"Small hotel situated in crawling distance of the main strip, so if you're looking for a good nights sleep, this isn't the place. On first arrival, I wasn't overly impressed. The pool was small and the bar quiet and expensive. The room itself was very basic, but clean and bed sheets changed regularly. Toilet roll wasn't an issue, though the smell was with 3 lads in the small room. The bars are decent enough, although the touts will **** you off. I thought the price of drinks to be expensive too. The beach wasn't disgusting, but not exactly golden sand material. It's pleasant enough to spend a day burning, and the sea wasn't a death trap at all - I went in it and had no problems. Nothing much in the way of water sports aside from a booze cruise which cost a fortune. I wont go on holiday here again with Escapades. On day one as soon as you arrive they try to sell you a 'block' of activities you can do on your own, for half the price. Should you choose not to book these activities, you will find that for the remainder of your stay you are treated as an outcast and the reps don't have the time for you. A couple we met who had also chosen not to book the block had been bitten off a mosquito and developed a bad reaction to it. When they approached the rep to ask advice, were told they didn't have time to deal with them. Incidentally, they ended up in Hospital and a needle in their butt to stop an infection!! If you are young, lively, and a total beer monster who doesn't really mind getting hammered, then come to Kavos. The food isn't excellent, the bars are average and the hotel basic. Not really worth my money..."

"Kavos the best holiday ever! Young and lively with everything you could want!
The apartment was lovely a two floored apartment with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a kitchen situated right next to the hotel pool with a bar serving food and drinks day and night.
It is a lively hotel full of the young who want to have fun. The clubs, bars and restaurants are 2 seconds away so you will find your way home! Amazing accommodation and amazing place!"

"I went to Kavos 3 times this year and I absolutely loved it! Second time I had to stay in another hotel because Afrodite was fully booked but we still went there everyday and booked the reps block to. All 3 times! Was well worth it.
The hotel is basic but you get what you pay for. The cleaner was great too. The pool bar was always jumping though Spiros played tiesto a few too many times and really loud when your trying to have your siesta time! The pool was really clean, volleyball all the way and the reps pool party was hilarious! The hotel is right in the middle of all the action so just crawling distance from the bars. The food at the pool bar is lush, the BEST chicken nuggets in the whole of Greece for sure. Not only did all the guests use the hotel bar and pool all the workers were there everyday to, because it's such a nice place, which meant the atmosphere was always perfect and there was always loads of stuff to do!
The beach is only across the road. It might not be the best beach but there's loads of water sports. The beach on the booze cruise is amazing though! Discounted water sports and the best barbeque too. Theo's boats and the blue lagoon is amazing to.
Me and my mates were hammered practically every night, but when we wanted to chill out we just went to the pool bar and Spiros would let us drink and put the TV on for us!
The reps were absolutely amazing too. Jon, Andy, Darren and sally, or Del boy, Chef, Squirrel and Mustang! I had an amazing holiday so you can see why we went 3 times in one summer! Roll on 2008 already booked!"

"There were 11 of us - headed there for the last week in June/ first week in July!
We all had a ball, met a brill crowd at the apartments. The reps and owner were brilliant and really made our stay a good one. I agree that the apartments could be doing with a bit of a refurb but come on guys, you donât go to kavos to sit in your apartment and watch the telly!
The room is for getting changed in and sleeping in (well thatâs if you dont use the sun beds!). The rooms were basic â yes. But had all the necessary appliances that you needed to make some lunch etc.
Just down the road there was a wee restaurant doing a 2 course for pennies and meant that you werenât spending too much money on food.
The bars were bouncing and the pub crawls booked through the reps were amazing.. We dressed up both times.
Would definitely go back, was a fabby hol and overall definitely 10/10!

"Was very quiet in October, only a handful of bars open and only a few restaurants open. Room was very basic and you only get one toilet roll all week and also we had no kettle in our room. The reps were very friendly and the bar crawl was ok because we got a lot of free drinks and every thing was alot cheaper that time of year.
Would not go back this time of year again because everywhere is shut and hardly anyone is there and the beach is absolutely disgusting, it is full of rubbish and donât go in the sea its a death trap - full of broken wood and nails.
If you donât mind getting drunk every night and watching people fighting and throwing up everywhere you will be fine.

"I found the accommodation to be in a state of disrepair and unequipped. The apartment was not maintained or even cleaned adequately.
The reps were pleasant and were full of enthusiasm and helping in everyway. The Aphrodite hotel has much need of improvement.

"Room - room very small as we were 'room only' but we settled in and it was fine as there were only 2 of us.
Water â get your shower early, otherwise the water is freezing!
Joan, the English owner, was outstanding, very nice lady. Very friendly place, everyone gets on, reps real nice and very helpful.
Nightlife brilliant, Snobs is the best bar on the strip. Buzz not too far behind though.
Had that good of a time and loved the place that much heading back in Sept!

"I went the same time as "J Page". We were on the same holiday! Never forget what a great time it was, welsh lads made it a laugh!
Hotel is basic but fine! You canât expect much for what u pay for!!
Pool is okay, staff are friendly unless you jump in the pool with your clothes on lol.
If you go with escapades you'll find that the reps are always there!! They only have this hotel to look after! When we went the reps were, Kenny, Kara and john. They were very helpful and friendly, not heavy drinkers thou!
The hotel is situated bang in the middle of the strip! If youâre like us you'll go out about 9pm, get in at 5am and be up at 11am for a full English breakfast! Everything is within 2 mins of the hotel! Itâs brilliant! Youâd think it would be too noisy to sleep but it really isnât... for some reason its fine?? Lol.
- Mossyâs! Keep your doors closed! Buy a fan! Some of us got badly bitten!
- Water supply? Occasionally disappears! More a Greece thing! Not hotels fault!
- The package the reps offer is maybe not worth it. Its personal choice thou, as you do make a lot of friends thru doing the activities with everyone.
- Bring a couple of towels as they donât provide many, and you'll need to buy toilet roll when your there as you donât get another!! ( but while your down the shop buy a crate of 24 beers for about 15 Euros, and if you take the crate and bottles back once youâve finished you get 5 euro back! brilliant!)
Thatâs all I can think of, Iâve probably missed loads of stuff out!! All in all a brilliant holiday!! Youâll never forget your holiday in Kavos!!

"Rooms were basic, and had some trouble with the water. But were clean and contained all the essentials. The staff were also very friendly and Spiros the barman sure could make a mean cocktail.
Location couldnât be better literally in the middle of the strip great for staggering home after a heavy night.
Kavos itself is great for nightlife, bars left right and centre, all prices are competitive, listen to the offers the pr's offer they usually the best if you are in a big group. Kavos was a little empty in the day but plenty to do in the local area and on the beach.
Be careful of what the reps offer you in there package not all of it was worth the money. Would defiantly recommend to anyone with a party attitude.

"Aphrodite apartments were basic but very clean, 2 mins walk to beach and main street bars shops restaurants etc. Yamis, George and holly were brilliant very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble, hope to cu again soon.
Sidari has something for everyone bars nightclubs restaurants the brilliant Stevie spit at the red lion a must to those with a very broad mind and excellent sense of humour. The food was fantastic we tried a different restaurant each night and werenât disappointed.
The breakfast on the beach is a must at the Aphrodite Suzanne & martin."
