"Only been back 6 days and still missing the place. Apartments quite basic, however not sure what some people expect!!. They are clean which is all I ask, maids came in twice in the week, changed towels, made beds and even folded children's pj's. Staff very friendly and helpful, and Pool lovely. Would advise to try and get a room away from road, as traffic quite noisy at night in bedroom."

"My fourth visit to these apartments which offer good value for money and a good location. Unfortuantely we were robbed whilst staying here too and were given the impression by management that this is not uncommon. With us too it appears they had a key. We had ipads and and i phone stolen. My advise if possible, do not stay on the ground floor and if taking anything of value lock it away. The hotel has safes in the room for rent and if belongings are in the safe they are insured by the hotel - we did not discover this until after the theft. I am returning with friends in Sep but would not return with children, the apartments seem to be attracting more and more groups of young people which did make it noisy at night. Bottles and cigarette butts could be found on the grass in the morning."

"This was excellent value for money, basic, yes, but clean and spacious. good location, near beaches and town,so something for everyone. weather could have been better, but still warmer than England in October. the only downfall,we went as a family with our 2 year old granddaughter and chose this hotel as it said kids entertainment, unfortunately this was very, very limited. apparently it was because we went the last week of season, and it had finished, although the 1 entertainment staff left did his up most to cheer the kids up and put on a little mini disco for half hour 3 times while we there. be prepared for an influx of stag and hen parties by the weekend!!! they all behaved, but it was a bit loud and larey when you got small children. BEWARE OF THIEVES!!!!! i had read the reviews to say a few peoples apartments had been broke into, you never think it will happen to you,but it did! my son-in-law had his laptop and other equipment stolen from room, no sign of break in, and the staff just wanted to close up hotel and go home, so really do not take anything of value with you and keep money, passports etc on you at all times. it was such a disappointment as we had had a lovely week "

Noisy.....Dirty....Robbed by thieves with a Key.......Not 3 star
"We stayed here from 18th September until 2nd October with our 3 young children. The apartments are over run by stag and hen parties and noise goes on all night. Yet it is advertised as a family hotel. Kitchen is very basic and about 30 years old, rusty fridge, lime scale in kettle. Bathroom is disgusting dirty, cracked tiles, ants, fungus and stained toilet. miads need cleaning lessons and towels and bed sheets need binner as they are dirty, ripped and grey. We were robbed on the 2nd day whilst we were in the apartment, thieves with a key came in the back door and stole our money. The management were not interested as this appears to be a regular thing!! These apartments are not 3 star, please do not stay here!!!"

"Stayed for 14 nights at the Ca Saboners last summer (2010). Friendly, Clean, furniture a bit dated, and kitchen equip not great, but enough. Few single girl groups but mainly families. Have booked again for this year. Quiet place to stay, but close enough for all the bars and beach.Reception staff were brilliant and the bar and resturant area were very clean. Cant wait to get back....."

Loved it!!! Can't fault it at all!
"I really cannot fault this hotel! I have been twice in the past 3 years, one recently, and i hope to be going there again soon. The apartments are a perfect size and have all fatillities needed. The balcony is extreamly big, more like a terrece! It is provided with a table and chairs. The maid service was brilliant also. The entertainment every night was fabulous! A massive shout out to Neil and Martine! There is a handy shop inside the hotel and one directly next to it. The hotel is at a perfect locaction as there are steps across the road leading to the beach, shops and resturaunts. Every apartment has a pool view as the hotel is a 'horse shoe' shape. The pool is also great! There are lots of sunbeds to sunbathe and showers outside after you've been swimming. Absolutley LOVE this hotel and so do my friends who have also been. THANK YOU FOR TWO LOVELY HOLIDAYS!"

ok so heres the truth
"june 2010 arrive at these apartments, family of 4 two kids aged 8 and 5 a bit worried by the reviews i read here!!! worry not its all about attitude and your perspective, monday through thursday familys arrive and families leave as their 7/14 nights come to an end we met some fantastic people especially neil and martain the entertainment guys for the archery, rifle shooting, waterpolo table tennis and also being excellent osts during the world cup BBQ style buffet( my son now wants to work here too!!). friday, saturday stag and hen parties arrive and leave by monday on the cheap weekend breaks, but they go out during the day and night so we only saw a few groups around the pool and me and my son had great fun playing waterpolo with one group. massive respect to tony, jose, and manolo the bar keeps. the rooms are as you expect clean yes tidy yes functional yes cleaned regularly yes, its not 5 star so dont expect 5 star its like ronseal "it does what it sez on the tin!!!!" there is enough in the room to be self catering but hey the food is cheap enough to eat out either in the hotel or in the many resteraunts in Palma Nova or a short walk to torrenova or a taxi to magaluf. in summary its was so good i was back in the uk less tham 24 hrs and started to booking process for 2011!!!!! so hows that for a recommendation?!?!?! Do Not book
"Simply the worst apartments i have ever booked,Rooms are dirty and poorly furnished. Also large groups of both male and females make noise all day and everyday. Thomas Cook market this as a family resort which is not in a month of sundays."

I personally cannot fault these apartmen...
"I personally cannot fault these apartments. Me and my Husband went with our 3 boys aged 7,6 and 4. We all loved these apartments. We had read so many reviews before going that you are unable to get a sun lounger...thats rubbish, every day without fail, whether it be morning or afternoon we were able to go around the pool with sunloungers that were available. The pool is always clean and tidy and was cleaned every single night that we were there.Maids came in 3 times thoughout our 7 night stay and always left clean towles. The entertainment was provided every single night, with "Gary and Monkey" always doing there very best to keep people entertained. We particualy enjoyed the Hypnotist, which my husband kindly volentered for lol,and the magic shows,my kids were amazed by these they were fantastic. Got to give the bar man Tony a mention he was fab and my kids loved him. Yes overall the apartments do need some modernising, but thats the same in most places, unless you want to pay a fortune for a newley built hotel, and considering this place is fairly cheap i think its excellent for the money!! We didnt have a problem with any hen and stag parties we had quiet nights throughout our stay...until the final night where we did have some rather roundy people move in above us,so i dont know whether ther rest of the week would have been so noisy,as that may have spoilt it also for us! Don't alawys read too much into the reviews it can sometimes put you off.Overall a fab place to stay in beautiful Palma Nova. "
