WOW BEST APARTMENT I,VE EVER STAYED INN
"have just read the comments of others on here about inn apartments we found the staff very friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay we never paid alot for our 10 day stay so was expecting room to be a dive my how very wrong was i have stayed in many apartments over the years paying primium prices and getting rooms i would not let my dog sleep in. But these were clean well maintained it seems the other reviews are taking it out on the inn staff and room for there club reps or travel companys shortcoming if you want a clean room with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday then the inn is the place to stay a 4 min walk from the strip and a 6 min walk to palma nova already looking atbooking in at the inn next year "

"Just returned from these apartments. What a tip ! On arrival we were charged 50 euro deposit EACH when in the brochure it states 50 euro per room.
Had to use a bucket of water for flushing the loo as it didn't flush, the shower never had hot water . Both were reported to reception on arrivalbut nothing was done about it the entire week.
The 18-30 reps were non existant except on arrival and when they were trying to sell you something. When they were present, they were'nt helpful and didn't try to resolve problems. The receptionists handed us a list of warnings that we were supposedly given and told if we didn't sign the list then we would be thrown out.
Be careful when leaving your room as they will try and fine you for anything (fake tan on sheets - 50 euros)We were told that we had left our room a mess when infact the maid had given us a black bag the previous day for all our rubbish, which we filled. The only thing that we left in the room was our sheets on the bed, towels in the bathroom and the filled black bag. When the owner informed us of the 50 euro fine for leaving the room in a mess, we told her that the room was cleared. She said that she had checked it and couldn't remember seeing the black bag and said there was rubbish everywhere - which was a lie (love to see who pockets all the fines !!! )
Why the 1 euro 50 cent chanrge for using the jacuzzi at the pool ?
Perfect spot, but the worst apartments ever"

Always room at The Inn!
"We stayed at the Inn apartments for a week's long girly holiday at the beginning of October. We expect a good lively holiday and although it was the last week of their summer we got eactly what we wanted.
When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly receptionist Judith. The only complaint was that she had to take our passports, apparently this was for insurance reasons. But the other group that checked in at the same time had to too. We did get them back a couple of days later, but makes you a bit nervous with important documents like that. We also had to pay a â¬50 deposit for any damages made whilst our stay. We had a 4 bed apartment and it was really spacious with a massive balcony overlooking a main road. The self catering facilities are the best I've seen on a Club holiday - we even had a mop and bucket! The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was only a 5min walk away - far enough to get away from the noise of the main strip. The pool was large, and what we heard, much bigger than other Club hotels here. There was also a free breakfast every morning - I wouldn't say it was the best as only consisted on a basic fry up and you couldn't change it to fruit or cereal. They were quite strict about this and had to pay for breakfast each day as this is not what we wanted to eat.
We had no problems with the hotel - but due to the time of the year, it was quite quiet. I can imagine in the busy season the hotel would be quite noisy with people coming and going.
Overall, it was a good holiday and the hotel was part of it! "

what a great place
"for our week in magaluf, there were six girls and we shared 2 apartments side by side. this was such a class place. our apartment was nicely finished, and big enough for the 3 of us. and things we needed to cook with were all supplied too. we were staying on the first floor, which was def the best floor to be on, cos all the balconies were just seperated by a small wall, so it was really easy to make friends with neighbours and even the ones above. In the apartments there was a seriously big difference int he ratio of girls to boys, the 8:1 ratio that magaluf in famous for was very obvious, but that added to all the fun. we were really close to a good supermarket, about 5 mins from the beach and about the same from all the clubs. it is especially close to BCM which is brill and makes it easier to find ur way home at 5 in the morning. good luck to anyone who tries to make it all the way up the strip in one night, we made it to bar 5 and started gettin sick. the Inn apartments were class to stay in and magaluf was the best holiday of my life. def not for families though.....its all about being young free and single, or bein on a hen/stag weekend! Love The Inn!
"Thought i would have to put a good word in for the hotel as some of the reviews are rubbish!
I loved staying here, it is very close to the strip, BCM square and places to eat!
There is a deposit but you will understand why they have this when you see the state people get there rooms in!
Pool bar is brilliant, although me and a friend ended up finishing the martini and malibu by the end of the week.
The appartments are not some were for families or cuples,, i would strongly recomend young singles to stay there,, there is always something going on when u get in from your night out, loved talking to people on other balconys, people do balcony hop and there are streakers... but its GR8!
This was by far the best holiday i'v ever had, i would stay here again i loved it!"

Me and 7 other girls stayed here for a w...
"Me and 7 other girls stayed here for a week in the summer holidays, we were looking for a fun , sunny, clubbin holiday and found it- it was absolutly amazing, about 5-10 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk to all the clubs, cheap supermarket really near so we stacked up on our food and vodka from there! Only disapointment with the accomodation was that there was no air conditioning, with 4 girls per room all straightening and blow drying their hair it was actual boiling in the rooms but we got over this by getting ready on the balconies lol. Apart from that the accomodation was perfect, the pool clean and safe, the pool side bar was really good serving cheese and ham toasties and shots too! Would defo go back there, all of this for a great price, couldnt have asked for any better!

The Inn - Suprisingly good.
"After having booked my accommodation, I decided to check out here what people though of it. I was a little daunted to see a couple of less than positive reviews. I have to say they seemed totally unjustified.
At check in both the reps and reception staff were incredibly helpful. They explained the terms and the â¬50 deposit, and for an 18-30 holiday, I guess that's only fair. The room was very clean, and had all the basics. Plenty of fresh towels (which were changed twice during our weeks stay as promised) and some basic cooking equipment. One negative for the rooms is that they will get very hot without air conditioning, If you're desperate, you can always hire a fan from reception.
As mentioned earlier, the majority of reception staff were very good. Especially the late night guys. They had to put up with us demanding the spare key more than once at a ridiculous hour!
A few other features in the Inn's favour:
- Awesome pool and poolside bar. Does a cheap breakfast and cheap beers.
- Very nice (and cheap) bar and restraunt on the ground floor.
- A relaxed atmosphere when it came to excessive noise. There was no worries that the odd late night sing song would get you a talking to!
A few negative points:
- No air con
- A bit basic
- Can be a bit noisy if you actually want to sleep before 4am.
A special mention is saved though for the 18-30 reps who work at the hotel. They really did their best to make us feel welcome and included. Contrary to what the previous review said, I would highly recommend signing up to the weeks 18-30 events. Less than â¬200 got us 7 nights out, a cocktail party during the week and a boat trip with free bar. And on a more serious note, when my friend needed hospital treatment after a nasty fall, the reps really couldn't have done more to help.
All in all it was more than I was hoping, and not what I was dreading."

The Inn, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
"I stayed here from 12th June 2007 - 19th June 2007. We arrived into the reception and the rep who was accompanying us was told that there is a streaker in the hotel and needs him to put his clothes on or get out. As you can imagine, this was a brilliant welcoming to the hotel.
We paid our â¬50 deposit and was told where our rooms were, we entered the lift and went to our floor, the lift doors opened and we were stuck in between 2 floors and the Lift alarm wasnt working. After clambering out of the lift (with our suitcases), we found a room. It overlooked Magallufs "House of Katmandu" a kind of weird museum contains yettis and hairyfish?!?!?!
The rooms are very basic, we were given a document to fill out with all the things wrong with the room, we filled this out.
* Hole in the bedroom door
* Top of fridge shattered
* Back of Wardrobe missing (which made clothes damp)
* Base of bath had a crack and mould in it
* Patio door glass could be pushed out
Despite this being completed, nothing was fixed in the whole of our stay. We wasn't too fussed and we only slept in the hotel and was down the beach/clubbing at all other times. I am glad of this as none of the rooms have a fan/air conditioning.
The location is prime, 200 metres from the main strip and the main club, BCM. And only 300 metres from the lovely beach.
The maids came twice in the whole time we stayed but never changed the towels. We tried to ask them but they did not speak english. Great help they were!
The week stay was over and we went to check out, during the night the room above us were sick over the balcony all onto ours and we were refused out â¬50 deposit (each) until one of us cleaned it up. We explained to the receptionist but she said it is our room so we have to clean it!! Sorry but surely that is the job of the "cleaners"??!?!?!
Apart from that, the Club18-30s reps were amazing and always willing to help. But word of warning, don't sign up for the weeks 18-30s outings, its a waste of money!! â¬25 a night in BCM club gets you 5 souveniers (usually a hat, a bag, a tshirt and 2 other items) and an all-inclusive bar all night"

Perfect for the young clubber
"I went in summer (june) 06 and it is perfect for what a young clubber needs. Near the strip, near BCM, inbetween two nice beaches.
Rooms are pretty basic but what do you need when your asleep!!
Overall its very good for young people who are there to get drunk."

"ive stayed here twice know and it is basic but the rooms are cleaned every day its next to the beach facing bcm and at the bottom of the strip i went with 12 girls and they loved it. this is an 18-30 hotel so dont be surprised if there is groups of young people that why they are there. you have to give a 50 euro deposit
per person when your there you do get it back but make sure you take extra spends as you dont get it til you check out.you can keep your room on if you have a late flight but ask early.
if your going with 18-30 haggle for your trips the more they charge you the more they make.the hotel is very secure and has cctv on all balconies and outside the doors and corridors
i'd recommend it to young and lively people who want to experience the night life."
