About Yucca Park
Yucca Park is a three-star apartment hotel complex in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of the island of Tenerife. Some of the hotel's apartments are privately owned time shares, but there are also many apartments available as traditional rentals. The hotel and pool area is relaxed and comfortable, apartments are well equipped, and the complex is just a short walk to the hub of Costa Adeje, and all of its restaurants, bars, and shops. Guests can spend their time relaxing by the pool, enjoying nearby beaches such as Playa de Fanabe, or exploring the town by day and night; however, the hotel itself is typically relatively quiet at night, so it's ideal for families, and people who enjoy spending their holiday evenings relaxing.
Yucca Park is family-friendly but is also suitable for couples and adult groups, thanks to its proximity to the town. There's plenty to do nearby and around the island, with activities such as boating and scuba diving, windsurfing, biking, and others, available at the beach and nearby. Guests can also hire a car and explore the island's many attractions, including Teide National Park, and Masca Valley.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY
"Just come back from 9 days in Yukka Park. Lovely accomodation, modern and clean. The pool was being refurbished on our arrival but did not effect our holiday and there was another pool in use that had just been completed. The complex is quiet at night which is great as you can sleep with the windows/doors open. Friendly people staying in complex. Pool bar serves nice food at resonable prices. You need to book direct with the owner to ensure you get a decent apartment.I never saw one cockroach throughout my stay so it must be certain apartments. The whole complex is clean and tidy. We are returning at Xmas for 3 weeks so it must be nice!..I would recommend. "

Fabulous Yucca Park and Pablo's Bar!
"Having just come back from a two week stay in Yucca Park i can safely say this is a fabulous resort.
I have visited Tenerife on many occasions and loved it so i booked my honeymoon and after a nightmare 3 nights at the Sol Sun Beach, we moved to Yucca Park for the remainder of our holiday.
I immediatly relaxed as it's very clean and the swimming pools are spotless, its also very safe as there is a guard on at night and a security code to enter the complex.
I can't say enough about Paul & Pauline from Pablo's Poolside Bar on site, they are one of the friendliest couples i have ever met and can't do enough to help you out.
They were amazing, helping us to find an apartment at Yucca Park when we had nowhere to go after leaving the Sol Sun Beach.
Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel really welcome. Franks was also lovely and always very pleasant.
Their saying of 'Arrive as Strangers - Depart as Friends' is very true and thats what we have done.
We attended the famous Pablo's BBQ and it was great, the food was amazing and we had lots of fun playing games and having a laugh with other residents at the complex.
Everytime we had a meal at Pablo's the food was great and reasonably priced. The beer was lovely and always cold.
We will definatly be going back to stay at Yucca Park and be going to Pablo's Bar!"

"Such a lovely complex. Close to all amenities. Lovely beach only 15euros for 2beds for the day. The complex pool is clean as is the whole complex. The bistro 'pablos' is excellent. Superb family friendly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Highly recommended. Going back at Easter 2011."

Great apartment, Great location
"Yucca Park is an excellent location, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants etc...The pool is spotlessly clean and there is a good pool bar restaurant on site and also a communal laundry room with 2 washing machines which is good for a family going for 2 weeks especially. The whole complex is now privatley owned (no timeshare at all!) so it's nice and quiet and relaxing. No groups of noisy youths! Many of the apartments (not all!) have been refurbished and are very nice, the standards differ as some have had more work done than others, but all the guests we met were happy with their apartments, except 1 couple who had booked a cheapie ad hated theirs! You get what you pay for!So just beware. But if you get a good apartment this place is excellent, you couldn't ask for better!

We have been here many times, our family...
"We have been here many times, our family own a timeshare on the site and we rent privately to come at the same time as them most years. We have always found this to be very family friendly with no problems with the "young and lively" crowd that is often associated with Tenerife. The rooms are cleaned daily with linen changes twice weekly. Excellent reception staff with no language barrier and they are always happy to help.
The pools are always clean and we have had no problems with sun beds being reserved as they are all chained up each night. Our apartment has always been perfectly large enough for 2 adults and 2 children (with pram and cot!) and any problems we have had have been resolved quickly once we have reported to reception. Although this is predominately a timeshare owned site, there is no pressure to "non-owners" to buy.
There is lots to do without traveling out with the resort during the day and plenty of bars and restaurants in the evening. The best restaurant has got to be Marios (opposite the Bourganville Playa) which is a pleasant 15 minute stroll or 5 minutes by taxi. A perfect place for a family holiday when you want plenty in the day but not too lively in the night. Those who want the nightlife, can catch a taxi to "Veronicas" in Playa Americas which is only 10 minutes away by taxi."
