"When you arrive donât be surprised to find you have to wait until 4pm for your room, as this is the check in time. Totally out of sync with every other holiday we have taken over the 25 years.
The complex is painted in multi colours but is quite chic. The rooms are of a very high standard but we ended up on the ground floor, and the noise levels from above were unpleasant during the early morning, with moving furniture and general noise.
The complex seems to be very isolated until you get your bearings and the old town is within easy walking distance, 20 minutes; however the banks are quite steep.
The restaurant on the hill towards the old town is first class. Be warned if you go in the next few years expect building work as the whole area is under major development."

"Wow. Absolutely amazing apartments!!
Spotlessly clean. Huge! We had 5 balconies! Really innovative. Just gorgeous!
Would recommend these to anyone! Especially families because they're huge apartments! Really nice pool, always very clean. Staff are nice. Couple of mins walk from small strip of restaurants.
10-15 min walk to the old town, which is worth it! A bit away from the main strip, but could get there easily by taxi.
Supermarkets are a bit out the way too, but the fact the apartments are so amazing makes it ok! 11 out of 10!

Great apartments, a little out of the way.
"Superb quality brand new apartment.
My party had a one bed apartment and also a studio apartment which where of the highest standard. Kitchen fully loaded, dishwasher washing machine microwave all new. Satelite T.V. had some English programs Sky news and BBC1 amongst others. Pool area excellent with loads of beds (cant say what it would be like in mid summer).
Snack bar average but reasonably priced.
Reception staff O.K. but did have a problem getting a cot bed and they put is in a second floor apartment even thoough I requested a ground floor apartment as we have a young baby.
Maids 10 minutes cleaning a day.
Now, hear for the down side Marina complex very under occupied, only about 30% of units used. Not much variety of bars but does have 4 reastaurants, only visited one, an Italian which was reasonable and did have good food. Only one supermarket, very expensive as they have cornered the market
Downside nummber 2 is apartment location 20 mins walk into the Old Town(6 Euro in Taxi). I enjoyed the cliff top walk with a pram in tow but it wont be for all.
In summary graet relaxing holiday which was good for me, wife, 8 month old baby and Granny. Not one for the party animals I suspect."

Loved the Orada
"Myself, husband, 3 teenage girls and a 9 year old boy spent 2 weeks at the Orada in August. We had a 3 bed duplex apartment and it was fab.
The whole complex is really clean and well maintained and hotel staff are very helpful. Not much to do at the Marina itself, but the Old Town is a 20 minute walk away not an unpleasant experience as it's a lovely coastal walk. Taxis can also be ordered from Hotel cost about 6 euros each way to The Strip (we much prefered the food and atmosphere of the old town.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments to anyone, they where great value for money, cleaned daily, well equiped (could have done a weekly shop and eaten in appartment everyday). We had 3 bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, dressing room, 5 balconies, kitchen and living/dining room split over 2 floors with pool view. There is also internet access in Hotel Lobby with good snack bar. All my family want to return to the Orada so hopefully we will go back next year."

"These are super apartments. Even the studio kitchens have every appliance. If you feel the need to eat in bring a few dishwasher tabs and some washing powder if you need to use the washing machine. A lot of the retail units in the marina are not yet let but there are enough facilities available. A better bet is the old town. About a 20 minute walk with great views. Plenty of restaurants and bars."
