Great little complex
"Stayed here in March, every one very friendly, felt really safe here. Great bar with friendly staff. Apartments very modern and clean. Great restaurants and bars near by plus a massive Spar for everything that I needed. Short walk to beach & harbour, highly recommend it, am hoping to go back in October! Oh there was also great entertainment from a Scottish gentleman who played his yukulaye (small guitar)and sang along - priceless!!"

Very relaxing Holiday
"Just back from a week's holiday in Chipeque. Stayed in no.52 which was lovely it was totally refurbished with air-conditioning, which was a great bonus as the weather was still very hot. This is a lovely little complex and we found it to be very clean and safe with security on every night from 12. The bar was great and was open from 10am until late with food served all day and the staff were very friendly. We would highly recommend this complex and plan to go back again after xmas."

returned home 18 jan 2009. we had a fantastic time at the chipeque. all apartments are now privately owned. andreas the lifeguard is on duty all day 7 days a week, and a security man is by the entrance door all night for added peace of mind. so no noisy outbreaks during the early hours! we had a studio and had full sun for most of the day on our terrace, which was good.new owners at the pool bar serving breakfasts and toasties etc. quizzes on a friday which was such a laugh. some nights we didnt go out of the complex as we had fun at the pool bar! chipeque has smartened itself up from when the tour operators where there. on site is also a washing machine and dryer. taxi rank just to the left outside the entrance, have already booked for new year 2009. some good bars close to the complex are summer nights, shakespeares. blue terrace bar. the second time you visit you feel like a local! many thanks to paul. danny. jp. ian. donna. for the grins at the pool bar... cant wait to return."

Chipeque - Best Place In Tenerife
"Well, where do i start?
we arrived at 11:00am and were welcomed by a nice and friendly rep who very nicely introduced us to the bar staff and a few other people who were staying their, then took us to our room which was very clean and spacious.
we got our flights and accomidation very cheap from Quility travel despite the credit crunch.
The bar staff and the animation team were very nice and pleasent to chat to and also kept our kids entertained, also the bar staff were very easy going and did'nt mind if we wanted to stay for a few drinks after closing time, which we thought were very helpful to us.
We ate christmas dinner at the chipeque bar/restaurante which were a bargain 30 euro for a 6 course meal, very nice meal and an entertaining day/night.
We had a 17 year old son and a 19 year old son with us who enjoyed their stay as the town centre was only a 4 euro taxi ride away, but also their were lots of bars around the complex but they mainly stayed on site and had a laugh with the bar staff!
Would reccomend chipeque to anybody.
Also Quility travel did alot for us and we will be using them again,

"We came here for xmas and newyear, we booked this independently, when we got here our studio number 30 was beautiful just been refurbished and everything was totally new, it was spotlessly clean the decor and furntiure was lovely and styled very modernly.
The pool was extremely clean and maned all day by a lifeguard.
The pool bar/restaurant served beautiful food day and night cooked just how you want it and a very friendly service. All run by british people so that makes it even better, we had a xmas dinner which was fantastic.
The area is nice and quiet but only a 5 euro taxi trip into the town or a lovely walk into the town, where if you want nightlife and nice restaurants then its pretty local, we've been to tenerife numerous amounts of time but this place has to be the nicest and friendliest places to stop, and we will be returning here again in the summer and for xmas and newyear again!! 10/10 "

"We had a wonderful time at Chipeque. The apartment complex is quiet and select, but there is so much within easy walking distance, particularly the fabulous restaurants. On the complex is a well stocked mini market, where you can even book all your excursions and car hire. The staff are all really friendly, and we cannot wait to go back in the summer. We would recommend this complex to anyone."

"What a lovely. friendly complex. We rented a one bedroom apartment which had just been refurbished. It had everything you would need including TV D.V.D. player, fans, good cooking facilities etc.
There is a washing machine on site which is useful if you are there for 2 weeks or have children. We cleaned our own apartment but you can arrange cleaning and linen changes quite cheaply if you wish.
There is a bar and a wee shop. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the prices are very competitive. Although it is up the hill a bit there are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. Lots of them have entertainment on nightly.
Although we had no kids with us our friends had two young children with them. The pool area is very safe and there is a lifeguard on all day to keep an eye on them.
The good thing is it is a small complex so you can go to your apartment to make a bite of lunch or to get drinks and still see what they're up to.
There is a pool table and football table and table tennis as well.
I would definitely recommend this complex for families and couples."

"Fabulous holiday here-our apartment was refurbished to the highest standards. This was the most relaxing holiday we have had for many years-the atmosphere was wonderful.
All the staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a great shop here now which is reasonably priced, with loads of cheap beer and cigs! -they sell the most wonderful excursions too.
There is a great bar with good food, and all the restaurants nearby are excellent. Thanks to Chris, Sally, Ian, and Lorraine for making this our best holiday for ages-we will be back as soon as we can!"

"We have just returned from a two week holiday at Chipeque and what a wonderful time we had.
The apartment was spotless, recently refurbished so everything was new and we had a lovely view of the pool.
There is a pool bar on site which is run by a British couple, Ian and Lorraine who looked after us very well. They have a wide and varied menu which they serve as and when you want it and of course a large selection of drinks (haven't quite worked my way through the cocktails yet) which means I will have to return!!!!
They also have a small mini market where you can get your essentials (ask Sally for the hot baguettes and croissants - yummy....)
The area around has plenty of bars and restaurants and there is a taxi rank just on the corner which is very handy.
Chipeque is a small neat complex and everyone we met was very friendly which made our holiday.
Already looking to go back again in October. "

"I usually stay in Las Americas but decided for a change and tried Los Cristianos. I was very impressed with this quaint complex.
It felt safe and quiet although it is only minutes from the beach and town centre. The private owner had arranged a cleaner every other day and a 24hour call out.
I liked the onsite bar as the staff were English and friendly making it feel like home from home, I would definitely stay there again for a romantic weekend away."
