"The building was just round the corner from the main hotel (Orosol 1) On arriving at reception the kept our passports till we gave the keys back at the end of our stay, fair enough. Gave us maps and info on wher to go etc and off we went the room was self catering it had 2 single beds with another pull out avaible underneath but in the heat not sleeping together is sometime a blessing lol. Also there was a bathroom with bath shower toildt and bidet all clean and in good condition. There were plates cups cutlery 2 couple of pans etc a fridge clean and in ex condition and 2 electric hob rings. The only thing we needed was a grill or toaster!!! Beans on bread is not good lol. New towels, toilet roll and the beds were made every other day. Just could't complain. Music was't aloud after 10pm some obeyed some did't but it was't played to excess so was ok, Id take ear plugs just incase!! We wer 2 mins form the bus station and 5 min walk from the west end strip. Great location no outside noise when you came home just great. The shared pool was 3-5 min walk and beautiful clean with refreshments on sale and free sun loungers no brolies tho but some trees to shade under. Would def go back price was just a bargain. Basic but clean close and quiet enough to sleep at night. Have Fun!!"

Ibiza Rocks!

"Fantastic base for those wanting to party or explore Ibiza

Really sorry to hear about the English group who had a bad time at this place as we found the staff to be fantastic with us. Answered all our questions and the receptionist who was on at 5am when we came strolling in most nights would give us a big smile.

Rooms are basic but provided all we needed: comfortable beds, air conditioning (which we weren't charged extra for), balcony which overlooked a quiet road and a football training pitch, tv, safe and reasonabley sized bathroom. I always made sure I got up for breakfast and usually had a toasted croissant with ham and cheese and a slice of cake. There was also bread and jam, cereals, boiled eggs, doughnuts and fruit available. Location is perfect: in a nice quiet area but a 5 minute walk from the bus station (meant we could get the disco bus easily to all of the clubs rather than bother with taxis) and 10 minutes from the beach and the usual San Antonio bars. Pool is at another hotel about 5 minutes walk away; we always managed to get loungers whenever we turned up but there is a very strict no outside food or drink rule which was a little annoying.

We're hoping to come baco to the white isle this year and would definitely use this hotel again: its ideal for people who want to party hard but then come back to somewhere peaceful to rest and recouperate"

"Brilliant location for the West End and beach.
Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Maid service 6 days, clean towels etc.Managed to make it down to breakfast every morning, coffee and doughnuts galore.
Air con is additional but you need to get it, it gets too noisy if you leave the doors open at night / early morning.
We are definately booking for next year.

"Went with a group of 6 and was made feel very unwelcome and that there was judgement reserved about us from the minute we walked in. First of all we were told there is a 60 euro deposit on each room, which was never mentioned in the booking. Rooms had no safety deposit boxes either so had to rent them from behind reception. After the first night, getting in at half 7 in the morning, in a hotel advertising suitable for Young People we were woken at half 9 long after we had gone to sleep to be sumond to reception. At this point we were told to get out! pack our bags and leave! we refused demending an explination as we had done nothing wrong and we were told we got in too noisy and that they always had this problem with the English! We were then told that if we wanted to stay we would have to pay another 300euro's per room!! We flat refused and was then told we had to give al our passports. The manager was extreemly vulgar and rude, we never give any reason for her to behave in this way either. The final outcome was that we stayed but could have no music on or make any noise or we would be "removed"!
I feel this was a race issue and that they prejudged us. Our group aged from 18 to 34, myself being 27 so it was not an age thing.
On leaving the woman on reception gave us all money and passports back and even admitted they got us wrong but it spoiled our whole holidat as we were walking on egg shells. They were never friendly or helpfull either.
I would never stay here again, even if it was free and i would actively disencourage any English to use this place.
Rooms were basic but clean, pool was at a separate hotel and Staff as mentioned were at best miserable!
I have never complained about a thing in my life but feel so strongly bout how i was treated that i felt it the only way to respond."

"Excellent hotel it is new and very clean. Breakfast is continental, and there is a variety of cheese, ham, fruits, eggs, corn flakes, toast and etc to have a heavy breakfast if you want not be hungry until late evening.. The staff is extremely nice, actually stayed a lot in more star hotels as 4 and 5 stars, but have never got such a nice attitude to the client and help. The price of hotel is really economic and what you pay for the thing you get is more than amazing.. one thing it is a bit noisy when drunk british come over at night around 5am then you will really wake up:) but I guess it happens in all hotels in ibiza as it is a party island, and I do not think it is worth to complain about it. The location is also excellent couple of minutes to the bus station (bus number 9 goes from ibiza airport) and few minutes to the port of san antonio, where you can find beaches (I would recommend o go a bit further down the coast and there you will find a very nice beach es poet). So Orosol is a place to be!!!!"

"This was an excellent find for a budget stay in San Antonio. Hotel has recently been refurbished. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Mine had a flat screen TV and was on the top floor so had direct access to a large sun terrace.

Staff were really helpful, and the hotel has shower facilities for guests to use who have checked out but have a late flight.

Excellent value for money, and ideally located just a few hundred meters from the sea front and all the bars/clubs but with very little noise."

Brand new, clean, cheap, and spartan.

"This is a great little hotel - fairly basic, and hence cheap, but brand new and in a good location.

It's away from the fish, chips, and cheap larger in the streets of Sant Antoni, tucked away just behind the new bus station. This makes it easy to get to from Ibiza City, although less convenient from the airport.

The rooms are spartan - you have to pay extra if you want a TV or a fridge, and they'll move one up to your room. If you want air-con, you pay €7 a day, and they will switch it on at reception. There is however a telephone. A great perk is that each room gets a balcony. Get a room on the 7th floor, and you get a vast sun terrace. I'd avoid the rooms facing south though - they are baking hot in summer, and have a poorer view. There is one tiny, and very slow, lift. There is also one internet computer (with often a long queue).

There is no swimming pool, however if you stay at the hotel you have the right to use a pool a good 15 minutes walk away. It's easier to get to the beach.

The breakfasts are good - they are in the swish, modern, dining room by reception from 9am to 10.30am, and are very Spanish with lots of ham, cheese, and fruit. Because it's Spanish run, it mainly only advertises to Spanish people, and is a world away from the hooligan element. It's pretty quiet. Few clubbers will stay here. The bar is tiny, but is actually a good place for a quiet beer.

However the hotel is cheap - and as it's doesnt' advertise much, you can sometimes find a room here even when the rest of Ibiza is booked out. A single in absolute peak season comes in at €70."

"Amazing hotel!

We had a few problems with our first hotel and ended up walking into Orosol to see if there were any rooms available, and thankfully there were.

All we wanted by this point was a nice clean room and some water, we got a beautifully furnished hotel room, with hot/cold water en suite bathroom, all brand new furnishings and the best part - a sun terrace! (7th Floor only). I believe all rooms have televisions air conditioning at a small extra cost.

Continental Breakfast is served until 10:30am. Consists of croissants, bread, yoghurts, cereal, tea and coffee. All very nice.

If you need to go anywhere or do anything and are unsure, just ask one of the girls, they are so helpful and always have time for you.

Will definitely return to this hotel, it made our holioday in the end. Thank you."
