with the coloured water fountains, childrens play area and a comfortable place to share a drink and friendly chat. Towels and bedding are changed every day if required. The area around Parque Santiago 1V has numerous affordable Restaurants and a Taxi service 60 yards away and a supermarket and designer shops adjoining these Apartments. "

Absolute luxury for a great price. Breathtaking.
"This hotel/apartment is absolutely wonderful. It feels extremely luxurious and it has the facilities and views to go with it. The photographs do not lie!
Me and my boyfriend booked the Parque Santiago 4 for our first ever holiday abroad together and for us it was perfect. The reception was open 24/7 and there was always someone about if we needed any help. The pool facilities were great and there was plenty of loungers and umbrellas for all. We also used the other pools at the other Parque Santiagos (which are all along the same road and impossible not to spot - they're huge!) We both agreed the Parque Santiago 4 was the nicest! It is located on the same street but for some reason seemed quieter and more spacious, although I am sure the other Parque Santiagos were as nice as ours too.
We didn't eat at the pool bar very often, simply because we liked to explore the surroundings and ended up eating out every day. The most we had were some toasties and ice cream from there on our first day, which I had no complaints about.
We didn't have any problems at all with noisy neighbours. Every day I woke up and fell asleep to the sound of waves lapping at the shore just outside the hotel.
Our studio was just perfect for what we could afford. It was clean, bright and a good size for two people. We also had a digital telly with freeview channels which my boyfriend was very pleased about as the football was on!
As well as this, when we first arrived at our room a welcome basket was left for us with some fruit, wine and water which was a very nice touch. We arrived at 12.30 at night and were very tired and hungry from our travels - it was just what we needed. The wine was drank later on in the week - we took it down to the beach outside the apartment and drank it whilst watching the sunset (this can be seen perfectly from the Parque Santiago 4!).
Me and my boyfriend were both students at the time and had a budget. We ate out comfortably every day and night.
I would definitely go back here. I'm just worried I won't ever be able to top this holiday."
