"If you want uncleared rooms, not enough seating or sun beds, rude staff who loose the ability to speak English when you try to complain, a forest of dead palms, appalling entertainment, then you have found the hotel for you! Two weeks in a hovel, wanted to come home after one night but hotel took 3 days to respond to tour operator and wanted to take two thirds of what I had paid for a fortnight for 3 nights at there hovel meaning I would need to pay a fortune to change hotel. Traveled to many countries only ever stayed in 4 or 5 star hotels thus cannot grade this because it is certainly nowhere near the same league as the worst hotel I stayed in prior to going to Playa Verde , now trading as diver hotel"
