long live family run hotels
"we have just returned from a week in the Eden Hotel . It is a small family run Hotel . Madame and Patricia (her daughter) are the most wonderful hots. Nothing was a problem for them , restaurants, bus and train timetables , all sorts of information were available at any time of the day.. Patricia would greet one in the morning with home made croissants and wonderful coffee and always had a little chat even though this was the only time she could check her E Mails. The clelanliness and efficiency of this small hotel was wonderful. We stayed in room 22 which had a marvellous view of the sea. The beach was 5 minutes away. and the train station 3 minutes. I would have no problem recommending this hotel and have spoken to many people about it since we returned."

"This is a great hotel offering fantastic value for money.
I stayed at this hotel whilst attending a property convention in Cannes and found it to be charming friendly and extremely quiet.
The property is just off the beach whilst being close to restaurants and the town's railway station - travel time to Cannes is 8 minutes.
The hotel facilities are basic, but as a base for exploring the area it is top drawer."

"We stayed at the Hotel Eden in Juan les Pins in July 2002. The hotel was amazing - our window opened up to the ocean and the breeze was amazing. The owners were helpful and very friendly. The beaches are crowded but it is a lively place and the night life is great. Clubs and people watching, restaurants on the beach (you have to try the mussels!). We walked to Antibes, the sister town, which has neat old streets and shops."
