Phenomenal. A great place to recharge.
"Nice, quiet and very clean apartments; yet just down the road is the hustle and bustle of the 'strip' Laganas. Kostas and his family just can't do enough for you. Most of the guests are repeat offenders, they come back year after year, some more than once a season (myself included). Some of the apartments are basic but adequate; they all have air contioning (paid locally), balconys and TVs. Everything works. Supermarkets, tavernas and restaurants within walking distance."

Boot Camp Tassia
"Just arrived back from what can only be described as Boot Camp Tassia. The owners are disgusting and spend their time shouting abuse at guests, even in front of children. They have a rule where only two people are allowed in a room at any time. The security guard even knocked on our door three days in a row and asked to search it. If we did not allow a search we were threatened with a £50 euro fine. There are so many rules i.e. no music in your room, no tv after 11pm, no speaking in the corridors, no alcohol near pool while sunbathing, no getting drunk at night. The security guard was caught by one elderly couple listening at their door. When they complained to the owner he said he has to check if extra people are in th room. If you dare to break any rule, you are fined between 10 and 50 euros. Never Ever again. Honestly dont waste a penny on this hotel, its a nightmare."

"Just returned from a week at the Tassia 28th August - 4th September 2008. Read lots of reviews before we went. THE APARTMENTS. The Tassia studios are basic but clean though if you like to cook on holiday, I imagine you'd struggle with the limited kitchen facilities. They did have a toaster but all we did was boil the kettle for a coffee in the morning. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sunbeds and the poolbar sold a variety of food and drink at reasonable prices. Kostas and family make you welcome and want you to enjoy your stay. The locaction of the Tassia is about a 30 minute walk from the start of the Laganas strip but there are some bars and restaraunts a lot nearer. The beach is about a 40 minute walk. LAGANAS Laganas seems to be having a bad press in the UK at present but we saw no trouble while we were there, just a lot of youngsters having a good time. If there is trouble it probably happens at 5 or 6 in the morning when the nightclubs are emptying. Laganas has the typical restaraunts that are found in most resorts, selling Greek and International dishes along with Indian, Chinese and Mexican. Same with the bars, you can sit and have a quiet drink or go to one with flashing lights and music. We liked the Absolut Bar upstairs in the shopping centre at the start of the Kalamaki Road; Cocktail 3euro, Large Mythos 2euro, nice for people watching. We ate mainly in the family run restaraunts along the walk into Laganas and had some very nice meals (mainly Greek) at reasonable prices. Palataki, Family, Pythari were all good. If you're having a drink with your meal, try the local wine which is only 5 or 6 euros a litre. Lagas has a nice long beach and there is no need to pay for sunbeds as many of the beach retaraunts provide these free for their customers. We liked the Baywatch Bar which had freindly staff with no PR ouside trying to drag you in. This was our third visit to Zante having stayed previously in Tsilivi and Argassi. We enjoyed Laganas and the Tassia and would have no problem staying there again. The location was good for us as we like walking but may not suit everyone."
