"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
You get fined for everything including mascara on towels. On a night you cannot be loud as two lousy security guards patrole the hotel. you are not allowed to splash in the pool and the pool bar lady jo says its her birthday every week to big groups of guys to get extra money. You are not allowed to do anything here its a load of rubbish this should be a family hotel. Watch out if you are in a big group cos you will get fines. It also costs 50 euros to stay in your room if you have a night flight. This is not a good experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! AND REMEBER SSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH IF YOU DO."

Bozikis apartments 18-30
"Fab holiday, basic hotel... self catering, lovely pool, awesome bar and staff. Be careful if you break anything as they have a hefty charge up to 300 euros to replace a door!! the 18-30 reps we had were amazing and made our hol the best ever. great location about 10 mins walk from the strip 6euro taxi ride, you can take people back ;) if the 'ghostbuster' security guard isnt out to catch ya! in most the other hotels on the strip you have to pay up to 30euros to take someone back :S haha, would defo recommend this hotel, (although it is clean do wear socks or sandles in ya room, the floor gets real grubby!) x"

worst hotel ever
"This hotel is the worst i have stayed in. It was a group of ten of us myself and another friend had been with escapades before so we knew the drill. You get charged for everything. (take extra euros) They change the sheets and towels only on the first nite so they can charge u if they look dirty at the end. Take my advise steel the store room key and help yourself youve paid for your holiday. Oh and dont jump in the pool after 7pm even if people are still sunbathing as this nearly cost us 60 euros. Aparently the pool closes at 7 but there is nothing anywhere to say this. Oh and dont forget not to have fun around the pool. There is a security gaurd at nite that will not hesitate to stalk you so stay away!! It is only usually late or early flights due to the turtles nesting which is understandable. You can pay an extra 40 euros to keep your room on till 12 midnight but if your transfers arnt till 4:30am this is not ideal there is nowhere to keep your bags. So use the store room key you steel and help yourself to blankets and pillows sit round the pool and have a girlie chat. Also if you pay to go on escapades beach party they say you have a barbeque. I have never been to a barbeque with oven cooked chicken and thats it. (not a burger in sight) Im not saying it wasnt a good holiday, it was. its the people you are with that make the holiday and if you look past all the negative you will have a good time. My advise is to go to zante just stay somewhere else. Sorry!

Very noisy hotel
"We booked 7 nights in Zante as we had never been there before and wanted to see what the Greek islands were like.
When we arrived at the hotel we were very impressed by the hotel exterior. Looked relatively new as it had just had a new coat of paint.
We were checked in by the tour rep (which was strange as I had never been checked in by the tour rep before on any previous holiday)
The hotel was busy as it was the height of the season so all the rooms were booked out and a a result of the this, a quite holiday was not to be had by us.
The first night a groups of young "18 - 30's" lads had obvious been out drinkin till about 4 in the morning and preceeded to slam the doors, shout in the hallways and generally make a ruckus.
When we complained to the rep the following morning, he said that there was nothing he could do as all the hotels on the island were full up. From then on the nights became the same.
The room itself wasn't bad. Really basic, but had all the amenitites needed on a self catering holiday. Theonly gripe I had about the room was the fact that the door was a very thin internal door so not very secure. Could be quite easily broken into.
So in summary, if you want a holiday where the night hours are for getting completely drunk, heading back to your hotel and shouting in the hallways then this is the hotel for you. If you want somewhere quieter for rest and realaxation choose somewhere else."

Ok if you can handle having no sleep.....
"Hotel Vivian (also known as Bozikis through 18-30's) was ok, exactly what you would expect from a 2 star, basic everything. The rooms were small and the bathroom tiny! Our bathroom was so small our door couldnt open all the way as it hit the toilet!!
If you book through 18-30's they tell you the reps dont bother you but they do come knocking and its no use pretending your not in because they will keep knocking until you answer! Also if you are travelling 18-30's then dont buy the packages as they are not very good and very expensive! My advice is to do your own thing, it will save you lots of money.
The pool was a good size and kept nice and clean.
My main problem was the lack of sleep, the walls are so thin, you can hear everything and we also had people randomly knocking on our door in the middle of the night a few times. There is a hotel guard to try and keep the noise but there is only so much one man can do!
The night life is around 1km away and very good (reccommend cherry bay)!
I would reccommend this hotel only to the young and lively and those who dont mind lack of sleep (even i had had enough by the end of 2 weeks and i was only 21 at time of travel)!"

Strict rules and rather dirty!!
"This hotel was okay, it was basic, and the rooms were quite dirty, the pool and pool bar was ok. They are really strict and there are rules on the back of the door, which were actually quite commical.
Zante was amazing and to be honest we spent little or no time in the room as it dirty and the sheets were minging!! wouldn't go back to this hotel and definatly do not recommend it, but zante was great and would go again and again!! Oh yeah the the manager guards the hotel at night like a guard dog, and although they say your not allowed to bring people back, we snuck people back and had people from other rooms |(staying at the same hotel) back yto our room with no problems!! Oh and ting tong and the bar is hysterical, shes a nutter!!"

Terrible treatment- stay if you want abuse
"To look at this is a nice hotel with a decent pool, and the poolside bar serves alright food, however the treatment that we received was shocking.
There were 33 of us in total in the group and due to this, we had been targerted for any trouble that was going on in the hotel, by trouble i really only mean noise in the early hours of the morning- which you have to expect if you are going during the summer at a hotel near the main strip of Laganas.
We were constantly being blamed for everything in the hotel and were forced to pay 150 Euros for a matress that had apparently been damaged, or we would get chucked out.
We only really managed to not be forced out due to a quality rep that we had with First Choice. We were froced to hand over passports, and our rep mangaged to get them back for us, however once he went two or three guys from the hotel stormed into every room demanding them back.
The rooms are basic, very basic, and we had a bad ant problem in ours.
If this hotel had different mangement it would be a very nice hotel, but the staff are intimidating and will try to con money out of you."

"after reading reports on this property i was a bit worried on what i was going to find, as i have 3 children i like to know where im going usually but it was not in any brochures at travel agents, on arrival we were taken to our rooms which were next door to each other with a shared balcony and was pleasantly surprised they were very spacious, clean with a decent size bathroom, i found during our stay which was only 1 week that the maids were in everyday empting bins and making beds i could not of asked for anthing more, the woman in the pool bar during the day (jo) was very helpful and her english was good to, they also have safes for hire at 15euros each week, plenty of loungers round the pool and pool is very clean overall i would definately go again, also not to far from nightly entertainment."

not to sure about the vivian
"Me & 7 other lads went to Laganas for a lads Holiday, We arrived the at Vivian 7am and chose our rooms and began to unpack, being a group of lads we weren't to quiet, although we weren't shouting. We hadn't even been there 5 minutes when we were getting shouted at by the owner Vivian, in greek, so we had no clue what she was banging on about, the next day she caught us kicking a ball about in one of rooms and went ballistic again, eventually we got her on side, but her husband patrols the hotel at night, and you are not allowed to bring any girlies back, although sneaking them in is fun. Mr Vivian caught us having a 6am shaving foam fight and kicked us out. Also alot of girl groups got written warnings about noise, although the lads were always much noisier. All in all a very nice hotel, good pool, nice bar, but way too strict on youngsters, perfect for couples. My advice to groups of guys or gals on a bender. Book with 2wentys."

Great staff, great hotel!
"Not was I was expecting at all from all the bad reviews I had read!
The staff were really friendly and nice especially the guys behind the bar, they got along with everyone! Can't say the same about the **** reps and their rip off deals. You're better off doing all the things by yourself e.g. Pink Party, carnage because it's cheaper and you can do what you like when you like. The only bad things I can say about the hotel itself is the fact we had to drink in our rooms or at the bar past 12, but you weren't allowed to take your own drink to the bar and they were quite expensive to buy! The hotel staff take a passport from someone in each room (if you have more than one) and they do a room check before you leave, just to make sure everything's the way you found it, no stains on the sheets, broken furniture etc. We were really careful not to do any damage to the room after all the reviews we read so we didn't have to pay!
I'd defnitely recommend this Hotel."

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in!!!
"Simplest way to put it is, do not go to this hotel!
The staff are ignorant, the rooms are rarely cleaned and if there is the slighest hint of fun it will soon be stopped.
As soon as we got there the lads in reception were ignorant and arrogant. Thinking they were somehow better than everyone who walked through the gate, which is highly doubtful. If a flea ridden dog came into the hotel it was already more sociable and considerate than the "people" who work there. One day we got told off for water over flowing the top of the pool, and to wipe the smiles off our faces or we would be out on the street.
The security guard was constantly telling people to "shut up" at night even though the hotel bar blasted music 24 hours a day. Somehow our voices were louder than a massive sound system that even when you close your balcony doors, can still be heard...wierd.
However the hotel was only half of what made this holiday the worst. I went to Zante a couple of years ago and it was a great island, i couldn't wait to get back, but in the past two years it has changed drastically. If you want to go to a seedy place where 3 courses of food and a free bar are given to you for 10 euros then Zante is the place. 3 courses for 10 euros?? obviously the standard of food was appalling. If someone back home said "oh come on in lads we've got 3 courses of food and free drink for £8" there would be some questions asked, the standard wouldn't be great i imagine. By the end of the holiday we went to the same restaurant on the beach called Cool Peppers, by far the nicest food on the island. Which is obvious as all of the other PR's say it is "too expensive". Granted it doesn't give you 3 courses for ten euros and a fishbowl at the end of your undercooked meal, but i guarantee you will not spend the next day on the toilet.
All in all i am disappointed with what Zante has become and i can promise i will never return. The vivian apartments were the icing on the cake, i could not wait to get away from the foulest behaving staff i have ever seen. i have learned my lesson not to compramise money for reviews. fair enough it was cheap, but i would gladly spend more money to stay in a hotel where you do not feel intimidated and the staff occasionally smile.
