we had a great time
"We found this a great holiday with its friendly staff at all times and very clean room our towels were changed every other day and beds were done every 3 days the food was great we had a lot of choice every day. Every night it was different even with a theme Mexican one night then Chinese and Italian and so on loads of different meat to choose from with free wine or beer and soft drinks . we went all-inclusive and you did get a glass with your drink when you stayed inside the bar area , they only served plastic cups when you took your drink outside by the pool which is safer as you didn't want to walk on broken glass. we also tried out the sauna we had a full body scrub and massage then sauna and Jacuzzi well worth the visit. the pool was clean and well looked after loads of sunbeds too. the only bad point we had was when we ask for a picnic one day we paid 3 euros and it was disgusting. 2 bits of bread with ham no butter, bottle of water, a box of fruit drink and a orange. not worth the money . but apart from that we had a great time and would go back again . We always return
"At first after reading reviews we were a bit concerned about staying here. We had no need to be. We have been staying at this hotel, 2 weeks all inclusive for many years, sometimes twice a year. We have always found the staff to be very friendly & very helpful. Any problems (which have been very few) have been put right very quickly. We have always found the rooms clean & cleaned on a daily basis, sheets changed 3 times a week & towels changed when left in the bath tub (as the little card in the bathroom asks). I am a very fussy eater but can honestly say I have never starved, yes some menus are repeated during your stay (who doesn't repeat menus at home) drinks are served in plastic cups, we don't find this a problem, if a plastic cup is dropped it doesn't smash like a glass. During the day you can partake in fun competitions, rifle shooting, pool, archery, bowls. In the evening there is a game of bingo, music, dancing & some form of entertainment. We are making a return Visit in January 2015 & looking forward to our stay."

Costa teguise gardens
"We arrived here 2nd july 2013 for 11 nights, our towels were only changed once and the sheets were never changed at all for the whole duration of our holiday. The rooms were very basic and the fridge was also frosted up due to everytime you let your room you had to take the key with you and this switched all the electric off.the sunbeds were chained up and you had to queue every morning to obtain one of which you had to pay for the mats.the maids only came into the room a total of 4 times out of the 11 nights.t.v cost us a total of 35euros for our duration. The food was not always warm and if you arrived late you had the last of the scraps, we spent most of the time eating out.i would not rate this hotel as 4 star. I have never stayed in a hotel this poor before and we have traveled a lot around the world in poorer countries and had better accommodation than this.... i also have never stayed anywhere where you have to drink out plastic cups at night i totally agree by the pool, if we had to pay for our drinks then we had been given a glass. Very disappointed..."

"I went for a week, and I was quite relunctant after reading previous reviews on this website, however I think it is actually prety decent, you get exactly what you pay for; the food can be quite repetitive but never really disappointed me, and there was enough activities to keep me entertained throughout the week. Overall if your not a fussy/picky person you wont really be disappointed in any of it, it has its small flaws but they really capitalize on their qualities. You HAVE to get All Inclusive, it just makes the experience tons better."

not too bad
"we have just arrived back from our holiday and must admit the hotel was very clean staff very helpful and pleasant the only draw back was the food we were all inclusive and found we were limited to whay we could eat if you are spanish you would be fine or if you like to delve into the unknown we found the lunch a lot better than the dinner and as for the deserts same ones all week perhaps we picked the wrong week. the hotel has hardly any entertainment although the bingo is quite funny.i would go back to this hotel but on room only basis.p.s. keep away from the mashed potato!"

Dont even think of going!!!!!!!!!!!!
"I booked for my partner, myself and my 10 year old daughter to go for a week on the 8/2/11 all inclusive, we arrived at half 2 in the afternoon and as check in was at 2pm we thought our room would be ready, wrong we waited over 2 hours and then only got a room when we complained, it was nt the room we were actually booked in for but it was clean and well kept, that was actually the only good thing about this hotel, the fact the maids kept the rooms clean and brought a never ending supply of clean towels. The food was awful, it was nt cooked properly or it was recycled from the previous day, potatoes from one day were actually used three days on the row, chicken was bloody and none of it was actually cooked properly. We payed for all inclusive but ended up eating out as not one of us could face the food, the waiters would hover over you waiting for u to finish and there was a few times when we had toast in the morning that the plates would be taken before you had even finished. If you have no taste buds and dont mind food poisioning then u ll love it. The pool is tiny and ice cold so much so that my ten year old who loves water refused to get in it, its not the place for children either it was full of senior people and seemed geared towards them, the entertainment consisted of bingo and spanish dancing. All in all it was the worst place we have stayed and i definitely would not reccomend going there to anyone."

"Myself and my partener stayed for 7 nights from the 17th March 2010.We did not stay all inclusive so cannot comment on the food. We found our room very clean and cleand on a daily basis. We had no kettle in the room to begin with but we asked at reception for one and we received one the very next day.Our two ring hob did not work and when told of this we were sent a repairman immediatly. We cannot fault our room or the service we got being not in school holidays we found it very quiet and relaxing."

Not a great experience!
"Being two women under the age of 25 we knew the hotel would not be as lively as an 18-30 holiday, but this hotel could not have been more boring! The apartments were nice, with a big balcony and were cleaned well. The food was horrible. We paid for all inclusive and other than the amount of alcohol we chose to drink it was not worth it! The food was often cold, but they provided a microwave to heat it up! During my stay I barely ate as dinner often involved rabbit, grilled fish, boiled chicken and pork, none of it seasoned so therefore VERY tasteless. Whilst even the 'safe' choice of pasta was spoiled as there were three sauces to choose from, but often only two spoons to serve it. The food was inadequately labelled-if you have an allergy you'd have to be so careful. One example would be on my last day they were serving nuggets- I am still unsure whether they were chicken or turkey as the label simply said nuggets and I had to taste them to find out what was inside! Having arrived at 4pm from a delayed flight, there was no real food available. Although advertised as all inclusive between 3.30-7.00pm only pre packaged sandwiches are available. If you are a tea drinker like me, you would have to boil water in a saucepan and drink from a glass, tea and juice is only available during breakfast. I found this unacceptable as I had paid for all inclusive. Meal times did often include queues, although the staff in the restaurant were somewhat helpful. If you ate of drank around the pool there were no ashtrays, no music, plastic cups outside (small plastic cups so if you are drinking a beer you need to order four to make up half a pint!) and from a menu of four dishes for warm food between 1.30-3.30 there was only one selection a day. One day there was only hamburgers available, therefore if you were a vegetarian you would be hungry! My main complaint is the food, but the hotel is in the middle of no where pretty much. The nearest restaurant we found was 15 minutes away and that was only after walking around for a long time! I'd say if you want somewhere which is overly quiet and you are happy to eat food as described by reviews then visit this hotel. "

Avoid these apartments
"Dec.09 Have just returned from these awful apartments. Stayed as a family with three children. The apartment was filthy and a real health hazard. We were shown another one but that was in the same condition. Damp walls, flaking paint, mold on rotting window sills. The kitchen work surfaces were tiled but instead of grout inbetween the tiles they were filled up with muck which was a haven for ants. The cooker and fridge were rusty as was the water heater in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboards had a film of grease on them so they were disgusting to touch. The sheets on the double bed had two holes the size of dinner plates. It was replaced with 'one single sheet only'on a double bed !! The pool was full of dead flies and was not cleaned once in the ten days we were there. The pool chemicals were left exposed near the pool and not locked away. Pool bar was not open (it was used as a store for rusty furniture). ALL IN ALL A DISASTER. AVOID THESE APARTMENTS"

"This was sold to me as a recommended 4* hotel. It would be lucky to reach a 2*!!!! The room was clean but very very basic with no utensils to make a brew and doors hanging off!!! It reminded me of a 18-30 accomadation!!! The breakfast was hideous as war the bar food as my partner ate a burger with a full animal lash hanging out! i kid you not!!!!! The coctails actually meant 1 different cocktail each night and they were made in a big slush puppy tank!!! Lack of staff had to queue for everything for ages. Boring boring boring its put me off the island and traveling with freedom direct who overate their properties."
