"Stayed for an Easter break, great location, the blackout shutters in the rooms were a great asset, reception area beautiful and lovely little pool on the roof. Would definitely revisit."

" we love this place , nice and clean , great pool on the roof, staff went out there way to help, we could not fault this place , not far to beach or shops, but the best thing you can not here a pin drop at night , so you get a good sleep , nice beds and air con in all rooms , if you like lots of noise and doors banging all night do not book this hotel , can not wait to go back."

"Stayed for new year 30 dec to 6 jan. First impression POSH HOTEL Gorgeous hotel rooms are massive more like a suite down side no balcony and each time you leave the room and take out your card (which activates electric)dark shutters close down which isnt very nice to return to. Its def a business hotel rather than a hol hotel.Tried to add a friend at last min but hotel refused to take anymore bookings. Some staff can look down on you if your in flip flops rather than a suit, polite but not friendly.Lovely girl behind the bar tries to be very helpful but cant really speak english and didnt understand most basic drinks. This is the empty bar that no one uses.. Fantastic location to have a posher night or a mad night on veronica strip with the hotel peace haven to come back to. Pool on the roof opened at half nine by half ten all the beds were taken though not by people by towels started to think I was in Germany!! No bar up there either. We had room only basis though did pay for breakfast one morn, much better off at a cafe bar.Had one evening meal there everything looked gorgeous but be surprised at what you are eating...No pics or descriptions over the food, its like a lucky dip, is this pasta octipus well yeah it was, ugh! Ive added a video of the room. The bad review I have seen of this hotel is from people going all inclusive this is no all inclusive kind of hotel so if its an all inclusive type hol you want choose somewhere else,if you fancy a bit of class then Zentral Center it is."

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Zentral...
"My boyfriend and I stayed in the Zentral Centre after he had visited it the previous year and fell in love with it. I however, was less than impressed. While the room we were given was lovely as was the interior of the hotel, the staff look down their noses at you and it is clearly a business hotel. The pool is on the roof and freezing cold, as is the Jacuzzi, with no parasols to protect you from the sun. Tenerife itself is lovely, and being located in between Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas the hotel is in a good location, I would go back but not in a rush to visit the Zentral Centre again. Will not go again
"Lovely big bedrooms and very very clean but the hotel lacks atmosphere. Food not 4 star and although there was quite a lot of choice none of the dishes were named so you really didnt know know what you were eating. This is more of a commercial hotel. The last day we paid to keep our room which was 20 euros for every extra 3 hours and found the dining room was closed for lunch and nobody seemed to care."

"This hotel is very nice and very clean, Staff are very helpful. Nice location between Los Chris and Las Americas so easy reach to both resort. I was away with a friend and we are both in are twentys, would not recommend young people to stay at this hotel as its quiet and people look funny at you if your wearing short skirts, which I was. I would also like to say this is more full board, breakfast, lunch and Dinner included bit no snacks. Beer, wine and soft drinks are included all day but no spirts, Food isn't the greatest so we ate out a lot and as am not a wine drinker, we just had a few soft drinks. No balacony in any rooms, but there is a window. However this hotel is really nice ideal for couples or 30+ Hope my review helps."

Loved this hotel
"My sister in law and myself are just back from a week staying at this hotel and felt we had to write our true opininions on this great hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, rooms are very spacious and spotless, food is delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed all inclusive and like others bought a bottle of vodka for 6 euros in the local supermarket. Beer, sangria, wine, all cans of soft drink, water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate are included in the price as are breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is very handy to the beach, shops and local bars. I would recommend this hotel to couples. Would have no hesitation recommending to friends and would definately book again."

Loved the Zentral Center , Will Be Back
"HOTEL ZENTRAL CENTER Date 28th Jan 2007 My husband and i have just returned from a long weekend staying at the Zentral Center in Las Americas. What can i say , this is a business like hotel , with stunning deco . Staying in Tenerife 5 times a year we decided to try this new hotel out and were not disappointed . We stayed on a room only basis , but on speaking to other guests , the food was very good but not really an all inclusive hotel . There is no evening entertainment but due to its location you would be mad not to go out in the evenings. The rooms are stunning and very spacious and there is a free fridge , which is not the norm in the surrounding hotels . The pool is on the roof , along with a jaccuzzi and sauna. For those of you who know the area it is a 5 minute walk from the safari centre where the fountain is. Overall i would say this is a fab hotel , still up and coming and would def stay there again."

Loved the Zentral Center
"I feel I need to comment on this wonderful hotel as I fear people may be put off from the bad reviews. The only bad thing in this hotel was some of the guests who insisted on ruining not only their own holiday but the holiday of those around them with their constant moaning. I have been to Tenerife many times and normally go 4* half board and pay £200+ more than I paid to stay in The Zentral, so not only is this hotel a bargin, I also got All Inclusive. The hotel doesnt provide spirts but as the hotel has a supermarket on site i was able to buy a bottle of Vodka for 6 Euros..... if this is all people can find to complain about they need their heads tested! The rooms are hugh and nicely decorated, the staff will do anything for you (please say a big hello to Ales at the bar for me!!!), the food is lovley and the location is perfect. Me and my friends have already booked up to go back, and we cant wait!"

Avoid The All Inclusive
"I have just returned from the Zentral Centre which is located closer to Los Cristianos than Las Americas. I booked to stay for 1 week from 29/12/06 - 05/01/07 with an agency and was self catering. I found the check in staff to be most helpful and tended to every request I made for my 20 month old child politely and efficiently. The hotel rooms are very nice and spacious, although the outer appearance of the hotel does look similar to a jail as there are black shutters that cover the windows each time you remove your keycard from the slot. The pool facilities are located on the roof and are not very big, there are some beds and sunbathing area, but I found the roof area to be quite windy and not very child friendly. As I was self catering I did not spend much time at the hotel eating or drinking, but at meal times could smell the restaurant in the lifts, to be honest it always seemed to smell the same. The hotel is ideally situated to the resort centre of Los Cristianos which is a much nicer area than Las Americas, there are plenty of english style pubs and restaurants serving all types of food. Whilst at the hotel I spoke to some guests who had stayed at the hotel on all inclusive basis, these people were very unhappy they moaned about the food and stated that there was no entertainment whatsoever, which is disappointing since they were tied to the hotel for the free drinks. I would strongly urge people to think twice about booking all inclusive at this hotel, only book this hotel if you want a nice clean place to sleep and don't intend using their facilities, we walked into a neighbouring hotel and used their pool."

Not Quite 4* but close
"Stayed at this hotel 26 Dec - 2 Jan. Check In was fine. Safe didn't work when I first tried to set my pin number. Told women on reception - who said it did and I was doing it wrong. She tried and couldnt do it - no apology though. Arranged for someone to fix it whilst I was out for beers. Came back and it worked. Room was as expected - though a bit compact. Nice deep bath, though the shower wasn't that powerful. Bed was comfortable. The windows had shutters which blocked 100% of the light. Liked the empty mini bar in the room that you could put your own drinks in. Pool on the roof wasn't huge but good enough for cooling down. Bad point is that there is no bar up there, only a vending machine. Stayed on B&B basis - but was never up in time. House Keeping were excellent - fresh towels and linen every day. Overall, was happy with the location, the service and it was good value for money. Its more of a business hotel as opposed a holiday hotel. Things they need to improve on: No hotel information in rooms Towels are brand new and not that good Wireless in rooms - had in reception but couldnt log on to telefonica site to register More TV channels in English - Only SkyNews, Eursport and CNN A waiter on the pool to bring drinks up from the bar Pool Towels I would stay there again."

Brilliant Hotel But it is not All Inclusive!
"I stayed hear for 2 weeks from 1st december 2006 only problem i found with it was we got missold the holiday we got sold it as all inclusive but on arriving got given a card saying it was "light All inclusive never heard of of it ha ha! You can only get juice bottled water beer sangria and wine and no snacks thats it! found the meals to be really nice allthough alot of people were complaining but each time i went down i allways found something to eat. The hotel is beautiful the rooms and everything are beautiful allthough their is no balconies when you leave the room a shutter comes down on your window this is why the locals call it the prison ha ha! Overall apart from the all inclusive thing i found the staff to be really friendly the hotel to be very clean the food very good down sides no entertainment so definately not for children."
