"I agree completely with previous review. A charming little hotel. You will not be disappointed. We had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the park. Extremely pleasant and attentive english-speaking staff. Room was spotless, decent size, large bathroom, extremely quiet with soundproofed windows, cold a/c. No noise from hallway or neighboring rooms - a big plus. It was in a great neighborhood and was close to nice restaurants and shopping. The only negative was that our TV didn't seem to work, but we could have cared less, and from the attitude of the staff, they would have had it promptly fixed/replaced. We also had to make a couple of international calls, and we couldn't believe how little we were charged. This is a real find and value for the $. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

Great place to stay
"The Hotel Aria in Nice is a good buy offering convenience from the train statio. We walked to the hotel. Very attentive staff, clean and bright room, comfortable, light and airy. Though we never spend much time in the room but to sleep, we were pleased. Across from Mozart Park in the Musician area of town, close to to the sea and non-touristsy area. Great find. Will stay there again on the next journey to the south of France."
