Beautiful Oia town on Santorini island, Greece
The Cylades are a group of Greek islands located in the Aegean Sea, just off the south coast of mainland Greece.

Although many of the smaller islands are uninhabited, there are around thirty that have thriving towns and cities. Many of these islands have become popular tourist destinations including: the romantic island of Santorini, the party islands of Mykonos and Ios and the largest of the Cylades islands: Naxos. Other less well known islands in the group, including Anafi, Antiparos, Iraklia and Kimolos offer a more relaxed and traditional holiday environment away from the large crowds that regularly descend on the more popular islands during the summer.
