the perfect place for a perfect holiday
"Seabreeze Hotel is situated on the beach in the village of Agios Gordios (about halfway down the beautiful west coast of corfu) We didn't think the hotel could get any better until we saw the improvements they have made( bad winter weather delayed them for a while but they soon caught up.) Seabreeze is a relaxing freindly place where the owners make you feel welcome and part of their wonderful family. A great restaurant fantastic service, spotless acommodation and a lovely pool with wiews of the surrounding green mountains are just some of the reasons that we and our holiday crazy family return year after year. The quiet village of Agios Gordios is small and freindly with a few bars and shops where you will find almost everything you need .......and about 30 minutes to corfu for clubbing (so Carly says!!!) Looking forward to going again in September for our autum fix of Seabreeze and sunshine"

"The Sea Breeze is always improving to make your stay a wonderful one! I have been going here for the last 10 years, first time when I was 19. The food is wonderful and the staff are happy to accomodate to your every need. They have a BBQ night on a Saturday which is outstanding for your money. Greek night on Sundays which is very entertaining to say the least! The surroundings on where Sea Breeze is set is pure paridise! I had only been back a week and booked to go again next year. I recommend anyone of any age to go here."

Best place in Corfu!
"The Seabreeze hotel is gorgeous especially after the recent improvements. It is on the best beach in the whole of Corfu. The family who run the hotel will make you feel most welcome. The food is great and the apartments are 5 star. The village where the hotel is situated is very safe for all ages. The greek nights are great fun for everyone with lots of entertainment and smashing of plates Zorbas style :)"

"The service offered by all the friendly staff at Sea Breeze was of an excellent standard, they were willing to go beyond the al of duty wherever possible. The rooms are of a high quality finish with many offering excellent views across the bay. The pool and bar area has recently been refurbished to a very high standard of finish. The location of Sea Breeze can only be described as incredible with only a 20 second walk leading you onto the beach and into the sea."

THE BEST ON CORFU
"We are returning to Sea Breeze for the Eighth year running this July. We are a family whose childen have grown up with the hospitality and welcome that is second to none. We are joined every year by many other guests who have been coming here for 10, 15 years and longer. It is owned by two brothers and run with the help of their lovely wives and children who all work hard to make you feel part of the Sea Breeze family. We first travelled with Manos, until the Annexe was rebuilt and then started booking direct with the owners. The standard of accomodation in the apartments is excellent, really modern and clean, with air con, fantastic bathrooms and kitchenettes and a location that is hard to beat, overlooking the pool which is right on the long sandy beach. We have never stayed in the studios. These are booked with Manos and the Annexe apartments are booked through the website. The food in the restaurant has always been good and traditional and the prices reasonable, with plenty of variety including two greek nights per week and a delicious BBQ cooked in the outdoor kitchen. We are looking forward to seeing the new reaturant and bar when we get there this year. The brothers also have a fantastic new cocktail bar, called Madison Garden on the main village street, which would not look out of place in New York or San Tropez ,which is a joint venture with their cousin Thanos, who is a real character and also very kind and welcoming. Over the years, we have introduced other friends to this special place and while we are there, we are expecting to see more than 30 of them this year, coming and going on various dates throughout the month of July. You can go visiting all over the island, by car or village bus. We usually go to Corfu town for shopping and dinner at least a couple of times and like to do days out, exploring new, remote beaches and villages every year - you can also go to Paxos on a boat trip or by flying dolphin (did not run in 2008). Agni is lovely for lunch (gourmet hamlet of the island) and Sinarades Travel in the village street will help you with any bookings to get out and explore but in the evening when you return down the mountain to Aghios Gordios, with the sun setting over the sea and the village lights twinkling below, you will be glad to return to this special little place. Do not be put off by the Pink Palace, a backpackers hostel much beloved by American College students. This is a world in itself and the students tend to keep much to themselves. This is probably because there is no real nightlife aimed at this age group. Ag Gord. is NOT the place to come to for a clubbing holiday - there aren't any. It is great for couples and families with young children and younger teens not yet into the clubbing scene with plenty of tavernas and bars to provide a good variety. Many greek people agree and visit Ag Gord to get away for a day or evening themselves. We have travelled all over the world, stayed in many 5* resorts that simply cannot compete with what is for us, a holiday of simple charm. It is fundamentally a relaxing place which is not dirt cheap but where despite the euro/ sterling exchange rate, you can still have a value added break for the whole family, without breaking the bank . Sea Breeze, we were the only guests until the following monday & SB was nowhere being finished, our room was apart from the shower curtain, but not the rest of the property, because they have totally rebuilt the bar & restaurant area, so we had no bar or restaurant till the monday, the pool area was a total mess pool not filled completely etc etc in fact there were still things not finished when we left on may 15th, when it is finished it will be superb, it is a really upmarket restaurant & terrace area not like a normal greek taverna, food not too expensive, most food sililar prices in resort manos now do not have any rooms in the annexe only above bar, top floor 4 studios, twin beds in at least 2 of them, smallest we've ever been in, shower a joke far too small, washed hair in kitchen sink, we were in 21 also on top floor 22, 23, 24, these all need refurbishing 1st floor has rooms 10 which I think is an apartment 1 bedroom sleep 3 (not sure), 11 is a studio, 12 is an apartment 1 bed to sleep 4 I think, these have all been refurbished & are superb all have a double bed contact me for more info baz"

new bar & restaurant
"went may 1st for 2 weeks, SB still fiinishing off their completely new bar & restaurant area, it is very upmarket now more like a top quality hotel, when completely finished it will be great, we had an awful lot of disruption when we were there. manos now only have the rooms above the bar, the annexe is for private bookings only, we had room 21 top floor - 40 steps to climb but a womderful view, smallest studio we have ever been in , the shower was a joke - far too small to turn round, I washed hair in kitchen sink, 22, 23 & 24 on this floor 21 & 22 have twin beds, presume others do too, these really need updating. rooms on 1st floor 10 is I think a 1 bed apart for 3? , 11 is a studio, 12 is I think a 1bed apart for 4?, these have all been reburbished to a really high quality all have double beds see my review in agios gordios page for more info & pics baz"

"We have just got back from the Sea Breeze in Agios Gordios and the location couldn't be better, it's right on the beach and the Sea Breeze has a great taverna. There are also some really nice tavernas near by, we went to the one next door to the Sea Breeze quite a few times and the waiters make you feel very welcome and it has lovely food. We got a studio room and it was perfect for me and my boyfriend, our sea view was beautiful and we saw sunsets every night. The room had twin beds and had a lovely balcony. It was clean and had everything we needed - including a toaster and even a plug in mossie repellant for the room. Although there was a taverna right below our room it was not noisy. It was the perfect place for a really relaxing holiday, this is no place for clubbing. Me and my boyfriend were one of the youngest guests there being in our early twenties, we had an enjoyable holiday at the Sea Breeze and felt so relaxed after a week here. The only problem with our holiday was the wasps, they were everywhere during the day! I got stung while sunbathing and felt edgey everytime i spotted a wasp after that. I would go back here but i wouldn't go at this time of year as i want to avoid wasp season in future!"

FANTASTIC - Corfu's best kept secret
"This is our second visit to the Sea Breeze In Agios Gordios in Corfu. We love it there. Lovely family run business. The location is literally on the beach. It also has a swimming pool. The restaurant is by far one of the best in Agios Gordios with a fab selection of a variety of dishes. The Greek night on a Sunday evening is super - all the family are involved. The only sad thing is that Thanos was not at the Sea Breeze this year, but it is ok as he is managing the Madison Garden bar in the High Street which is part of Sea Breeze. If you want a place with sun, sea and sand and NO karoke and clubs then this is the place to go."

The views from our balcony were amazing,we saw the sunset every night!!! The room was very spacious and had great facilities!!! We had a very large balcony from the living area, and a smaller one on the double bedroom. The beach was beautiful too. I would definatly recommend the Seabreeze restaurant, especially on a Tues or Sun night, when they have a local greek night, with dancers!!! The food was lovely, and was the nicest restaurant in Aghios Gordios. Would definately go again!!!!"
