Alexandros Palace Hotel

"We booked this hotel throug our travel agent Cisalpina, Torino, and got a reservation out of the Amadeus booking system. However, Alexandros Village Hotel said they did not receive the request. This was backchecked with the travel agent, who produced the correct documentation. The room was not available and we went to another place which was difficult in high season. My impression was that their handling of administative matters was unprofessional, because they put forward arguments like "it is impossible to have made a reservation in April, because then we are closed"."
