3 Traveller reviews from Holiday Watchdog
"I have to say a small amount of the reviews are completely OUT OF ORDER! We have stayed at Loulass twice already and we're going back again this year (can't wait to see everyone) Loulass is one of the friendliest, cleanest and family friendly hotels in Corfu. The pool is probably one of the cleanest pools I've ever been in, but that's no surprise since Costas's Father makes sure the pool is at its best quality. The location is amazing the closest town is full of places to eat at and its only a quick 10-15 minutes walk away. The best part is Costas, Maria and the rest of the staff make you feel like family the minute you walk into the door. Please don't listen to all these small minded people saying don't go to loulass. Its definitely worth going to. P.S don't forget to go to Elaines which is literally just down the hill from loulass and turn right. YOU WON'T REGRET IT."

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location
"This hotel is situated 15 minutes from the town so it is wonderfully peaceful after dark. We had a spacious clean apartment behind the main part of the hotel. We rented a Vespa so managed to travel around most of the island stopping off at various beaches for a swim and tavernas for fresh salads. Reminiscing has made me realise what a special holiday it was. By the way, stay away from the town in the south called Kavos (I think). It is full of people watching Coronation Street in pubs serving 'british style' food. *shudder*"

"We stayed at this hotel in september 2007,we have been staying there every year for more than 20 years, and it gets better and better, year after year. The owner/manager Costas Markatis,is the friendliest person on the planet and he and his family make you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The hotel is set in olive groves and has the feel of old Greece mixed with modern times.Only 15/20min walk to the local village of Messongi where there are tavernas and bars, and sandy beach. It is also close to Moraitika which also has many tavernas. It is a true taste of Greece, which is why i am going yet again in September. Every year the owner works hard through the winter to add more to the hotel for the next season, can't wait to see this years additions. Which i know he has been working on. If you live in Ireland you can book through Budget Travel, but anywhere else you have to contact by telephone or email to check availability. My daughters have grown up with this place and now they have there own lives still want to come with us to this Greek paradise.Great weather, great food, relaxed atmosphere, and above all friendly people."
